Dear friend, first of all please understand that shampoo is not a medicine. Whether it be any shampoo either ayurvedic or any specially made only 2-3% of its value contribute to the hair fall. First you want to know about the reason for hairfall. It can be dandruff or any health issues. Intake of high dose antibiotics, abornmal hb levels, pcos, fatty liver are the some of the health issues. External factors like change in the water that you used regularly, too much application of oil nd shampoo are other factors. Kindly find out it. According to me, if you have heavy hairfall; what ever be the reason, intake of medications nd application of medicated oils only can help you instantly.

Weight reduction: regular yoga practices and exercise are vitally important, especially for seniors and long standing obese. But only these two will not lead to weight loss until cut back on sugars and carbohydrates and weight reducing specific diet and herbal supplements. Sugar should be restricted to only five tea spoon=25 gm daily intake and carbohydrates are to be in complex form. If interested for full regimen, inform.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily .Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hello, Green tea is supposed to be taken with warm water. You just need to steep for nearly 3 mins. Ideally up to 2 cups before 6 pm would be beneficial. Remember, green tea is no magical route to stay fit and the overconsumption can lead to some problems.

You need to undergo two tests. First is called throat swab for culture and sensitivity to find out the bacteria causing infection and antibiotic effective to cure it. Second is called videolaryngoscopy to view your entire throat and any condition which may have missed in routine clinical examination. You definitely stop smoking and tobacco chewing if you do. Avoid spicy fried chilled junk food. Regular warm salt water gargles will help.

I believe there is no need to take tablets. You can easily gain weight without medications. To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Hi, simple nutritional deficiency can cause general weakness of the body. Would advise you to take homoeopathic medicines - alfaalfa tonic and five phos. - both thrice daily, and let me know about your condition after a month. Management: daily intake more of healthy, nutritious and balanced food which includes green vegetables, seasonal fruits, salads, legumes, pulses, eggs, milk & milk products, oats, cornflakes, muesli, nuts, lean meat (chicken & few seafood), etc. Keep yourself well-hydrated by taking at least 10-12 glasses of water in a day, also increase intake of other fluids like coconut water, shikanji, jaljeera, gulkand, rooh-afza, lassi, curd, etc. Which has got cooling effect on the body during this hot summer weather. Premature ejaculation is diagnosed when you have premature ejaculation within one or two minute of sex, continuously several times with the same partner for over six months.
