Ankle strengthening exercises. Avoid squatting. Quadriceps exercises. Core strenthening exercises. Stretch calves get a custom made insole. Hams stretching. Sports taping. Hot fomentation.

You should not undergo any Exercise of shoulder, you can do Hot fomentation (if you are not diabetic), Apply Volini Gel, Give rest to shoulder, can take Vitamin D 3. But as early as possible consult an Orthopaedic surgeon, because it will take time to get Rid of Pain.

Piriformis Stretch 1. Lie on your back. ... 2. Cross your left leg over your right so that your left ankle rests on your right knee. 3. Use your hands to grab hold of your left knee and pull it gently toward the opposite shoulder. ... 4. Hold for 15 to 30 seconds. 5. Relax, and then repeat with the other leg. 6. Repeat this cycle 2 to 4 times.

Hello doctor Before 1 year when I was playing it pained in my backbone and after someday it happened that one of my left lungs means chest bone has gone inside I am 18 years old and usually masturbate I think it happened bcoz of masturbate and I think its due to lack of calcium and after 6 months it again happened and this time pain in other side of chest I am totally scared bcoz before 10-12 days it again happened and my bone of lungs has gone more deeper I am afraid that if my body will whole be damaged one day? long sitting is ur problem and bad posture so posture correction must.tk soft pillow for back support avoid long sitting. tk break between work that's strain do hot fermentation and stretching exercise if it work then OK otherwise physiotherapy treatment for few days

I with my wife suffering from cold, cough from last 1. 5 month. We take 15 days treatment from ent doctor but there are no effect. My age 48 and wife 43 yrs. I also suffering with sugar, thyoride and wife with back pain .

Most of times cold is viral and doesn' t require any specific medication. Usually it disappears in 5. 7 days but times it persists for longtime. If you have already taken antibiotic course then do not take any medicine and try some home made remedies.

Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Dear do shoulder exercises like wall sliding, pendular exercises, towel exercises. Consult your physiotherapist for manual mobilisation technique. If you are diabetic have a chek on your sugar level take care.
