Following general measure will help to increase sperm count and motility :- 1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning. 2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E and Zinc 3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday.. 4) Avoid alcohol and smoking.

If you are diagnosed with “pre-diabetes,” can you eat right and exercise enough for it to go away?
Mr Praveen, If one has pre diabetes, then a modified life style has to be adapted, which means : exercise regularly for more than 1 hour a day, avoid excess sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries. Avoid smoking and alcohol, maintain normal weight, consume more of green leafy vegeables and fruits. Avoid sweetened aerated drinks and fructose corn syrup containing products. These thing followed regularly can help one remain free from diabetes.

Hi Lybrate user weight loss can not be acheived with medicine you to need to follow a proper diet and physical activity weight loss tips 1. Avoid much outside food, fried food and junk food. 2.Avoid papad, pickles, Coconut-peanut chutney. 3.Can eat homemade Paneer sabji, sandwich, paratha. 4.Opt for Brown bread, low fat cheese, skimmed milk, roasted food items. 5.Use skimmed milk in food items as much as possible, sprinkle over cooked sabji and add in milk, soups as thickening agent. Can be eaten as wholesome powder also 6.Avoid too much off starchy foods like Potato, Yam, arvi, sweet-potato, sabu dana (Sago), Maida, corn-flour. 7.Eat lots and lots of vegetables and green leafy vegetables in form of cooked vege, Salads & Soup. 8.Avoid canned and processed foods like cream biscuits, wafers, pickle, papad For specific weight loss diet loss plan, please enroll in my weight loss package.

Hello, if you want tolose weight then follow the below:-1. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. fatoline drops from Haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. 4.Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily. 5. Do Surya Namaskar , yoga asans like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand Pose),Vajrasana (Diamond Pose), Pavanamuktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose), Matsyasana (Fish Pose) 6. avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. 7. drink plenty of water daily. 8.Eat good quantity of green vegetables, salad and fruits.

The idea is to eat high energy rich foods. You can incorporate nuts and oilseeds in your diet like almonds, walnuts, groundnuts, flaxseeds. Include intake of milkshakes, cheese, raisins and dates. You can incorporate ladoos, panjiri in your diet n daily basis. Also, decrease your physical activity.

What is your diabetes status? you r drinking too much alcohol only 30 to 60 ml /day is ok. Both alcohol and long time diabetes cause difficulty in erection. Being bp patient you need special precaution while using viagra type drugs. Your wife may b having dryness vagina/post menopause problem. Requiring treatment.

There are a number of myths associated with the problem when the dischanrge happens too soon post the intercourse than desired, this is the situation which is commonly known as Premature Ejaculation. Across the lifespan, PE is men's number one sex problem. In every adult age group, about 30 percent of men complain of poor ejaculatory control. Among older men, erectile dysfunction becomes more common and gets all the headlines, but across the lifespan, from 18 on, PE affects more men than women.

There are numerous beliefs about PE that are either not true nor backed up by scientific evidence. Below are the most common myths about PE along with the best facts available along with numerous resources for learning more about PE from medical institutions.

#MYTH1: Ejaculation is not something that can be controlled.

 FACT: Actually, men can learn to control ejaculation, similar to the way bladder control (toilet training) is learned at a young age. Like bladder control, once men learn to control ejaculation they are unlikely to forget.

#MYTH2: Premature Ejaculation is purely a psychological problem.

FACT: While there can be psychological elements to PE, many cases are the result of an oversensitive glans penis, or head of the penis. Because ejaculation is caused by stimulation to the head of the penis, men who are oversensitive in that area will require very little stimulation to ejaculate. They have what is called a low ejaculatory threshold.

#MYTH3: Alcohol, cocaine, marijuana and antidepressants are good ways to control premature ejaculation.

FACT: While inhibition of ejaculation may be one side-effect of these drugs, other serious side-effects associated with such drugs must be taken into account. In actuality, more often substance abuse causes erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, inability to orgasm, and other side effects. Antidepressants should not be taken lightly and should be taken only under strict medical care.

#MYTH4: Anesthetic sprays or creams available at sex shops are good ways to control PE.

FACT: These products work rarely, if ever. Most numb the head of the penis as well as the partner's vagina, reducing pleasure for both involved. The numbing effect prevents men from become acclimated to the sensation of making love for longer periods of time, so the problem will return as soon as you stop using them.

#MYTH5: Premature Ejaculation will not eventually cause erection problems.

#MYTH6: Premature Ejaculation will not affect your sex life.

FACT: It is often difficult for men to relax and enjoy the experience of love making if they are worried that ejaculation may occur too soon. Also, the partner may not be getting ample satisfaction from the experience, and may avoid lovemaking specifically, and intimacy in general, as a result.
