I am having a bad habit of masturbation. I do it daily even without a reason .How can I get rid of it?

I am having a bad habit of masturbation. I do it daily even without a reason .How can I get rid of it?
Hi, Contrary to general belief ,Masturbation is almost certainly ok for your sex life. The fact is that most males masturbate. Masturbation isn't only about sex, it's a routine way of relieving stress, clearing your head before work, or going to sleep. But off course too much of anything can be bad. It leads to anxiety and loss of control over body mechanics. Though it may be ok thrice in a week, too much of it affects the senses and sensibility of an individual. Suggestions for you to reduce frequency of masturbation: 1. Read good books, newspaper 2. Spend time with family members 3. Daily walk 30 minutes 4. Avoid porn 5. Avoid spending times with not so good friends and alone. A video consultation with me is recommended.

Please take a dose of acid phos 1 m single dose and revert after 2 weeks. Lifestyle changes 1. Along with a healthy hair diet it is important that you exercise properly as it will ensure that there is proper blood flow to your scalp and will help in the growth of hair. 2. Treat your hair delicately. Avoid unnecessary brushing, combing or handling. Use a soft, round bristles brush. 3. Have a weekly scalp massage to provide stimulation to the hair follicles. 4. Have regular trims to eliminate split ends and allow the hair to look and feel healthier. 5. Get plenty of rest and sleep to allow your body to grow hair.

Treating Sexually Transmitted Infections

Sexologist Clinic
Sexologist, Faridabad

Treatment for STDs varies depending on what STD you have. It’s very important that both you and your sexual partner be successfully treated for STDs before resuming your sexual relationship. Otherwise you can pass an infection back and forth between you.

Bacterial STDs

Bacterial infections can usually be treated fairly easily with antibiotics. It’s important to take all your antibiotics as prescribed. You should continue taking them even if you feel better before they are finished. You should also return to your doctor if your symptoms do not go away with treatment or if they return.

Viral STDs

Viral infections usually have no cure. However, treatment is available for many of these viral infections. Treatment can be very effective at stopping the progression of HIV. Medications are also available to reduce the frequency and severity of herpes outbreaks. Furthermore, antiviral drugs may reduce the risk of transmitting an STD to your partner.

Other STDs

Some STDs are caused by neither viruses nor bacteria. Instead they’re caused by other small organisms. Examples of such STDs include:

These STDs are usually easily treatable with appropriate oral or topical medications.

Take Cydonia Vul 30C one doses daily for 2 weeks. And you go for food supplement i.e. Naturamore male powder, 1 spoon in morning and evening for 1 month. It will definitely give you result. All these starts appearing is due to lack of nutrition and stress in this today's world. Better just go for it. If you are not getting it anywhere, please let me know. I will provide you. Take care :)

I am male 35 year old and have cold and flu from last 4 days. What should I do? Please help me.
There are several things you can do to prevent a cold. they are all easy. -Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. -Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough. -Get plenty of rest/sleep.staying at home will keep you from spreading germs.Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. -Drink plenty of fluids(veg/tomato soups, dal water/coconut water/herbal tea etc), and eat nutritious food(like sprouts/boiled eggs without yolk with milk). Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can impair your sleep -Treatment:A cold usually lasts for a week or two. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn't need medical treatment. -Complications like infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs must be treated with antibiotics. -Gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. -Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation. -Tablet nasorest-p once/twice daily may ease breathing. -Do steam inhalation once or twice daily

My sister 38 years old female. She is suffering from anti gbm antibody disease from last 4 months. Initially she has only symptoms of renal involvement she used immunosuppressants and prednisalone for 2 months. Her renal function not improved because of side effects she stopped those tablets. After 10 days pulmonary symptoms began (severe cough, sputum with blood streaks, low grade fever) now she is using cyclophosphamide and on regular dialysis. Is there any other way to improve her condition? please suggest a solution for this problem.

MBBS
General Physician, Mumbai
As it is a known auto immune disease which is affecting the kidney and lungs and we have already seen that once you stopped the treatment pulmonary symptoms had developed and if we discontinue the treatment than there can be death due to kidney and lung failure and with ongoing treatment we are clearing the auto antibodies and making her survive for more years to come

I am 48 years old. Past 10 days suffering from stomach ache Consulted doctors did several test nothing is in side. Kidney stones suspected, but urologist clearly diagnosed stones are not there. Slight pain then & there. Radiologist said lever small extent enlarged. Small quantity of food is ok. Some extent higher calories food gives pain.

Certified Diabetes Educator, Registered Dietitian (RD), PGDD, Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (B.U.M.S), General Physician
Dietitian/Nutritionist, Mumbai
Kidney stones treatment depends on the types and size of stone, most kidney stones won't require invasive treatment. You may be able to pass a small stone by: drinking water. Drinking as much as 2 to 3 quarts (1.9 to 2.8 liters) a day may help flush out your urinary system. Unless your doctor tells you otherwise, drink enough fluid mostly water to produce clear or nearly clear urine. Pain relievers. Passing a small stone can cause some discomfort. To relieve mild pain, according to your medical history I may prescribe pain relievers such as ibuprofen, acetaminophen or naproxen sodium. Medical therapy. I am a doctor and renal (kidney) dietitian who will aslo prescribe a customized diet plan and medications to help pass your kidney stone quickly and with less pain. Do reply back for private consultation for a detailed treatment plan including dietary therapy.
