Hello,Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.

U can do home pregnancy test by using pregnancy kit .If negative then you go for ultrasound lower abdomen to look for cause of delay.

Hello, there are different types of laser therapies (like nd-yag, quantum ipl, etc.) for hair removal treatment which are available in the market. So, you can visit any of the dermatologist or the clinic/ hospitals which specialises in these treatments. Get it done from a renowned and an expert hands only. Frequent number of sittings are required for hair removal (single sitting is not sufficient) which is recommended as per the type of machine they do have and the indian and the type of hair & skin you have. The reslts vary from person to person and it makes the hair more thinner, finer like a vellus hair which is not much visible or noticable and the more importantly they become bleachable! rate depends upon the size of the area to be treated, the no. Of sittings required and the machine which would be used for this purpose. (e. G: may start from rs. 500-700 per sitting for upper lips area and so on). (if there is any underlying medical condition like hormonal imbalance, would need more number of sittings and or there after maintenance for long time).

You need to maintain proper posture while working or studying if you use computers for long time, your table and chair should be ergonomically placed monitor level should be at the level of eye knee and hip at right angle do neck isometric exercises take vitamin d supplement normally if you follow all this, you should be better.

In my MRI report I have complete acl tear in my left knee, but I can walk properly but I'm feeling less strength in my left leg, one doctor suggested me for surgery, I do not want to go for surgery bcz I do not have money as well as I am sport man so im little worry about surgery, It should recover without surgery?

Dear, as you said you had tear in acl. But now you feel no pain. Therefore the ligament that injured that time has healed now. So there is no need of surgery now. You should follow these instructions to get fast recovery - 1. You can do only light and simple execises. Do normal walk. If you want to walk fast then first wear knee supporting knee cap before walk. 2. Do not run. As running can give you sudden jerk to the ligament and the pain will start that makes you feel uncomfortable. So do not give sudden jerk to legs. 3. If you are overweight then follow the diet plan to weight loss that makes the load less on your knee joints and makes you feel light. 4. Follow the simple bending of knee joint exercise for strengthing of leg muscle. 5. In future, if you feel difficulty in walk, then you should opt the surgery for the repair of ligament. Surgery is necessary only in that condition when you feel increased pain and difficulty in movement of joint.

fever is itself a symptom, usually indicate infection in body Measure your temperature and tell me reading Avoid exertion Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc Get CBC checked and review with reports consult privately

teeth pain can be due to decay or fractured teeth, gum infection or sensitivity. get your teeth x-rayed n go for needful treatment. for decay, you might require rct n cap or removal n replacement by implants or bridge. for gum infection, go for scaling and polishing of teeth. for sensitivity, use desensitizing toothpaste twice daily.

Just as your overall health will benefit from eating a balanced diet, so too should the health of your hair. Once it’s gone, it’s gone, so don’t put foods in your body that speed up hair loss. You may be experiencing a thinning on top already, but you can counteract this (or at least slow it down) by eating from every food group daily -- concentrating on foods that are rich in protein, iron, silica, and zinc.

-take protein rich diet -take fatty acids (fish oil, omega 3) -take green leafy vegetables like spinach. -go for a regular checkup, esp. For vitamin b12. -de-stress yourself -oil and massage your scalp with natural oil (preferably hot) thrice a week. -select hair fall control shampoo. -do not over use shampoo. -little hair fall per day is normal. -take tablet nutrahair twice a day.

To remain healthy nd fit you should follow 3 steps in your life 1.BALANCED DIET 2.EARLY MORNING BRISK MORNING WALK for 30 minutes and 10 minutes evening walk after Dinner 3.DRINK 6-8 Glasse of water daily. As 60% of our body is made of water, it acts as a carrier of essential nutrients inside our body. Loosing as little as 5% of body's weight as water can cause headache, fatigue and lower your muscle strength. To stay healthy, an adult should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Balanced Diet= 60% Carbohydrates + 20% Fats + 20% Proteins 1. Carbohydrates: Our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) Instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: Banana, Milk, Sweets, Sugarcane juice. (b) Slow carbohydrates energy sources: Beans, Bread, Cereals, Potato, Pulses, Rice. 2. Proteins: Essential for growth, repair of muscle, skin, hair and body tissues. Protein deficiency leads to low immunity, hairfall, feeling of tiredness. Proteins are not stored in our body as any excess protein is converted to energy or fat. Hence, a person requires protein intake every day. When the body does not get enough carbohydrates to fuel itself, it falls back on protein bank. That is why people who follow starvation diets or go on fasting lose muscle tissue. (a) Major protein sources: Egg white(white portion), Milk, Soybeans/Soymilk, Fish, Cheese, Tofu. (b) Other protein sources: Beans with wheat, Nuts, Curd, Yogurt (Dahi). 3. Fats: Required and healthy when taken in small amounts. Excess fat leads to weight gain, increase in bad cholesterol (LDL) and heartproblems (a) Major fats sources: Egg yolk (Yellow portion), Avocados, Whole Milk, Butter, Cheese, Nuts. (b) Other fats sources: Corn, Vegetable/Olive oil, Biscuits, Flaxseeds(San Beej). 4. Vitamins and Minerals: Critical for normal functioning of organs and processes within our body. They do not provide energy directly but work behind the scenes to break down food into energy. 5. Fiber: It helps retain water and in making our stools softer to avoid constipation. Intake should be 25 to 35 grams a day. 6. Calories: A measure of how much energy food or drink contains. On an average, a man needs around 2,000 calories a day and a woman 1700 calories a day to maintain his weight and good health. Number varies by person depending upon weight, age and how active the lifestyle is. 7. Guideline: Each day have 3 main meals, 2 snacks, 5 pieces of fruit and at least 1 glass of milk. 4. BRAMARI PRANAYAM or Bee Breath 1.Close your eyes. Focus on your breathing. 2.Place your thumbs in your ears, your index fingers above your eyebrows, and your remaining along the sides of your nose. Keep each pinky finger near a nostril. 3.Breath in deeply through the nose. First, feel the diaphragm move down, allowing the lungs to expand and forcing the abdomen out; then feel your chest expand with your collar bones rising last. .4.Use your pinkies to partially close each nostril. Keep your lungs filled. .5.Breathe out through the nose while humming. Note that the humming sound should originate in your throat, not as a result of your partially-blocked nostrils. 6.Repeat twenty times.starting from 5 times

I keep depressed as my daughter's first marriage failed due to her wrong choice. She is V aggressive and doesn't want to listen to any one else. If required she even beats me. Hello. I am sure as a mother it is even more troubling to see your daughter go through this situation and the feeling of helplessness can be very distressing. First things though, please do not allow anyone to physically abuse you no matter who it maybe and protect yourself adequately. Try talking to her when she is not distressed and tell her how you feel instead of telling her what she should or should not do. Try using statements like" I am afraid that. Or" I feel sad when. Please also seek help from a psychiatrist to rule out any depression and also seek counseling.
