Hair fall may be due to various causes, some of them are: 1. Improper diet or intake of protein 2. Pollution 3. Stress, too much worry 4. Fungal infection of scalp 5. Dandruff 6. Due some systemic disease like hypothyroidism, anemia, vitamin b12 deficiency, calcium deficiency etc. Start below mentioned tips. 1. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses (soyabean is best for hair), egg, green leafy vegetables, fishes, fruits and nuts etc. 2. Drink more water (12 to 15 glasses per day) 3. Avoid stress and anger 4. For prevention of fungal infection in scalp, wash your hair regularly with some good shampoo. You can use conditioner for smoothing of hair quality. 5. Avoid combing of wet hair. 6. Do not share your towel or comb with other people.

Follow the tips for 1 month they will help u.:: 1.Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon mustard oil, and 1 cup yogurt. Apply this to the hair 30 minutes to 1 hour before washing the head and hair. 2.Soak 50 gm methi dana in 2 cups of water overnight, next day in the morning make the paste and apply on scalp for 15 minutes. 3..Mix powdered Indian gooseberry (amla) and sesame seeds in equal amounts. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day with water. 4.Massage with bhrigraj oil thrice a week. 5.Wash hair regularly 2-3 times a week with a mild shampoo. 6.Avoid scratching the scalp with hands or any other objects. 7.Avoid spicy, greasy, hot and penetrating foods, junk food, and aerated drinks. 8.Have food with good nutritive value; include fiber-rich foods, salads, fruits, and lentils

1. Start taking 3-4 fruits everyday. 2. Drink a glass of lemon water in morning and evening. 3. Eat more vegetables. Eat 2 cucumbers daily 4. Take 20 almonds everyday. 5. Eat small meals/ small snack every 3 hours. Eat slowly chew properly. 6. Everyday quota oil/ghee - not more than 4 teaspoon.......sugar - not more than 4 teaspoons.curds/ paneer 7. Eat proteins like a cup of dal, lobia, dried peas, rajma with every meal. 8. Take 1 cup curd everyday . 9. Cut down colas and juices. 10. Reduce junk foods samosas, pizzas, burger, fries etc.

Dear you can follow these methods for relief from Backache(back pain): * First correct your sitting posture. Food sources of calcium. 1. Cereals grams and their products like roti chapati etc. 2. Milk and milk products 3. Calcium supplements like selcal or calcium sandoz. 4. Vitamin d is responsible for the formation of calcium so you can take food rich in vitamin d. 5. Sunlight is the best source of vitamin d. 6. Cholecalciferol supplements. Tooth decay is due to the action of bacteriae thriving on the food particles coated in the form of plaque over your teeth which us invisible to the human eyes and needs CONSULTATION WITH DENTIST. There is no medicine to stop decay but it can be minimized by following the directions given by the dentist. Hope it solves your problem.

Hello it's tough to promise for increasing the height in 22 years but you can try with pull ups, tadasan, paschimotan asan and sheerpak of shatawari powder.

HI Lybrate USER… A) Take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 1 tsf of jaggery along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after meals…. B) do regularly BHUJANGASANA, UTTANPADASANA and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes…. Do this for 30 days…it gives you good result…THANKS.

  1. Practice good hygiene. Wash your hands regularly to avoid the spread of bacteria and virus.
  2. Use a tissue and handkerchief. Don't cover your mouth with your hand while sneezing or coughing. Germs and viruses cling to bare hands and muffling coughs and sneezes often result in passing along the germs to others.
  3. A warm salt water gargle can temporarily relieve a sore or scratchy throat.
  4. Drink warm milk. Milk does not cause mucus builds up. In fact, the protein, calories and fat in the milk make you strong.
  5. Decaffeinated tea or warm beverages can be soothing and can help break up mucus.
  6. Getting enough sleep is vital for a healthy immune system. Resting when you first come down with a cold helps your body direct its energy toward the immune battle.
  7. Ventilate the room. Tb bacteria spread easily in small closed rooms where the air doesn't move. If it's not too cold outside, open the windows and use a fan to blow the indoor air outside.
  8. If you have a cough which lasts for more than a week, wear a surgical mask when you're outside and around people

Hi, here are the guidelines for your daughter, ask her to; take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! medication: take homoeopathic medicines - schwabe's wiesbaden 200 & alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use schwabe's arnica shampoo and hair growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Beside this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin folli hair once daily for 1 month.

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.

Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with chandrika soap. Prepare a neem leaves mustard oil and apply on your skin. Avoid hot food & spicy food.

I am 30 year old male. I am suffering from recurring abscess on my buttocks. First time it started on first week of february when physician treated me with antibiotics after doing usg test. Wound healed in 1 week. Again in second week of may, another abscess came near to same area. Doctor asked me get admitted immediately and referred me to surgeon. They did surgery next day and cut a lump of 3cm*2cm*1.5cm through excisional biopsy. Histopathology report that came after 5 days shows" infected epidermal inclusion cyst. It takes 20 days to get that wound healed. They have given antibiotic" linezolid 600 mg" for 7 days twice daily. Wound heeled but again new abscess started on other butt. I met physician again who took some tests. Sugar tests came in normal range. But crp test shows 1.7mg/dl against <0.5 normal range. Some blood test also deviates such as wbc 12000, platelets dropped to 1.18 in place 1.48 on day of surgery. Esr rate was 17 & eosinophils showing 35, mcv 80.7. Others things in complete hamogram was nomal. Physician has given cap augmentin 625 thrice daily, and rifampicin 600 and bactiv once daily for 10 days. I have also history of pulmonary tuberculosis in 2005 where I complete full dosage of 9 months and no symptom after that. Kindly tell if I need to do anything else and these medicine is solving the root cause problem and not such subsidizing wound? thx in advance.

Avoid long hour sitting, spicy food, hot drinks, hard drinks. Get your biopsy and pus culture again and take antibiotic for a long period. In my opinion single refampicin should not be taken as its a most potent anti tb drug and cause drug resistace even after short duration use.

Dear, gym exercises do not stop your height growth. But heavy weight lifting may effects your height growth. So go to gym & do exercises but avoid heavy weight lifting.
