Dear lybrate-user, Backpain, joint pains and headache at an age of 31, without being overweight, needs evaluation to rule out inflammatory arthritis, but before you go for any investigation, my recommendation would be for you would be to have a look at your life style, be active, exercise regularly, have healthy food and watch if your symptoms improve. Hello I'm going through a problem, the problem is I'm an employee work in night shifts daily timings are 9 pm to 6 am im unable sleep in the morning times because I'm not feeling sleepy in the morning the only time I feel sleep is in the mid night during work, please tell me how to get proper sleep and how many hours should I sleep to stay healthy because I've heard working in night shifts is not good for health and become thin if it's true how to overcome it and maintain good health condition Please reply and thanks in advance.

Hi One of the simplest and most effective ways to induce sleep is to rub some oil on the scalp and the soles of the feet before going to bed. Use sesame oil, brahmi oil, jasmine oil, or coconut oil and massage gently for a few minutes. Slightly warming the oil before applying is helpful. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take sarpgandha vati 1-1 tab twice a day. Take pranacharya no tens capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid spicy food. Junk food. Fermented food. Tea.coffee. Do pranayama early in the morning.

There may be variety of factors responsible such as Iron deficiency along other important nutrients i.e. biotin, vitamin A, zinc.Thus it is important to have a highly nutritious diet rich in protein and iron. These are the methods to treat fastly acne - • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. You can consult me privately for more medicine treatment & doubts. Be healthy.

Better to go to gym / join fitness/yoga classes. There is no other medicine for weight reduction. 1. Aim for long term weight loss @ 2-3 Kg per month = 12-15 kgs in 6 months. So on. 2. Add 2-3 Fruits to your daily diet before meals. Double your water intake. 3. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet. 4. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice/Biryani etc 5. Eat slowly and mindfully. Reduce portion size. 6. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins.
