I am 16 year old male and I have a grey hairs last 2 years and is there any solution for grey hairs please tell.
1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home). 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain pH balance of your hair.

5 Reasons Why Some People Accomplish More And Are Much Happier

Do you know why some people accomplish more and generally are much happier in their lives?

The field of Positive Psychology explains this. Research says, one of the signature strengths that such people have is "Gratitude. Gratitude makes them take better care of themselves physically and mentally. It also makes people engage in more proactive and healthy way. It promotes the motivation for exercise, healthy diet and willingness to wriggle out of any negative situations in life. It helps boost your immune system.  Since it makes you more optimistic and alert, you cope better with stress and feel healthier.

How to Have An Attitude of Gratitude?

1) Be Mindful of What You Have - Being thankful for very small things actually bring a great amount of joy. Have gratitude for small things like sunlight, rain, flowers, a cup of tea, a caring spouse, a child's laughter. It gives us the resilience to cope with tougher situations.

2) Keep a Gratitude Journal - Every night before going to bed, write down "What was the best thing that happened to you that day.  It fosters better sleep and a sense of well being and satisfaction.

3) Reframe Challenging Situations - It's not the situation but our perception of the situation that makes it challenging. You can reframe your reactions and respond by saying that "I may have a very demanding boss, but I have become more organized, patient. It will help you to attend to your work and be cheerful.

4) Practice saying Thank You - It's very simple. When you buy a bus ticket, just smile and say 'Thank You. Feel the first raindrops on your face and smile in gratitude for all the life it brings.

5) Focus your attention outwards - According to Emmons, a US psychology professor, people who are more aware of the positives in their lives tend to focus their attention outside of themselves. They feel complete, satisfied and fulfilled in their lives and are capable of helping the less fortunate ones.

My name is ankit Mishra and my age 24 year old my questions is how to gain weight?
Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

I am 22 years old. I don't know whether to call my problem depression, jealousy or stubborn. I am having a friend who is best friend to me. I am also a very good friend to her but I don't feel my importance in her life any more since the time she became close to one of my other friend. They use to chat at least one hour daily. And I don't know what to say after 10 min. I feel that I am not good enough to be her best friend as the other guy. I tried to break there friendship (not a good hearted deed I know) but they became even more close. I asked her not to talk to him she said-" he has not done anything wrong, is a good person and I love talking to him moreover he has not taken your place but has created his own" I REALLY UNDERSTAND THAT. And don't want to break there friendship from heart. But I was so depressed so stubborn that I taunted her for ruining my life every time we talked. Then too she tried to make every thing right. Now time has come that I loose my mental stability when ever I seen them both online at the same time and say something that ruin my friendship even more. I just can't control it. I don't want to say any thing but I feel restless I breath heavily my heart goes heavy blood pumping in my head. I want to control it please help.

I am 22 years old. I don't know whether to call my problem depression, jealousy or stubborn. I am having a friend who...
You are experiencing extreme, may be pathological jealousy. Obviously you understand it is irrational and mean. But you are too overwhelmed by the emotional reaction to deal with it properly. First thing you need to do is learn how to relax your body and calm down at least a little when you feel jealous. Right now you are reacting emotionally. Your body is going in fight mode, as if there is a real physical danger to your survival and you have to act now. You can change that. Learn to control your breathing. That is the easiest. Take slow deep breaths. Practice this when you are fine and use it when you feel angry or anxious. Drink a glass of cold water. Wash your face. Next, stop following your'friend' on social media. Stop checking her activities on facebook, whatsapp, etc. Take a couple of hours'off' everyday, where you switch off your phone and computer, especially during the time when you know you will talk to her or spy on her. Talk to her in person. Chats often create more misunderstanding. You probably have feelings for her, you may want to take your friendship to another level, you probably want to date her. Tell her how you feel. Let her take her time to process and decide. Listen to her and finally, respect her decision. It is her life. If you can't take it, walk away with civility and dignity. It's ok. You will find a lot of nice people in your life if you are nice to them.
