I am 14 year old male and I found a little lumps in my nipples! They are really small, about as wide as my nipples if not smaller. Hi, don't worry! what you are going through is just because of hormonal imbalance. So, relax! to get some relief get indulge into some light exercises or some kind of sports which will give you little relief. Eat healthy diet full of calcium, protein and minerals. Hello, i am 54years old never visited dentist, few days ago while eating piece of food came between jaws and alignment of lower front teeth is out and one of the front teeth is inclined towards inside, kindly suggest if any need of treatment, there is no pain but not looking good.

Hi Consult a neurologist for treating sub cortical oedema, which may be due to hematoma, or collection due to infection, which can be diagnosed by MRI or Ct scan and CSF fluid examination through lumbar puncture. Increasing Hair Loss [Alopecia] Could Be Because Of Stress And Lifestyle!!

You may lose 50 to 100 strands of hair each day. Yet the thinning of your scalp hair is almost unnoticeable owing to the simultaneous new hair growth filling up the bald spots. But hair loss occurs if this cycle of shedding and growth gets distorted. Stress and an unhealthy lifestyle take a toll on your hair as well.

  1. The following is a list of the types of hair loss that are caused due to high levels of stress:
    • The body secretes hormones such as non-adrenaline or Norepinephrine and cortisol in response to stress. These hormones force a large number of hair follicles into a static phase, hindering new hair growth. As a consequence, simple activities such as combing or rinsing the hair might cause hair fall in large strands which do not get replaced by new hair again. This abnormality is known as ‘Telogen effluvium’.
    • Trichotillomania is a condition characterized by one pulling out his/her own strands of hair forcefully; most often triggered by negative thoughts or other psychological disorders such as depression or excessive frustration, boredom, stress or tension. 
    • Alopecia areata is a condition caused by severe stress wherein the immune system of the body attacks the hair follicles, resulting in hair loss.
    • Other lifestyle-related factors can also have an adverse impact on the hair growth. Let us see how:
  2. Excessive hair styling or hair treatments with hot oil actually swell up the hair follicles. Chemical therapies, dyes, flat irons, blow dryers or bad brushes as well as a range of hair dressing techniques such as hair extension, application of coloring agents, gels and hair sprays further affect the individual strands of hair.
  3. A junk food diet rich in salt, sugar and saturated fats but less in essential nutrient content can tremendously affect your hair.
  4. Smoking inhibits blood flow to the hair follicles and interrupts the process of hair growth and hair fall.
  5. Environmental factors such as pollution from:
    • Car exhaust fumes disrupt the keratin (protein formation) in the hair structure, making it fragile.
    • Cigarette smoke contains carcinogens that weaken one’s hair follicles.
    • Dust particles trigger allergies giving way to inflammation or scalp infections.
    • Over exposure to the sun causes brittle, dry and lifeless hair, mainly characterized by split ends. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an ayurveda.

