Do hot fomentation twice daily. Postural correction- always sit with a small pillow at your low back. Sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises like bridging and bhujang asana x twice daily. Sleep on your back with a pillow under your knees or on your sides with a pillow between your knees. And get vit d levels checked. Go for regular walks follow 30-30 rule when at work. Hello, please send me your all investigation report to rule out her problem. These types of problems are may be due to overweight or deficiency of vitamin d3 and calcium or due to poor posture. Till then follow these advises:- 1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. 2. Avoid heavy lifting. 3. Avoid squatting and weight bearing activities. 4. Use western toilet. 5. Wear shock absorbing, good quality of shoes while walking. 6. Keep roll of a towel under your knees while sleeping. 7. Perform some gentle exercises and stretching of your all joints before getting out of your bed. 8. Walk straight with shoulder protracted. 9. Perform deep breathing exercises or yoga for proper functioning of lungs. I can explain you stiffness and pain reducing techniques, if interested. Wish you a happy and pain free life thanks.

Several different factors can be attributed to low back pain. It could be tissue tightness, improper lifting form, too much weight or improper posture. To Relieve your back pain: Get into a good posture–have your head on top of your rib cage and rib cage on top of your pelvis. That usually will relieve some of it. Also, try squeezing your glutes, and stretching your hip flexor and hamstrings. If you have pain shooting into your glutes, shooting into one leg, or you feel numbness or tingling, these tips won’t help much

Hello, i think you are suffering from the back pain caused by long continuous sitting posture and sedentary life style. you are advised to take 10 minutes break after every 2 hour sitting.Start a morning walk for at least 30 minutes.Regular walking is also very helpful as it is a wholesome exercise of the body, improves blood circulation and helps lose weight.Try to maintain a correct sitting posture. Take homoeopathic medicine Rhus tox. 200, 5 drops twice daily for 10 days, then revert me with feed back.

I have pain in my right venus dimple. By venus dimple I mean the two indentations or small holes which are present near the sacro iliac joint. What could be the reason for it? I have consulted a physio and he is telling that I have anterior pelvic tilt on the right side. Can someone please explain properly to me the entire thing in detail?

An anterior pelvic tilt is when your pelvis is rotated forward, which forces your spine to curve. It’s often caused by excessive sitting without enough exercise and stretching to counteract the effects of sitting all day. If you have an anterior pelvic tilt you may notice that the muscles in the front of your pelvis and thighs are tight, while the ones in the back are weak. Your gluteus and abdominal muscles may also be weak. All of this can cause: lower back pain hip and knee pain incorrect posture forced hip and knee rotations. IF YOU HAVE IT YOU CAN TEST IT BY THOMAS TEST AS FOLLOWS- Sit on the edge of a sturdy table. Lie back onto the table so that your legs hang off the table at the knee. Pull one of your legs in toward you, holding under your knee and bending your leg until it rests against your chest. Repeat with the other leg. If your pelvis is correctly aligned, the back of your resting leg will touch the table when you get into this position. If you need to extend the resting leg or rotate your leg or hip in order to touch the table, your front thigh muscles are tight. This likely signals a tilted pelvis.
