Dear Lybrate user Acne and black heads and rough skin are due to some impurities in blood. And these impurities are due to indigestion. So try to resolve constipation first. I am 59 now. For many years i am suffering from hypertension and tool lot of medicines. After a check-up with Kokilaben, the doctor suggested to take Telma40, ecercise, less chappathis and controlled salt. As much as i can i use SHENDGE NAMAK.. i take tea with GINGER, AJWAIN, JEERA, PEPPER, etc. I was habuated to some alchohol/beer beverages intake for many years and after a very bad illhealth and upon advise not taking alcohol. I am tempted to find relief and be in control with mild beer - can of Kingfisher. I have undergone Hernia operation and Catract operation few months back. Kindly let know what is the right course to be followed for my good health.

You need to watch your diet, especially fat and salt consumption. Consume a lot of fiber, vegetables, and fruits. Avoid flesh protein as much as possible, except fish and some white meat. I hope you are not over-weight. Exercise is a must. You need to catch at least 6 hours of sleep every day. Stress management is also highly recommended. Alcohol is best avoided. Go for regular checkups. There are some excellent new products that are natural extracts, which help in weight loss, and reduction of cholesterol and triglycerides. 1. Controlling your diet and exercising regularly is the key to losing weight. Taking the following could also help in accelerating the weight loss process: taking pranacharya medohar rasayan (1-1) twice a day; taking medohar guggul (2-2) twice a day; pranacharya slim capsule (1-1) twice a day. 2. It is advisable to avoid junk, fried, fermented or oily food. You should also avoid the intake of alcohol, sugar, dairy products. 3. You should increase the intake of oats and cereals. You should incorporate a walk of at least 45 minutes in your daily regime and prayanama every morning. It is advised not to sleep immediately after taking a meal.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Yes, you need to increase the quantity of food you eat, but at the same time you have to make sure You are eating healthy. Eat five to six meals a day. Avoid skipping any meal. Increase your portion size. Choose foods that are higher in healthy calories. Do not skip any meal, especially breakfast. Whatever you eat at breakfast is better absorbed and utilized by your system. So don’t forget to take a handful of nuts everyday along with good quality protein, like toned milk and boiled eggs. Maintain a 2 hour window between each meal so that you can feel he hunger and eat better quantities. Avoid junk foods, they provide high calories but at the same time trans fats also. Diet to be included for weight gain: -­‐ Peanut butters and cheese makes a calorie-­‐dense yet nutritious spread for your sandwich -­‐ Milk (Add 2 tsp skimmed milk powder) -­‐ Egg whites or Banana -­‐ Soaked Almonds -­‐ Vegetable stuffed paratha -­‐ Groundnut chikki / Dry Fruit chikki -­‐ Roasted Soyabean / Almonds -­‐ Sprout salad -­‐ Chapati - Upma / Daliya khichdi / Poha -­‐ Veg (potato/ cauliflower/ cabbage/ ladyfinger / bottle gourd/ ridge gourd/ brinjal etc.) -­‐ Dal / legumes (soya bean / moth/ mung etc.) -­‐ Rice / biryani / pulav (veg / non veg) -­‐ Include food rich in carbohydrates and protein -­‐ Butter -­‐ Potatoes -­‐ Soya beans -­‐ Chicken We do special treatment using Homoeopathic and 100percent Organic Supplements which helps in weight gain and increase the appetite, which gives wonderfull results for the same. You may take banana shake daily in morning for one month and date milk at night for one month. Also take soaked figs and raisons at night daily in morning for a month. You may take fibre food daily. Roasted potatoes you may add in your daily diet.
