Some people who recover from typhoid illness may continue to carry the bacteria in their bloodstream and body organs. These people are called typhoid carriers, and they continue to shed Salmonella typhi in their feces and urine. Typhoid carriers are more likely to have typhoid fever relapse because the Salmonella typhi is already present in their bodies. Typhoid carriers who contaminate food may become reinfected with typhoid if they ingest the food. This is due to reduced immunity which is causing relapse of typhoid. So you need a good homeopathic medicine to boost your immunity with proper case recording and analysing your problem with other complaints. So do refer to a homeopathic physician. And for further queries contact me. TILL THEN- Make sure you rest, drink plenty of fluids and eat regular meals. You may find it easier to eat smaller meals more frequently, rather than three larger meals a day. You should also maintain good standards of personal hygiene, such as regularly washing your hands with soap and warm water, to reduce the risk of spreading the infection to others.

For oily skin, use a face wash that is meant for oily skin. Do not moisturize your skin and keep it dry. Use a sunscreen with spf above 30 if you work in the sun most of the time. Try to wash your face with face wash after every 3 hours and reapply sun screen till the time you are out. Cover your skin with a fabric, face with a hankerchief, eyes with sun glasses when exposed to sun.

Hi Mr. Lybrate-user it is normal for 75-100 hairs to shed per day/or if your hair cycle is in the phase of falling then your hair fall can be more than normal. Your itchy scalp could be due to dandruff for which you can use a ketaconazole based shampoo on alternate days. If the problem still persists it is better to consult a dermatologist in person. Hope this answers your query!

Pain during periods is very common nowadays due to unhealthy lifestyles. For this you need to change your lifestyle. 1) Avoid eating junk & spicy food. 2) Have black tea with ginger & 1 tsf cow ghee 3) make ladoo of urad daal fried in sesame oil & mixed with jaggery. Have 1 daily for 3 months 4) Eat two tbsps of flax seeds during your period 5) drink a lot of water & fresh juices 6) Go for matra vasti at a panchakarma centre 7) Half a teaspoon of powder of sesame seeds taken with hot water twice daily acts excellently in reducing spasmodic pain 8) Using heating pads or hot water bags around the area relaxes the stiff muscles and reduces pain by bringing oxygen in the area.

There should not be pain because of spacing. Still in case of spacing, he can visit a orthodontist for space closure.
