Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Lie down on bed on your back without pillow. Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. (The mind and body are deeply connected. If the mind is occupied by thoughts and worries then the shavasana will be unsuccessful. Therefore one has to acquire the stability of the mind along with the stability of the body.) Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

My foot below the ankle is paining a lot. Not able to walk too. I am diabetic and I have BP too. What should I do?

My foot below the ankle is paining a lot. Not able to walk too. I am diabetic and I have BP too. What should I do?
You might be having heel spurs (bony outgrowth at the heel) which causes pain while walking or your achilles tendon could be inflamed, after examination only exact cause can be known. Since you are diabetic you need to take extra precautions to keep your foot clean and avoid any complications like diabetic foot or diabetic neuropathy. Immerse your foot in a tub of lukewarm water with epsom salt for 3 min then alternately in a tub of ice cold water. Repeat this 3 times and so some ankle-toe exercises.

Also there can be vitamin d deficiency which can lead to pains, also in some systemic diseases it happens. So for treatment, accurate diagnosis is important. For milk you have to take it progressively skimmed milk like take half glass and add water half and then monitor whether it suits you. You can add curd in your diet as per it suits. Non vegs are good sources of calcium and protein along with milk. Beans, almonds, broccoli, fish etc are rich source of calcium.

Earlier I used to go to gym, and later when I continued for 6-7 months, certain sound used to hear from my shoulders. Just I can hear it my self. Like cracking sounds. Should I stop going to gym? There is no pain and all.

If you’re not properly warmed up and hear a crack on the first couple of repetitions, sometimes that’s gas released from the joint, an action called a cavitation, similar to when knuckles are cracked. Resistance exercises can release gas from the shoulder. Don’t worry about this; continue your technique. If you’re doing reps and you hear a cracking/snapping on every rep, usually a muscle is tight, rubbing and causing friction around the bone. In that situation, stretch first, resume the same technique, and the snapping should decrease or be almost non-existent.

I am 35 m, for mitral valve prolapse and sinus tachycardia taking telday M50 from 5 years. No complains about this at all. My last year blood report showed RA factor little higher but when I showed it to RA doc, he told me I have anxiety only and RA is not issue in my case so all is fine and I never worried ABT that. Then, from last few days I feel some kind of strange blunt pain at back of head which made me feel about if I have something in brain but as because of previous experiences I took as it's anxiety as no other symptoms like blur vision or slur speech or no omit. However, whenever I pump air into tyres .for pumping need to use right leg. Them surely after some time I get pain in hip which makes me harder to get up but I do anyways and it stays for 3-4 days and comes normal then. I am active, 35 yrs, 77 kg yes such normal activities like pumping air can make hip pain. Exactly where vertebrates ends. How to stop this rather get flexible with it.

It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the casues for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain. Pain in the back while walking and standing Pain in the right leg If you have leg pain pls check your body weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. My suggestion would be to wear MCR Chappals which will help you to prevent the weight falling on the If you have back pain while walking and standing first of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. And also should check whether you have flat foot on the right leg that also might be the reason to have pain in one particular leg Pain in the left side of the leg/thigh The compression of the sciatic nerve should be around the right side that's the reason you have pain in the left side. That's the reason you cannot sit or stand and it is exactly around the L5 vertebrae where the sciatic nerve passes by.
