Take regular medicine in proper doses, diet should be no fry, fatty, fast food. Regular exercise, if not controlled then add liver medicine because it is controlled through liver.

I am 27 years old and gain 7 kg in last 3 years.

U need to decrease weight... 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity.

Take breaks between your work. Exercise daily in the morning and follow a healthy diet chart. Suryanamaskar is a very effective exercise to keep you lean and healthy. For diet, a.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk.

Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform me.

What are the symptoms of fever and red eyes and jaundice and typhoid fever and stomach pain and headache.
Any kind of increase in the body temperature is called as fever and decreased appetite with yellow urine are few symptoms of jaundice and few things related to headache so that we can plan the treatment accordingly - if pain is associated with blurred or decreased vision than check your eye sight for refractive error - if the pain is associated with cold and fever than we have to rule out sinusitis as the cause and if the pain is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura than we have to rule out migrane as the cause - if the pain is associated with neck problems than we have to rule out cervical spondylosis as the cause - if the pain is associated with either low or high bp or due to hyperacidity than we have to treat the cause after examination.

I'm tacking obimet 500mg for pimples. It was recommend by doctor. So still cn I tak this tablet? M not having dayabitis.

in my opinion it should not be used. keep your face dry, wash 4-5 time a day, apply retino-a cream at night and wash your face before sun rise as sun rays can darken your face. Welcome

To get fit change food habites. Add in your daily food carbohydrates, vitamines, minirales, proteins, green vegitabales, spanish soup will also helps. Do arobic excersices, yoga, pranayam, walking will helps you. Take sleep 6 to 8 hours daily.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You have issues with your lower back since 2 years and ideally we should get it thoroughly investigated in the form of x rays, mri and a thorough clinical evaluation to proceed further. But if you have localized mild to moderate back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. Hello,Dandruff causes hair loss so its necessary to treat dandruff first. Take Thuja 200, 5 drops in the morning, once in a week. Take Arnica Q and Cochleria arom. Q in equal amount, mix with equal amount of coconut oil, and apply this on your scalp, thrice a day. Wash your hair with B&T Anti- Dandruff Shampoo. Revert me after 1 month. Take care.

It looks like to be due to some sort of inflammation in that area. Take some pain killer tablets twice a day for 3 to 4 days. If it doesn't subside please consult a surgeon. Thanks.

I am 16 years male. I have migraine from past 11 years. I have taken lots of medicine like sibilium, saridon, decil, dispirin, paramet, Arden, nice. I have also wear specs for 1 year but nothing happened. I also take a sound sleep of 8 hours and I take a balance diet. I take meal after 2 to 3 hours. I avoid myself to go under the sun and when I go I wear dark sunglasses along with a hat. I do not eat any kind of junk food. When my head aches I have also tried hot and cold fermentation. I had also done ct scan. Trying all this nothing happened what should I do.

It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.
