You should have healthy diet, healthy lifestyle with some physical activity. You should stop laziness nd make your timetable of everything. Take your meals in proper time do not skip meals. Go for more fruits vegetables juices instead of bakery products sweets junk food.

Kindly take rasnaerandai kshayam, 3 tsf in half a glass of warm water, twice a day, before meals. Take panchamruta loha guggal, 2 tabs, twice a day after meals with dashmoolarishta, 3 tsf in half glass of warm water. Take ashwagandha powder, 1 tsf in a glass of warm milk, 1 hr after meals, twice a day. Avoid lifting heavy weight, standing for long duration, soft mattress. And kindly consult soome ayurveda physician for basti treatment as it will solve all of your problems. Avoid cold eatables in your diet. Continue the regime for 45 days. Good luck.

Eat good nutritive food. Bigger portion many meals along with snacks and healthier easily digest able high calorie are to be taken you should gradually increase high energy food. Milk curd raw sugar jaggery black gram nuts and clarified butter you should take. Snacks you can take at bed time and a regular exercise you may do.

Hi, if the food you eat is not properly digested and absorbed then how can you gain weight. Nothing will work if this is not proper. Take *alfa malt forte (medisynth) 1tablespoon to be taken twice a day during meals for 1mth *take grd powder 1tablespoon in 1 cup of milk, drink once a day.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. dont use any protein powder try to give him milk,eggs,fish and badam powder and give bananas , the protein powders have side effects so dont use it ,

Being skinny may have many reasons and it may be your body's genetic make-up as well. Still, we can do a lot to make difference. High-Calorie foods with rich nutrition are good for you. Take nuts & raisins along with Milk Shakes and eat every 2-3 hrs. Strength training is important too. Try muscle strengthening exercises of different groups on different days to let the muscles recover.

Hello, There is nothing good about smoking. Avoid smoking have lots of fruits vegetables, diary products in the diet with high calories nuts abd dried fruits. Drink lots of water to get rid off of acne.

I am suffering from ringworm patches from last 14-15 years in my groins. Since last tow years it has started appearing on face also. Multiple time consulted doctors. Two unique observation 1. Every ointments and medicine works fine but after an interval of one to two months it again appears. 2. After using ointment I feel as if it shifts the place and goes off very slowly. Can I have any permanent cure for the same?

Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

1. For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day.. 4. Eat healthy n light food .. 5. Drink plenty of fluids.. 6. Avoid constipation... 7. Walk 1km daily in evening... 8 .Follow up after a week.

. To gain weight it is not about eating too much, but eat high energy and protein dense food frequently in small portions. 1 start eating high energy high protein food. Like almond, ground nut, dry coconut, cashew nut, milk and milk products etc 2 do not take stress, if you are suffering from any kind of stress do yoga and meditation 3 quite smoking or any kind of tobacco. 4 eat food which is less in fiber so it can be digested easily and make you hungry again. 5 instead of eating large quantities of food in single meal take small portions of food frequently above are some common instruction. You need proper guidance of an expert for definite results.

I'm 24, my weight is just 39, I'm too skinny, I've been trying to put on weight from quiet a long time but nothing's working out. I've poor digestion, weak stamina and immune system, not on any medication, no other diseases or problems. I had a thyroid check up as well, everything's normal, haemoglobin is at d border level, I don't feel HUNGRY at all & I've also started losing a lot of hair, so much that my scalp is seen.
