Hi, to check for dengue. Get a platelets count done. For malaria and typhoid. There are separate tests. Take her to doctor, let him decide which tests to be done and whether to admit or not. 104 kind of temperature, that too in delhi region should not be taken lightly.

1. Natural oil massage helps to improve blood circulation to our scalp. Use olive oil, almond oil ,coconut oil and especially Homoeopathic oil JABORANDI OIL (WHEEZAL LAB) ( Mix with Almond /Olive oil in ratio 1:1)for deeply moisturizing hair roots and making them nourished. These oils contain biotin, moisture and other extracts that help in treating grey hair and making them soft. 2. Tea and coffee are natural way to keep hair black or brown. Add tea or coffee to water and allow it to boil for 10 minutes. Now to retain your black hair colour rinse it with tea and for getting brownish hair rinse it with coffee. Follow this method just in a week to get rid of greying of hair. 3. Gooseberry (Amla) is a natural astringent that has a variety of benefits for both hair and skin. Applying amla paste to your hair helps in retaining the hair colour and treating your greying problem. Some of the benefits of amla includes a. Promotes hair growth b. Prevents and Controls hair fall. c. Prevents and cures premature greying of hair. d. Treats infections of scalp 4. Black walnuts works well for darkening hair colour. Break the walnut and add its fruit into water. Now boil the water for 15 minutes and allow the water to cool. Remove all the walnuts from the water and rinse your hair with this water twice a week. This technique helps in restoring hair colour, thus helping you to get rid of your grey hair. Tips to prevent premature greying of hair 1. Stop smoking. It has been shown that people who smoke increases the chances of premature hair graying by four times. 2. To prevent your hair from greying it should be protected from heat. 3. Avoid using excess chemical hair products like shampoos, conditioners, hair gels etc. 4. Try to keep your hair always moisturized. 5. Eat a healthy balanced diet to prevent your hair from becoming white. 6. Avoid wearing tight hats and caps as it disturbs the circulation of blood to our scalp.

Avoid fried and oil in food. You can follow following diet for reduce weight. 1. Honey take a medium glass and fill it with hot water. Add the juice of 1 lemon and 1 tablespoon of honey to it. Drink this after waking up in the morning as a first thing. Practice this remedy on a regular basis and you will certainly notice the difference. 2. Hot water drink around 1 litre hot water on an unfilled stomach. This will cleanse the body thoroughly. 3. Tomatoes eating raw tomatoes also helps in reducing the belly fat. 4. Ginger steep water and add ginger to it. Then, add honey and pepper. Simmer it for 5 minutes. Honey helps in dissolving the fat while ginger and pepper will increase the metabolic rate. 5. Mint add 1 tablespoon honey, a pinch of pepper, and some crushed mint leaves to a cup of hot water. Let it to steep for 5 minutes. Strain and drink the liquid to get a flat tummy. Mint soothes the abdomen while honey and pepper dissolves the fat and boosts the metabolism. 6. Apple cider vinegar consume apple cider vinegar with your food. It will make your stomach fuller, thereby curbing your appetite. This remedy not only helps in reducing the chubbiness of your tummy, but also in regulating the blood sugar level.

Pay close attention to your food choice. ·        Eat less carbohydrate food sources like chapatti, rice, noodles, pasta, bread etc as they help in gaining weight and storing fat. ·        While having lunch or dinner eat vegetables and dal to fill your stomach rather eating lots of chapattis or rice. ·        Have a healthy breakfast like poha, idli, upma, plain dosa, oats, dalia or khichdi with vegetables. ·        Eat a balance diet including good quality proteins like: fish, lean chicken and eggs. If you are a vegetarian then include skimmed milk, low fat paneer, butter milk, soy bean or soy milk in your diet. ·        Avoid ghee, butter or vanaspati. Prepare your diet with vegetable oil like sunflower, safflower soybean or olive oil. ·        Eat plenty of salads. ·        Eat fresh fruits including apple, orange, pineapple, papaya, sweet lime, berries, guava, watermelon, mask melon etc. ·        Avoid eating outside junk and fried foods like pizza, pasta, roll, burgers, cakes, chocolates and cookies. ·        Have an early dinner. The earlier the better, giving your system more time to digest the food. ·        Avoid cold drinks/alcohol as they add empty calories to your diet. ·        Avoid fat enriched milk products like cheese, sweets, full fat cream etc. ·        Drink 3 liters of water in a day. ·        Try to have less sugar in food and beverages. ·        Try to drink 2 cups of green tea in a day as green tea helps in weight loss by aiding digestion. ·        Avoid red meat like mutton, beef, lamb or pork. ·        Eat sprouts or roasted chana, whenever you feel hungry.

