Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days avoid junk food, oil, maida, sugar has to be cut down very much. Realise that foregoing these items are better than the pain.

My father is 65 years old. His sugar level is 190. He is saying that his foot is irritating or burning very often. Once his left foot came under car tyre. But he is saying both the foot are burning. He is having this problem for the past 6 months. He is not taking any treatment. What could be the reason for this and what is the treatment or medicine you would proscribe for it .

Hot fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction. Sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily bhujang asana x 15 timesx twice daily core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Quadratus lumborum stretching piriformis muscle stretching do cross over.

It appears you r suffering from sciatica. Pl visit a good acupuncturist in your place for treatment. Meanwhile try this. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Press the point on the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from toe in the foot 20 times by pressing and releasing with a blunt edge of a pen. Further rotate your foot clockwise and anticlockwise 10 times. Massage your leg with both hands. Pl consult after a week.

For joint pain consult physiotherapist. Learn exercise for joint pain. Use lumber spine belt and knee cap. Don't sit on floor. Don't lift heavy things. Take calcium and multivitamin for joint pain.

Pleas start with stretching first. One week stretch then start Stretching Strength exercise. Always start Exe only after Stretch. If body pain increases then first check Calcium, Vit D3, and B12 checked. Hope other parameters are ok.

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor.

It seems to be Compartment syndrome. Do you start suddenly? Have you tried gradual increase in workout? My advice would be to improve your stamina gradually with just 10% increase every week in workout. Do you have any coach? for example, If you can run 1km without any problem, then start with 1km for one week, then next week add 100 meters.... If you have already done this, then visit a sports injury specialist doctor.

Hi it can be fibromyalgia. Some test may be required like cervical xray, diabetes, calcium, vitamin d etc. But first it will be good if you visit orthopaedic or physiotherapist personally for clinical examination.
