Apply euclyptus oil and massage in circular motions. It will penetrate deep. Onion massage (cut onion to be massaged over areas of non growth of beard n moustache)/or simply massage with onion juice. Lot of green leafy vegetables and proteins will help growth.

If this has happened for the first time, then there is no need to worry and no need for any medicines also. Sometimes because of hormonal changes or stress or weight gain such things happen. If this is recurring again and again then you should get ultrasound with hormonal tests and then 3 months course of medicines will help you get back to normal menstrual flow.

Mother (56 years, Suffering diabetic from 2 years) When her blood test before and after fasting were 234 & 344. Then Dr. recommend 'TAB GEMER 2" (2 per day morning & evening) and After 15 days her blood samples were 154 & 190 better than earlier and nearing to the the control target (90-110) & (140-160) set by Dr. But now Dr. recommending "TAB GEMER 2 FORTE" (2 per day morning & evening) My doubt, when 1st mention TAB were giving better results, should we need to increase the dosage? Pls clarify my doubt Drs. Thank you, kumar.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Since target levels of blood glucose are not reached, higher dosage of drugs might have been suggested. You may try that. However, there are other options available for achieving better blood glucose control, which may be tried. One is a strict dietary control, second is regular exercise of over 1 hour every day, increased intake of green leafy vegetables and salads and reduce starchy food intake. Then there are other medications also. Since you are already consulting the specific doctor so it is better to follow his guidelines. If you want me to guide then will have to come in a private conversation with following details: FBG, PP, HbA1c%, present dietary pattern and extent of daily exercise, then I will be able to guide. Thanks.

My schedule is very tight means I worked in bpo in night shift 9-6 after then come home n I sleep for 7-8 hour then lunch then again get some rest then gym so due to this schedule I get dark circles under my eye face dull sooo I want that you suggest me some different different protein tablets which is good for health n they help me to remove the dullness of my face n dark circles under the eye.

Dark circles are because of lack of nutrients....sleep and weakness...ao take proper nutrients and drink plenty of juices and sleep for atleast 7 hours a day...drink 7-8 glasses of water every day

Dentists: which foods help in the re-mineralization of teeth after having something sweet? -cheese -apple -carrots?

Re-mineralisation of tooth occurs when it is provided with Ca or fluoride ions. Presently we say Fluoride . Above mentioned food does not contain fluoride . Cheese contains Ca , but it is not free Ca ions so vitamin D and Ca helps in remineralisation by getting absorbed in body. For Surface remineralisation of teeth locally fluoride is important which is present in tooth paste ,certain oral rinses (Phosflur) etc ,but concentration of fluoride is low and requires longer time (few months) . Other way of re-mineralisation of teeth is done in dental office(this is much faster due to high concentration of fluoride) where APF gels and Fluoride Varnishes are used to remineralize external surface of tooth. All type de-mineralised surfaces cannot be re mineralised by any of above mentioned things and these require dental treatment like dental caries.

The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

The reason is that the amount of fat is decreasing from your body without any muscle loss. If you want to reduce your weight further, here's the diet chart : A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk.

. Sunscreen and sunprotection- this forms the absolute cornerstone of management. You need to be on this for the duration of any treatment. 2. Apply a kojic acid cream for at least 8 weeks. 3. Chemical peels such as glycolic acid can help. You will need 4-16 treatments over the next few months.
