I am a 21 years old male. I am studying in an engineering college. I am physically fit but, not mentally. Whatever I do or try to do, I fail everytime. I make time tables, resolutions and I try to follow them, but there is something in my mind which stop me to do work. I want to work hard even harder, but I fail to do even a single thing. I am not a good basketball player, I am just an average student in my class, I cannot focus perfectly on any thing, I don' t know how to talk to girls, even I promise myself to wake up early at 4. 30 am but when alarm beeps, I shut it off and sleep again, and at last I feel guilty. I have no control over my mind. I cannot complete my promises, I dream but doesn' t make it reality. I can dream my future, but don' t know how to approach it. I just want to develop a power to do something whatever I dream or I want to be. Please help me in this. Thankyou

Dear, there is" nothing" in your which stops you. You can name that" nothing" as lack of interest. You don't have to worry about that. When the exams are nearer, you do according to time table. When you want to go for a movie, for a game, everything will go as per schedule. Then why not in studies? I think two or three counseling sessions and psycho therapy techniques should solve your problem. Let me know if you are willing to undergo counseling sessions and tailor made psycho therapy through mobile. Take care.

Dear Thanks for contacting with your health concern Tonics and injections alone are not enough to help build the body mass, good food and exercise must accompany the medicines for a substantial gain in weight. A.Before starting medicine following guidelines should be incorporated into your daily lifestyle i.Make powder of raw mango seed and take 250 mg with yogurt or water empty stomach in morning for three days and start practicing Yogasanas, [of your choice] and Surya-namaskar ii.Avoid: heavy, slimy food along with fetid odor and unpleasant sight and TAKE old brown rice, green gram, fresh green vegetables, banana, pomegranate, garlic, ginger, raisins, black pepper, clarified butter, buttermilk, with regular brushing of teeth and tongue cleaning, bathing, lemon, salt,mint, morning walk. Iii.Eat a variety of nutrient-rich food but who have some added advantage like. Cabbage (cholesterol-lowering benefits. Carrot (helps in liver detoxification. My period starts usually on the first week or last week of the month and after taking ipill on June 17, (2 days after my. Period end). I got a bleeding after 4-5 after taking ipill and now my period time is over which usually happen on 1st week of every month. Am I pregnant? shall I go. For pregnancy test or Is this the side effect of Ipill?

If ipill was taken timely, then it should have prevented any pregnancy. The bleeding after ipill is proof that it has acted successfully. Moreover you took ipill just 2 days after end of last period, which may have been the 5-6th of the cycle, a time when egg formation and ovulation is rare. So all the pointers are giving a clean chit. However, it this period is delayed by ore than 10 days, go for pregnancy test as well since safety from ipill is not 100%.

Please look for your lifestyle which can be responsible for this. Example - sleeping under fan/ac - direct exposure to cold air/change of weather from cold to hot now/taking cold foods/drinks, etc. You just take rhus tox 30 - twice daily 4 pills for next 3 days.

1.Do regular exercise like brisk walking for 30 minutes daily 2.Reduce weight if overweight 3Control diet 4.Avoid sweets, sugar/honey, excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet, avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato,.include more fiber like pulse,green leafy vegetable, legume. Avoid sweetened fruit like banana,mango,litchi,chickoo,sapota,seethaphaljack fruit,grape etc.avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/Jowar/Ragi,moong and chana Dal. Avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. Avoid red meat.take fish/chicken. Hello Niraj To achieve your goals 55kg weight you should follow some weight gaining tips. Getup early morning. Drink plenty of water. Do exercise and Yoga, kapalbhati. Eat protein and carbohydrates rich foods. Take sufficient sleep. Avoid smoking and drinking habits if you have them. Avoid fried and spicy junk foods. Live stress free.
