Height growth is a natural process but still you can try by lifting weights in gym, for increasing weight best natural way is start doing surya namaskar in morning, have a heavy breakfast, eat lots of banana, curd, cow milk, cow ghee, apricots, walnuts, almonds, figs, grapes, basmati rice. you can also start doing Prithvi Mudra with your fingers for 20 minutes everyday to gain weight.

Hello, Its better if you take them separately. As figs and dates contain good mount of iron and milk contain calcium. They interfere in each others absorption.

Hi lybrate-user, guilt over your weight is not necessary. Have good diet control and consume a good amount of sprouts, veggies and fruits in the form of salad, take honey in warm water every morning with empty stomach. Go for walking for about 45 mins. For detailed diet plan ping me at my mail.

Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M.After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M,drops, single dose , morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL,2-2 tabs , two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily , two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow?s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. Take a healthy and balanced diet. *Do yoga (especially TADASAN) and stretching exercises. For weight gain :- take Alfalfa malt 2 tsp before meals two times. *Revert after 1 month.

Hello lybrate-user, weight gain of 18 kgs in a month or two is a lot and harmfull for your body as it can put load on vital organs like heart, liver, kidney and lungs. Kindly consult your family doctor and get yourself tested for thyroid disorder and other hormonal imbalances. Lifestyle modification is also needed as follows- 1. Balanced diet rich in proteins and fibre like- egg, chicken, fish, milk, curd, paneer, sprouts, oats, wholegrain cereals and pulses, fruits and vegetables (fibre) 2. Exercise- doing 40-50 minutes of moderate to high intensity activity for 4-5 days/ week will help (walking/jogging/swimming etc) 3. Adding good quality fat like nuts and oilseeds-almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds (alsi) will help. 4. Rest for 7-8 hours to rejuvenate your system so it can work efficiently. 5. Water- having about 1 glass water every hour will help in flushing toxins from your system.

Hi, if the food you eat is not properly digested and absorbed then how can you gain weight. Nothing will work if this is not proper. Take *alfa malt forte (medisynth) 1tablespoon to be taken twice a day during meals for 1mth *take grd powder 1tablespoon in 1 cup of milk, drink once a day.

Gud question. You need to do exercise of your hand to make it muscular. And for that you need to go to gym where there are special instructer who will guide you to do exercise for your hand. In addition if you want to make your hand muscular you need to take high protien diet. If you are a vegetarian you can take cereals like mung chana etc. Soyabine is a very good source of protien. Soyabine vadies are available in market that you can add to your sabji. Or you can have soyabine floor which you can mix it with wheat flour in apropriate amont nd make roti ot paratha from that. Drink more milk and milk products like cheese. You can also take protien powder. So many such powders are available on online market. And you can also ask the gym instructer for this powder. They can guide you for that. And if you are nonveg its easy as most nonveg food are rich in protien. You can eat eggs. Or tandoori chisken which is very rich in protien. You have said that you are 66 kg. So you need to take 66 gram of protien per day. And for that if you eat only eggs you can have 6 to 7 eggs per day.

Except cold food and drinks no other food does have any direct relation with cold. Usually one should avoid taking cold food after coming from a very hot place. Or sitting near ac after coming from becoming heated. In short we should avoid any sudden change in temperature.

Snacking between meals for weight gain

If you are struggling to gain weight here is an all time unbeatable way to do so. Have a healthy snack right in the middle of two meals. However, if you do not snack at the right interval or have it too close to meal times, it would only result in a reduced appetite. Pack yourself some fruits, nuts, yogurts, or granola bars as snacks.

Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.

Almond milk is also a great way to put on some pounds. Boil milk with almonds, dried figs and dates. Strain the milk and consume it warm every single day for about a month. Do not throw away the boiled almonds, figs and dates. Munch on them to get all the nutrition.

Tips to lose weight  faster: 1. Eat a high-protein breakfast. 2Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice.  3. Drink water a half hour before meals. 4. Choose weight loss-friendly foods (more vegetables and fruits) 5. Eat soluble fiber. 6. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods.  7. Eat your food slowly. 8. Sleep 7-8 hours 9. Go for regular exercise

I feel you are not taking a nutritious diet. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Hello, your ideal body weight should be 55-56 kgs. Some of the tips to include calorically dense foods and to gain weight are: 1. Eat handful of dry fruits and nuts on daily basis 2. Fruit or almond or mixed dry fruit milk shakes (avoid very high consumption of refined sugar, you can sweeten the shakes or juices using date syrup, molasses, jaggery, honey etc) use full fat cream milk only. 3. Knead chapati atta using milk instead of water. Enrich chapati flour with soya flour to increase its nutritional value. 4. Eat small and frequent every 2 hours 5. Do weight training to increase the muscle mass and increase the consumption of proteins in your diet. You can also start taking carbohydrate containing protein supplements (e. G. Whey protein for muscle gainers). But you must indulge in weight training before you start these supplements. Consult a certified gym trainer and a physician before you take any supplements. 6. Cook vegetables and curries in ghee or pure butter or use cold pressed oils (kacchi ghani oils instead of refined oils).
