This is an effective but slightly difficult exercise for height increase, and it requires a lot of practice to do perfectly. But this stretching exercise works wonders for increasing height. It also helps in firming the back muscles and spine. Sit on the floor with your legs stretched in front, and your palms placed on the floor near your hips. Press your hands and feet into the ground and lift your body up to form the shape of a table. Keep your arms straight and feet bend from the knees. Stay in this posture for 20 seconds and come to the starting position. Repeat it 2 to 3 times.

For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from whitening. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo.

YOU CAN USE HAIR OIL MENOXIDIL APPLY ON HAIR TWICE A WEEK. Some physicians feel that ferritin levels -- ferritin is the stored form of iron -- are integral to healthy hair growth, and that levels that are not optimal may contribute to hair loss, or impede hair regrowth. Have your ferritin levels checked, and if not optimal -- Sara Gottfried, MD says that levels below 80 are not optimal for thyroid patients suffering hair loss -- talk to your doctor about supplementing with iron.In some cases, your dermatologist may recommend that you try drug treatments. The two popular drugs for hair loss -- Rogaine and Propecia -- both interfere with DHT's ability to destroy hair follicles. Neither drug is safe to use during pregnancy, however, and so they are not as commonly used in women of child-bearing age. Rogaine, the brand name for minoxidil, is available without a prescription. Women typically use a 2% minoxidil solution applied to the scalp twice a day, and men use a 5% solution. Improvements with minoxidil are slow - it may take months to see any improvement, and a year or more for any dramatic change in hair loss and regrowth. To maintain improvements, minoxidil needs to be continued daily. Propecia, the brand name for finasteride, is a prescription drug taken in pill form. It is not to be used by women in child-bearing years because of its ability to cause serious birth defects, but it has been shown to help some women. Propecia does not, however, appear to be any more effective than minoxidil, and like minoxidil, it can take a year to see results, and must be taken for life to maintain regrowth.

Studies have shown that fish oil can relieve tender joints and ease morning stiffness. It has also allowed some people to reduce the amount of conventional medication they take for RA. Servings of fish provide about one gram of omega-3 fatty acids per 3½ ounces of fish. If you choose to try fish oil supplements, talk to your doctor about a dosage. People with RA can often take a higher level of fish oil than is recommended for the general public, but there can be side effects. Higher doses of fish oil may interact with certain drugs, including those for high blood pressure. Increasing your intake of fiber from fruits, vegetables and whole grains may also help reduce inflammation. Studies show that adding fiber to the diet results in lower levels of C-reactive protein (CRP) in the blood; CRP is an indicator of inflammation.

I am going latrine 2 to 3 time or more than that also in single time it not clear I have to go more than 2 to 3 time. It could be due to cervical spondylosys this is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. I have not been able to sleep for few days due to very strong headache. I have taken many medicines to cure this headache but couldn't cure it. It could be migraine 1.Take Paracetamol 500mg one Tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily at the time of attack 2.Drink plenty of water and take rest. 3.Check your BP 4. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation,exposure to loud noise, bright light since it precipitates migraine attack 5. Go for regular exercise 6. practice yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve you from stress 7. If You have chronic migraine, you have to take migraine prophylaxis after consulting neurologist

Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Lemon Juice A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid of dark spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without causing burning sensation. 1. Take four teaspoons of buttermilk. 2. Add two teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. 3. Mix the two ingredients (both have excellent bleaching properties) and then apply. 4. Wash it off after 15 minutes. The lactic acid in milk too, will gradually reduce skin pigmentation, and brighten and tone your overall skin complexion. So, if you do not have buttermilk, simply apply soak a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off Put milk on a cotton ball and dab it directly on your spots. Repeat this procedure twice daily for four to five weeks. You can also prepare a solution by mixing milk and honey and apply the solution to your dark spots, leaving it on for 10 minutes. 4. Oats Oatmeal powder is considered good for skin exfoliation. Hence, you can apply an oatmeal mask on your face and neck to remove dead skin and black spots. 1. Grind half a cup of rolled oats. 2. Add three to four tablespoons of lemon juice to make a paste. 3. Scrub it on your skin and wash it off with warm water when it dries. If it becomes messy, use a clean cloth soaked in warm water to remove the mask. Follow this treatment once or twice a week.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Hair loss occurs due to many reasons. The exact reason should be found out to treat it as early as possible. Home remedy. Take 100 ml coconut oil boil 2-4 pcs of amla fruit n 8-10 curry leaves in that oil till fruit n leaves turn black. Filter and strain. Massage it on scalp with finger tips gently. Wash hair next morning with curd mixed with besan. In ready to use you can start using rishi grow hair oil at bed time wash with robin plus herbal shampoo. Internal herbal medicines can suggested after analysing the prakriti of patient. It will take around 2 months to reduce hairloss so do it and as it's a very slow process so you can't see results in a week. Eat more of green leafy vegies and fresh seasonal fruits. Take amla powder or amla murabba/ carrot murabba twice daily. Use neem wood comb for managing hair and this should be changed regularly. Reduce your stress by yoga and meditation. Add some coconut daily in your diet. Keep water in copper vessel overnight and drink in the morning empty stomach. Avoid chinese foods and food stuffs packed in plastics. Avoid white flour (maida), excessive salt and spices. Let me know after it and I will advise accordingly.

Hello, Some primary headaches can be triggered by lifestyle factors, including: Alcohol, particularly red wine Certain foods, such as processed meats that contain nitrates Changes in sleep or lack of sleep Poor posture Skipped meals Stress Insufficient sleep or rest Overexertion Nutritional deficiencies A secondary headache is a symptom of a disease that can activate the pain-sensitive nerves of the head. Any number of conditions — varying greatly in severity — may cause secondary headaches. Get your blood pressure checked, make a chart. Let me know about the readings, will give you medication accordingly. Also, get eyes tested as headache over the eyebrows is related to your weak eyesight or weak eye muscles. But in your case, it seems to be general weakness or else due to dehydration. Medication: Meantime, can start with homoeopathic medicine - Bakson's Mig-Aid tablet/ after every 2 hours.

Hi Lybrate User. You have tried different methods. Which didn't work. No problem. Now you try to do what I am suggesting to you. 1. Focus on getting fit. Focus on being a Health Warrior rather than focusing on losing weight. 2. The fitter you become. The younger you will be and lighter you will be. 3. Get your mind away from weight machine. 4. You did try exercises but usually they are not intensive enough. 5. You have to do intensive exercise to lose weight. 6. Intensive means doing treadmill for 40 mins at speeds beyond 6. 7. Intensive does not include any mat based exercise or Yoga. 8. Gym workouts are mostly slow paced without much benefit. 9. Join Aerobics or Zumba Classes. Or see Youtube. Skinny Jeans workouts or HIIT workouts. 10. Start doing Surya Namaskar daily after 10 mins warmup. You should start with 3 rounds and add two additional rounds every week. 11. As for your diet. Get a 1600 calorie diet plan from the net and follow it. 12. If you are not able to do these on your own. Consult a dietician who can help you and guide you. It is possible to be fit and slim. Its only that you need right guidance and support. Don't give up.
