Hello. We can minimize the pain during menses with diet and medicines (which are safe to take).. Diet: - Calcium is a mineral associated with building healthy bones and teeth. However, it may have some applications in minimizing the harmful effects of menstrual cramping. So,increase your intake by eating low-fat dairy products such as milk, yogurt and cheese or green leafy vegetables. - Your body uses vitamin B-6 to manufacture new red blood cells. When you lose red blood cells via menorrhagia, your body will need more to build new cells. Also, vitamin B-6 is required for your blood sugar to stay at healthy levels. This can help prevent menstrual cramping-related mood swings and fatigue. Vitamin B-6 is found in fortified cereals, bananas, spinach, sunflower seeds, avocados, tomato juice and salmon. - Just as foods can help reduce the symptoms of menstrual cramping and bleeding, foods can aggravate your symptoms. This includes eating excessive amounts of sugar -- such as cakes, cookies and pies. These are known to contribute to water retention, which make you feel bloated and uncomfortable. High-salt content foods -- french fries, pizza and other fried foods --- can also contribute to bloating. Caffeine-containing beverages like tea and coffee should be avoided as they can contribute to headaches, mood swings and trouble sleeping. - If you're craving chocolate, make sure it's over 70 per cent cocoa. Calcium

Pregnant and breastfeeding women should get 1,000 mg of calcium a day. Healthy sources of calcium include low-fat dairy products, spinach, calcium-fortified orange juice and cereals.

Carbohydrates

Eating carbohydrates helps provide energy to support the growth and development of a baby both during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The best sources of carbohydrates are whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, which also are good sources of fiber.

Fiber

Hello lybrate-user, taking meftal spas regularly can be harmful for the kidney in the long run. It is better that you restrict the consumption of the tablet to maximum two in a day and take it only and only if there is severe pain. It will be better if you can take homeopathic treatment instead as it will reduce the pain and there is no side effects as well. Normally its not worrisome. Get the scan repeated after one month. If the diameter remains same nothing to worry, but if diameter is more than 10 only then after delivery usg will be done on the baby to confirm and further test only if required. Mostly only conservative treatment.

Go for utp (urine pregnancy test). If that is negative, that means she is not pregnant. Moreover, she is having pcod, therefore there is hardly a chance of her being pregnant.

Your age is 18, and for a height of 5.2 feet, your weight 60, though appearing normal, is to be considered along with your problem. For an indian woman, of height 5.2 feet the ideal weight is 45-59, so if you take an average it is about 52kg, and hence your 60 appears" more" you have been suspected to have pcod and this is a very common finding nowadays. Pcod is not an unsurmountable disease, and it can be helped with medicines and some lifestyle modification. During pcod the body's chemical capacity to utilise glucose is altered, and hence there is a cascade of events like weight gain, irregular menses, acne and darkening of skin etc. Weight gain is crucial factor. जायफल अनिंद्रा भगाता है। अगर आप रोज रात को गरम दूध में जायफल का पाउडर डाल कर पीते हैं तो आपको अच्‍छी नींद आएगी।

प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढाए-
भोजन में जायफल मिलाने से स्‍वाद के साथ साथ शरीर की रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता भी बढती है। इसमे बहु सारा मिनरल होता है और इसके अलावा पोटैशियम, कैल्‍शियम, आयरन और मैगनीशियम पाया जाता है।

चेहरे की झुर्रियां मिटाए -
थोड़ा सा जायफल पाउडर पानी या शहद के साथ मिला कर पेस्‍ट बनाया जाए और चेहरे पर लगाया जाए तो चेहरा बिल्‍कुल साफ हो जाता है और कुछ ही दिनों में चमकने लगता है। इससे पिंपल के दाग भी साफ होते हैं।

पेट में दर्द हो, आद्यमान हो तो जायफल के तेल की 2-3 बूंद शकर में या बताशे में टपकाकर खाने से फौरन आराम होता है।
अगर आप पाचन संबंधी समस्याओं जैसे दस्त, कब्ज, सूजन और पेट फूलना आदि से पीड़ित हैं तो जायफल प्रभावी रूप से आपको राहत प्रदान कर सकता हैं। जायफल का तेल आंतों से अधिक गैस निकाल कर पेट दर्द से राहत देता है। जायफल के सेवन से भूख न लगने की समस्‍या से भी निजात पाई जा सकती है।
