Hello Doctor, Last month, I started doing more exercise. Lost around 1 kg and around abdomen. But now I am delayed on my period by 10 days. Did 5 home pregnancy tests and all are negative. Not involved in unsafe sex last month. So, attributed my delay in period to rigorous exercising. But pimples like never before. And some light white vaginal discharge. What is this discharge about, should I be worried for pregnancy. Also, I was diagnosed with mild pcod. Also, there was a small spotting last month around 14th day.

I am 21 year old female. I always suffer from stomach problems. Acidity and gastric are most common I have. I always have issue with digestive problem. I get gastric after eating easily and my stomach size go big le a pregnant lady and when I have no problem my stomach remain in good shape. Hi lybrate-user. U r suffering from Acidity/gastritis. It is a very common problem nowadays. First step towards treatment is your diet. U ve to avoid heavy spicy food. Go for a walk daily. Increase fiber in your diet. Sm medicines in suggesting which Wil help u. Tab Zanacid duo - 1 tab twice daily before meals. Amalpitmishran syp - 2 tsf three times daily. Aloevera + amla juice - mix in half glass water n drink first thing in the morning. If you r having constipation, then tk 2 tsf of isabgol husk at night wid warm water/milk.

Try placing it on your forehead, temples, or the back of your neck.Take a warm bath or shower; take a nap; or take a walk.Ask someone to rub your neck and back, or treat yourself to a .Apply gentle, steady rotating pressure to the painful area of your head with your index finger and/or thumb. Maintainpressure for seven to 15 seconds, then release. Repeat as needed.Rest, sit, or lie quietly in a low-lit room. Close your eyes and try to release the tension in your back, neck, and shoulders. Hi Take ½ glass of carrot juice + Add ½ glass of spinach juice + Mix well + Drink this juice to cure headache 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya no tens capsule 1_1 twice a day. Take shirshooladi vajra ras twice a day with honey. Avoid tea and coffee.

It is due to over-straining. Do not force or over strain while passing stool, instead change your diet to more fibrous food. Take fruits, chapati which contains husk. Take warm water. Avoid fatty oily food. Night watching. Regular exercise helps a lot for problems of chronic constipation. You can take isabgol power mixed with a glass of lukewarm water at night after food.

Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, fatty and junk food 6..Take paracetamol 500mg one tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily, at the time of chest pain .7. I am I CA student and I am preparing for my exams now, now a days I am feeling very sleepy. I could not even concentrate for 1 hour continuously. I have already given up mobile and listening to music which was a good booster for me. Now I feel very depressed and I don't know how I have self generated a fear of failure. Please help me. Yes, you can go for memory tonics. Apart from that, try to meditate for 15 minutes daily in the morning and evening. Also, do not completely avoid music, you can hear it from time to time. Try concentration exercises like: take a book or a magazine and count the number of words in a single paragraph. Count them again to ensure that you have counted correctly. You can start off with one paragraph and as you get used to it, move on to counting words in two paragraphs. Then move on to counting words on the whole page. Make sure that you perform the counting mentally and only with your eyes without pointing your finger at each word. This is one of the simplest brain exercises to improve concentration. Select an inspiring word or just a simple sound and think about it in your mind, repeating it in your mind for 5 minutes. Once your mind has begun to concentrate on it easily, move on to 10 minutes of uninterrupted concentration. When you start feeling drained out just tell yourself 5 more pages and stay with the book.

This is indicative of osa i. E obstructive sleep apnoea. In this patient has disrupted sleep at night and have whole day sleepiness, lethargy, lack of concentration, headache. U need to consult an ent specialist and respiratory physician to find out any local cause for snoring and get your sleep study done so that appropriate treatment can be done.
