Its due to more mastrubation and its side effects weakness in penis is not an uncommon consequence of over masturbation but it is frightening for the one experiencing it. However, since over masturbation or excessive hand practice has so many unpleasant side effects, weakness in penis is not even the scariest if you compare it with erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation. Excessive hand practice needs to be stopped as early as possible in order to minimize the damage that it does to the body and the penile area. Weakness in penis due to over masturbation is happening because whenever you ejaculate you use certain muscles and certain nerves. Using them over and over again without leaving them time to recover will only damage them and make them incapable of serving their purpose. May be there a hair line fracture, so recheck .ur x-ray was digital or normal, please meet orthopedic Dr. And follow him or take 2nd opinion. Ice pack apply locally for 48 hours thrice daily 10 to 15 minutes and elevate your leg above body level when sleep or bed mostly. Have a good day.

Hi. There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium can worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Also, use Bakson’s Apricot scrub 1-2times a week on the area.

For increasing weight best natural way is start doing surya namskar in the morning. No drink before meals you must make a habit of not consuming water 30 minutes before the time of your meal. You should take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Take small and frequent meals.

Hi, take cap. Rectone 1-1-1 after food with buttermilk and tab. Anuloma ds 1-2 tabs at bedtime with hot water. Take tab. Bolabaddha ras 1-1-1 after food whenever there is bleeding after passing stools. Apply pilon ointment before and after passing stools. Consume high fiber diet and drink 2-3 litres of water per day. Do sitz bath twice daily.

1. Take one tablet of crocin advance as and when required after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2. Drink plenty of water 3. Take adequate rest 4. Have adequate sound sleep in the night for 7-8 hours if you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan of head to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist.

Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). 1. Garlic-----garlic is one of the most effective home remedies for moles because it contains enzymes that help break down the clusters of pigment-producing cells. Plus, it helps lighten the dark pigmentation. 1. Crush a fresh garlic glove and place it on the mole. 2. Secure it with a bandage and leave it on overnight, or at least for four hours. 3. Do this daily for a few days. The mole will then fall off naturally. This method is said to give positive results with merely five days of daily application. Make sure to disinfect the area with rubbing alcohol or another disinfectant before repeating the process daily. Plus, to protect the skin surrounding the mole, apply some petroleum jelly or oil. Warning: applying garlic on skin can cause redness and irritation. So if redness and irritation persists for a longer time then next day use 2nd method-------------------------- 2. Apple cider vinegar-----apple cider vinegar is a very popular home remedy for mole removal. Due to its acid content, it helps scab the mole and makes it fall off over time.--------------------------------------- 1. Dip a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and place it on the affected area. Secure it with a bandage or medical tape and leave it on overnight. Do this daily for about 10 days or until the mole falls off.----------------------------------------------- 2. Alternatively, you can rub warm water on the mole or lightly scrape the surface with an emery board and then apply cider vinegar on it until it turns white. Leave it on until it dries naturally. Do this several times a day.---------------------------------------------------- apple cider vinegar is likely to make the mole worse in the initial few days, but it will get better in a week. If it leaves a scar, apply coconut oil.------------------------- note: to protect the skin around mole, apply petroleum jelly on the surrounding area before applying apple cider vinegar.------------------------------