How to Deal With Asthma During Pregnancy

Asthma, the long term inflammatory disease, affects the airways of lungs. A number of symptoms, including obstruction of air flow into the lungs, which can cause breathlessness, coughing, wheezing, allergic reactions and swelling of the tubes, points to it. The causes include genes as well as pollution in the environment which is resulting in an increasing number of cases. The diagnosis is usually done with a spirometry and the treatment is a long term process. 

Women who suffer from asthma have to be especially vigilant during pregnancy as it can lead to a number of complications including less air passage to the foetus. This can result in a slow rate of development and certain anomalies in extreme cases. So how can a pregnant lady manage asthma? Here are a few tips:

  1. Involve Pulmologist: To begin with, the obstetrician and the pulmonologist must both be well aware of the situation. The pulmonologist must be given detailed information with regards to allergies as well as past treatment and medical history so that the treatment is done systematically to prevent an asthmatic attack and any complications to the foetus. 
  2. Lung Function: During pregnancy, the doctor must monitor lung function carefully with monthly check ups to ensure that the right amount of oxygen is reaching the foetus. This is done because the severity of asthma changes in most women during pregnancy. A spriometry or peak flow metre can be used to measure the lung function. Also, the foetal movements must be monitored on a monthly basis, or rather, once every 28 days, to be more specific. 
  3. Influenza: Flu is a common outcome of asthma, especially when it becomes severe during pregnancy. The onset of flu or influenza must be prevented at all costs with the help of a flu vaccine that will be effective at least for a season at a time. It is a pregnancy safe injection. 
  4. Triggers: There are many things that may trigger an asthmatic attack or an allergic reaction that can lead to the same. Ensure that you do not suffer from these triggers by avoiding dust, pollen, tobacco smoke and varied other substances that can lead to choking and wheezing. 
  5. Medication: One must ask the doctor about pregnancy safe inhaled corticosteroids that one can take during pregnancy if and when the need arises.

 It is recommended to take medication for asthma during pregnancy only after a consultation with the doctor. Also, do not reduce the dose of the medicine unless your doctor has recommended a change.

Hello. We can't make the grey hair turn black, but of course, prevent further greying! The causes of premature greying of hair are several. Here we have listed out a few common causes. Heredity is a major reason for hair greying Excessive use of tobacco and smoking Chronic emotional stress or psychological worries Lack of nutrients such as vitamins, iron, copper and iodine in the diet Medical conditions such as anemia, hypothyroidism, tuberous sclerosis or neurofibromatosis Home Remedies: 1. Add the curry leaves to the oil and boil it for 6 to 8 minutes, or till the leaves turn black. Remove from flame and let it cool. Strain the oil in a container and massage your scalp and hair with this oil 3 to 4 times per week before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 2. Turn the fenugreek seeds to a smooth powder and keep aside. Heat the oil and add the amla pieces to it, let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes, add the fenugreek powder to the oil, let it boil for another minute and remove from flame. Let it cool and strain the oil, apply on scalp and hair before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 3. Mix onion and lemon juice in a glass bowl and apply on scalp and hair evenly. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash off with a mild herbal shampoo. Repeat it 4 to 5 times a week for 2 weeks. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Lycopodium 200/ once daily, Acid Phos. 200/ once daily and Weisbaden 200/ twice daily – all of them for 1 month. And a multivitamin - A to Z/ 1 cap. daily once for 1 month (as deficiency of zinc, copper and selenium can also cause premature greying). Use Schwabe's Arnica Shampoo and Hair Growth Oil. Revert me back.

Most cases of sciatica resolve by themselves within six weeks to three months. Suggestions for managing sciatica are over-the-counter pain-relieving medication ice packs proper posture resting the back by not bending, flexing or lifting heavy weights pain relieving medications. Physiotherapy, including electrical stimulation of the back muscles. If still no relief, consult a doctor.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer.

Use spf+30 sunscreen lotion. Bath with pears soap. Take some oily end ghee prepretions, green vegitabales, salad, simpal veg food home made. Take 4 litter water in a day to avoid dryness. Use cap in sunlight.

I get imbalance feeling/ not standing still with exertion/ activity, also by bending over, standing and working for sometime. It does not happen when I get up in the morning but as day goes by. It causes tiredness and I need to sit down. This goes away after sleeping/ taking rest. The day I am not active this does not happen. I have mild cervical spondylosis, and eardrum perforation from long time. Got bp checked by it is within normal range. What should be done.

Your feeling of dizziness is due to cervical spondylitis or due to meniers disease.[ear] do exercise of spines. Exercise in cervical spondylitis plays very effective role in relieving spasm of that area. Avoid entry of water in ear during bathing. Take homeopathic coculus 30, three times daily for a week.
