How could I can loose my weight properly with out regular gym or any kind of yoga?
No herbal tablets will help. You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your bmi, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. There are exercises specific for each part of body like hips, thighs or abdomen. Comprehensive exercise & diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given. May also need to do some tests. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/4 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests.

6 am. Do suriya namaskaar daily without gaping of days for 2 months. 7 am. After exercise to have 1 mug of green tea with 4 almonds and 1 walnut. 9 am. Add in breakfast oats cornflakes, toast, white egg, with 1 glass of tonned milk. 11 am 200gm of any fruits avoid (banana, chikoo, mango). Enjoy this and reduced your weight by 2 kg per month.

Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water. 1. Eat high fibre food avoids eating food in simple sugar form 2. Eat fresh fruits instead of fruit juices. Fruits are good source of fibre except banana mango, chiku. 3. Try to avoid deep fried food and oil containing food. Control your fat consumption in your routine diet 4. Avoid bakery products, sweets. 5. Have plenty of water at least 3 liter in a day 6. At least half hour walk/day.

1.Take paracetamol 500mg,1 tablet sos after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take rest If you have recurrent attack of headache 1.It could be a tension headache due to stress, strain,depression,agitation, Hypertension or migraine. 2.Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, take adequate sleep for 7-8 hours daily 3.Go for regular exercise 4.Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5.Check for refractive error, sinusitis Hemoglobin, BP 6. Consult Neurologist to rule out other causes of headache 7.consult me for further advice

Hi doctor. This is rajendra, M29. Weight 87 kg. Height 5'8" I used to go for gym for a month , maintain proper diet for that month and I quit. Next few months I see myself gaining weight more than I was before. I reach to 80 kg weight and then I gain 6-8 kgs after I quit doing exercises. Im a bachelor. Hi It seems when you quit gymming, you tend to eat the same diet as earlier. So because of the excess food which does not get burnt, the excess calories get accumulated. Start doing gymming regularly. Do more of treadmill and cycling. Eat more fruits. Drink more water. Avoid fried stuff. Take meals regularly. Dont skip breakfast Follow a proper diet plan.

Green tea has health benefits. It is thermogenic so helps in fat loss and is an antioxidant so helps the body nourish with phytonutrients and helps enhance performance. Green tea can be taken with breakfast, mid meals and even after meals. So you can have at least 2 cups of green tea every day. But with that you also have to eat clean and exercise well to see health benefits and lose body fats.

2. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Why Do Some Remedies Like Green Tea Not Help Weight Loss?

Many a times clients tell me that they tried having a cup or two of green tea daily as it's touted to have fat loss benefits, but not seen any result.Now despite all the claims made by advertisements or testimonials given by people who claim to have dropped oodles of weight, where then did you go wrong?

Well, for one you just tried to pick out a single remedy which you felt was convinient but forgot that there are many other factors that need to be set right too.

I strongly believe that no food should be glorified or demonised based on a single nutrient found in it. No food will work in isolation in weight/fat loss. It's a balanced diet that is important to fat loss. Remedies like green tea don't help weight loss directly. They provide antioxidants and act as a detox which definitely will help better digestion and metabolism. And this will surely act as an adjunct in your efforts to lose weight.
But along with any remedy, you have to eat the right foods at the right time. Exercise at least 4 times a week. And lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. So, have the green tea but accompany it with good diet, exercise and sleep to see beneficial results.

Focus on your diet: you really need to focus on your diet. When losing weight, many people feel that it is okay to eat what you want and then workout a lot. This is completely incorrect. The secret behind getting fit lies 80 percent in your diet, while the rest 20 percent lies in working out. This is an integral part in losing weight at home and being able to sustain it. Some of the famous weight loss foods. Green tea soya cinnamon multi grains wheat bran wheat grass lemon grass flaxseed pumpkin seeds sunflower seeds leeks lettuce broccoli olive oil quinoa aloe vera. Combine your diet with good physical activity. As you exercise, calories are burned and your body fat percentage decreases. So, exercising not only helps you lose belly fat, it also sheds fat from other areas. Running and walking are two of the best fat-burning exercises. Plus, the only equipment you need is a good pair of shoes. Between the two, running burns more calories, but walking really isn't too far behind. Take personalised expert dietary advice. Thanku.

Please note the following in respect to your queries: Just the art of sitting can make your butt look worse, believe it or not. If you work at home, try to create an area you can turn into a standing desk so you’re not sitting down all day. It’s not bad to sit a little at home to rest, but remember that the more you sit, the less work your butt has to do! When trying to lose fat fast anywhere on your body, especially your butt, try High Intense Interval Training, known as HIIT. This is an intense workout that causes you to change positions quickly and fast for short amounts of time. The high bursts of energy burn fat faster and longer, giving you results faster. Yoga is one of the best exercises you can do for your butt. It makes you hold certain positions longer, which strengthens the muscles to burn fat and tone your butt! Plus, it’s incredibly relaxing as a double benefit! For oily skin -- please note that you should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation.

Tinnitus occurs when the blood supply to the inner ear is insufficient or the nerves in the inner ear have become weak. The fact that the ear has been exposed to high decibel noise could be on one of the reasons for the tinnitus. The nerves in the inner ear must have got damaged on account of this. Any nerve injury takes a very long time to heal. Get an audiogram done. A tablet which increases the blood flow along with a tablet which strengthens the nerves should help. You got to have some patience.

Here is a diet plan for you: have a healthy breakfast to keep you going for the morning. Include items like oats porridge/ oats upma/ idli/ dosa. Between breakfast and lunch, have a fruit and a handful of nuts. In lunch, eat a portion of salad, a jowar/ragi chapatti with veggies, dal and a glass of buttermilk (chhaas). Keep your dinner light. You can have soup, salad, veggies/grilled chicken or fish. Avoid eating rotis or rice at night. Along with this, drink two-three cups of green tea every day and sleep well.

You can take boiled cauliflower. Along with it you can take fresh cucumber. Try to have a balanced breakfast to include:- 1. Carbohydrates - 2 Idlis or 2 Rotis or Two slice multigrain bread toasted. 2. Proteins - One boiled egg or boiled chana dal or chikpeas (kabuli chana). 3. Fats - 10 Almonds. When you have a balanced meal, it will keep you full till next meal or snack time. Also it will provide all essential nutrients.