Dear friend Sorry to hear about your loss. It is a difficult time. Although grief is a condition everyone must endure, it is important not to let grief dominate your life, and in essence, become your life. Talk about your loss with friends, family or a professional. Indulge in uplifting activities: These activities may be as soteric as studying philosophy or as centering as planting a tree.  Sometimes just walking through a garden can be uplifting.  Meditation, centering Prayer and stress reduction techniques. These can help to control stress and allow one to find a deeper state of awareness or relaxation. Meditation and Prayer may assist in one’s spiritual development by clearing the mind of the day to day stress. Avoid stressful situations and decisions. This is important especially in the initial stages of grief when people are not always exercising their best judgment. Physical exercise. This is an excellent way to “take the edge” off the physical symptoms of grief. Studies show that physical exercise releases endorphins into the body which can alleviate stress and mental anxiety. Do daily morning walk for 20 minutes. Think. Would your loved one be happy to see you in this state? Do what he would have wanted you to do to be happy. Get help for severe or persistent depression. Someone once said: “grief is not a disease but it can become one.” Grief can lead to serious depression. Consider getting professional help if you feel overwhelmed, hopeless, or helpless. Other signs of depression can include sleep impairment (too little or too much), appetite or weight change, low energy, difficulty concentrating, and feeling listless or agitated. I want to start exercise  for gaining my weight  right now my body mas is 25. so please suggest best food for me.
Gaining weight is as difficult as losing it, if you are naturally thin. Skinny people complain that they can't put on any weight.If you want to build up weight, don't just eat high-calorie junk foods and rely on unnecessary supplements. Choose foods that are energy-dense and nutrient-dense whenever possible. Following are some tips to follow to increase your weight. You will take some time to gain the weight you need, but be patient. 1. If you have a rapid metabolism, then you must increase your daily intake of healthy foods (increase your intake of carbohydrates) to compensate for the rate at which you burn energy. Eat six smaller meals a day You should also eat more energy dense foods like healthy oils, dry fruits, seeds, nuts, pulses, etc. along with some starchy foods like potatoes, cereals, bread, pasta, rice, etc. 2. Consume more calories than you burn. Choose healthy calorie-dense food to add calories. Drink healthy beverages to add calories. Mangoes are rich in calories and carbohydrates, include them in your diet. 3. Eat healthy food frequently, 5-6 times a day - 3 larger meals and 3 smaller meals alternately. Separate them by at least 3 hours so you can digest each meal fully. Don't go without food for 5-6 hours after having a major meal. For example, if you wish to consume 3000 calories a day, you may eat 3 larger meals of about 650 calories and 3 smaller meals of about 450 calories. 4. Have a balanced diet. 5. Exercise regularly for putting on weight. Some thin people think that exercise is not good for them. This is not true, it keeps the metabolism high. Remember that eating alone is not sufficient. You don't want to gain fat but lean mass, so exercise is important. Resistance training exercises will help to increase your muscle mass, which in turn will increase metabolism. Learn to distinguish between weight gaining exercises and weight loss exercises. Note that if you do not get enough amino acids during exercise, the existing muscle may break down. Amino acids come from protein foods so you should eat such foods after exercise. Keep in mind that excessive exercise without putting back the energy you have used will not help you to put on weight. Chart Of Foods For Gaining Weight Following is a list of weight gain foods. 6. Protein is the key for the muscle building. Without adequate protein, muscle gain and growth is not possible because weight training demands for amino acids (which comes from protein). You should daily eat about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of your weight. For example, if you are 50kg , then you should eat 50x2.2=111g of protein spread over 5-6 meals in the day. Include high protein foods in your diet. Your protein intake should be from foods rather than from supplements. Good protein foods: beans,soybeans, whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter. Many of these are easy digestible foods. Milk is one of the best muscle foods. The milk contains two high quality proteins, about 80 percent whey and 20 percent casein. Whey is quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream. Whey is very good to consume after workout. Casein is digested more slowly and provides the body with a steady supply of protein for a longer period of time. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat and cholesterol. Include healthy skim yogurt in your diet, which can give you as much as 120 calories. 7. Eat custard apple (Saripa, Sitaphal) to put on some weight. This fruit is high in calorie. 8. Healthy fats: Avoid fatty foods. Most mothers, especially in India give too much ghee or butter to their children, thinking they will put flesh fast. But ghee is mostly saturated fat which is not a healthy fat for any body. Healthy fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids. Good fats: cold pressed oils (olive, sunflower, linseed, canola ). 9. Drink pure fruit juice. It is full of sugar and added nutrients so it is a healthy and nutritious way to gain some pounds. 10. Complex carbohydrates are also needed for gaining weight.. Corn bread is also full of carbohydrates, one piece gives approximately 328 calories. Potatoes are rich sources of carbohydrates and complex sugars, eat baked or as grilled potatoes. Pasta is a calorie rich cereal carbohydrates. 11. Eat bananas. These are rich in carbs and nutritious, one banana contains approximately 100 calories. 12. Some people think that drinking beer helps, but it is not true, it accumulates in your abdomen, making it fatty. 13. Don't take protein supplements for gaining muscles. Consult your doctor for protein supplements. 14. Non Vegetarian Foods Some of the non-vegetarian foods that help increase weight are given below: 1. Red Meat lean ground beef, lean steaks. 2. Pork, ham, lamb 3. Fish: Eat two portions of salmon, cod, or tuna every day. 4. Shrimps: The nutrients and necessary acid content present in shrimps gives healthy calories. 5. Turkey 6. Chicken breast Chicken breast, is supposed to be the healthiest and non-fat part which has approximately 78 calories for each serving. 7. Whole eggs: Eggs are loaded with protein, vitamins A,D and E. ________________________________________ Weight Gain Diet It is not a good idea of Increasing intake of junk foods and fatty foods to gain weight. You should be eating calorie dense yet nutritious food. Your calorie intake should come from foods that are healthy for you. The weight gaining diet should include high protein foods, high carbohydrate foods and healthy fats. Include these in your diet. Example of weight gain diet Breakfast: Banana and milk or banana shake or smoothie, whole-grain toast, fruits, nuts. Eat more fruit and drink less juice. Do not give milk mixed with ghee to your child. It is not healthy. Lunch: Roti or chapatti or wholegrain bread, rice, green vegetables, paneer, dal, chole recipe, black-eyed beans (lobia), rajma, whole wheat pudding (dalia), etc Dinner: Similar to lunch In-between meals:: fruit, sandwich, yogurt (curd), milk, cheese, salad Avoid deep fried snacks like samosa (samosa recipe), pakodas, bhujia etc. Avoid fast foods including donut.
