It's due to plantar fascitis, you need to go with modified foot wear either MCR or MCP, and avoid standing for long hours, ice packs application thrice daily, and start physiotherapy asap.

Start doing moderate exercise Take a multivitamin and multimineral tablet. Eat a bit less then your capacity. And you may consult for homoeopathic treatment for the same as well as it will be beneficial for you hypertension and arthritis problem also.

My right foot was fractured beneath the ankle. Consulted a doctor and he plastered POP. It's been 25 days and I'm taking complete rest, pain is gradually decreasing. Question is I have a commitment to go for trekking in next month. Is this good idea to go for trekking with two months old fractured foot? I heard "a fractured bone takes 3 to 4 months to heal completely" is it true?

Hi... Body doesnt heal according to your commitments. Once fracture is radiologically healed, then you will have to undergo few rounds of physiotherapy to restore your strength and mobility. Only then you will be able to do all trecking and other activities. Please be patient till eveything sets.

I suggest you follow the below for your condition: take mag phos 6x - thrice daily for next 2 weeks and update. Also do x-ray of the affected area. Heat and ice packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately.

Simultaneously it is better to wear MCR chappals (micro cellular rubber) which will help to transfer the Plantar Fascitis weight evenly in the feet so that the weight will be completely felt in the heel area. You shall do contrast bath to relieve this pain. Contrast bath is nothing but keeping in one tub hot water (bearable heat) and in another tub cold water Ask your father to apply ice in the painful area which would definitely help to greater extent. If still the pain persists then it is better to keep TENS stimulation at one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics.

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation.

Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Avoid junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Tea. Alcohol. Avoid alcohol consumption. Do pranayama early morning.

Hello. About 4-5 months ago I suffered from a wrist injury (during chest workout flat bench). I soon approached an orthopedist had X ray and fortunately no cracks were identified. But said to be maybe suffering with a ligament injury. Took medication and had semi plaster to my hand (left as it was) soon the pain recovered a lot. It recovered to a certain extent that I am able to do a variety of works but when it comes to lifting and over twisting I get a pain for the period and persists for a certain duration. Soon recovers but again when same stuff is carried out pain generates. I am unable to rejoin workout program due to this please suggest what has gone wrong I fear! A request to help soon!

Hey lybrate-user, Ligament injuries takes alot of time to recover and as its winter you will feel pain while doing certain movement and stiffness too. I would suggest you to wear wrist binder while lifting anything, though I would not suggest you to life anything heavy for couple of weeks. Keep doing hot water formentation and start with Ultrasound Sessions from a Physiotherapist followed by Resistance and Strengthening Exercises. No massage. Thanks.
