I strongly recommended start ayurveda, as alopathy only subsides. Actualy ashthama is a vata domient disease. In monsoon it may b increses. You have not given detail history & symptoms. Bt main treatment mentioned in our ancient text are mild purgation, massage, steam & oraly medication. Stop causative factor like curd, day sleep, over eating, to eat without hunger, excess drinking water, sweety, salty & sour food. I am suggesting you 3 things 1) drink only half boiled water. Dont take unboiled water 2) ginger + turmeric- 2 2 teaspoon with old honey, before food 30 min 3) bishopweed seed+ cummin seed 2 2 spoon, whole seed after breakfast n each meal. Give follow up.

If you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan of head to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist.

IN HYPOTHYROIDISM:--- where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving thyroxine tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Advice hot fomentation. Gentle stretching of hand muscles. Ball exercises. Wrist exerciser: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. Hamstring stretching.

Kegel exercise - The muscle you are working during kegels is called the PC muscle (pubococcygeus), and it’s the same muscle you use when you control the flow of urine. Think about when you go pee – then someone knocks on the door and you stop the stream of pee – that muscle that you contract to stop the flow of urine is the PC muscle. Try flexing it right now.  This is also the muscle you use to hold in a fart. If you haven’t found it yet, pretend you are holding in a poop – that’s the muscle. When you do these, try not to flex other muscles, like your stomach or thighs. It’s okay if you’re squeezing your butt hole (that’s part of the PC muscle), but don’t squeeze your butt cheeks. Variation A kegel exercise routine will consist of contracting this muscle several times, at different lengths, and resting between reps. Try holding the muscle for 1 second. Try 3 seconds. Try 8 seconds. When you are new to this it is difficult and normal if you can only hold for a second or two. You will get better with time! A workout routine will involve a few sets of these. For example, squeeze for 5 seconds, rest for 5 seconds, and do that 10 times. Now wait a minute and repeat the whole thing again. Some people prefer a static routine of 2 sets of 10 reps at 5 second holds, others come up with varying sets.  Also try doing these in different positions. Try standing up, sitting down, crouched, and in the fetal position. Try legs apart and legs closed. Some positions may be easier for kegeling than others. Tips Remember to breathe – holding your breathe during these will make it more difficultYou may get turned on while doing these. That’s fine, just go with it! You’re only doing 2 things – tensing or relaxing those pee-stopping muscles. It’s best to do on an empty bladder, so if you have to pee, go to the bathroom before. As with any exercise, the more you stick with it, the better you become. Don’t give up if you don’t see results in a day – you’ll see results within a week!

A curved penis simply can be a result of individual anatomy. The direction that an erect penis takes depends on theproportion of crus (penis under the skin) to exposed penis. Men with a shorter crus, and thus a longer penis, are more likelyto have an erection that points downward, while an erect penis that has a longer crus will probably point outward, or evenstraight up. Sometimes the penis also bends to the left or to the right. I think in your case bending may be due to short crus.In the vast majority of cases, the curve falls well within the norms of most men and should not be a deterrent for arelationship. If, however, your penis has a pronounced curve or bends sharply to the left or right — especially if penetration isimpossible or if an erection is painful — you should see a urologist.

1. Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily (brisk walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling etc) 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, carrot, tomato, j legume. D) avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, sapota, seethaphal jack fruit, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, jack fruit, sweet potato, a handful of walnut daily (akhrot) e) avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. F) avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. G) avoid red meat. Take fish/chicken. H) avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4.
