I have a gained a Belly fat from last one year I have also removed gall bladder in the year 2015. Please suggest me something to decrease belly fat.

Belly fat increases due to minimal physical work and eating processed carb rich food. We keep on eating certain foods thinking they are not unhealthy. But they are actually unhealthy, like - white sugar, refined flour (maida) & oil. When we cook something or even eat a biscuit, it contains either or all three of these hidden unhealthy foods. Eating 1 biscuit gives calories more than you can burn in a 30 mins walk. But we do not think much before eating these foods. Most of our packed and home made snack foods are culprit for belly fat. Replace these with natural foods like fruits, salad and nuts.

Hello Lybrate user according to Ayurveda Vata vikriti is the main factor for pain. Treatment- 1-apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation. 2-take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. 3-Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. 4-Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Diet- Avoid fermented food. Junk food. Potato rice. Sleep well.

My BMI is Normal. Neither underweight or overweight, but still I want to stay Slim. I eat Chicken a lot. Mostly 2 days in a week. Also I am lover of oily and Junk food. Savyasach, you know what is right for you. Listen to your inner guidance. Make sure to spend 20 minutes eating and eat slowly to take about 20 minutes for each meal. Do not eat while watching TV or phone. Respect and enjoy the food you are eating. Decide to eat only once or twice a week out of home/at restaurant etc. All the best.

Follow these methods to get rid of tanning: * apply lemon juice on tanned areas and leaves for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with cold water. You can use cucumber with lemon juice to apply on tanned area. * gently rub the slices of raw tomatoes on tanned area for 5 minutes and then clean with water. * mix one teaspoon of curd with one teaspoon of fuller' s earth (multani mitti) mix and apply it on face for 5 - 7 minutes and then rinse of with water. * apply rose water on tanned area.

Tips for removing kidney stones:: 1. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, cold drinks, pickles, fish, poultry, meat, spinach, and chocolate. 2. Avoid sour, heavy, and dry food. 3. Increase intake of liquids like water, juice, soup, lime water lemon soda etc. 4. Be sure to drink enough water each day. Usually 1 to 2 liters of water per day is adequate. 5. Drink more if you are perspiring heavily, working outdoors, the weather is hot, etc. 6. Increase the use of barley, horse gram (a type of bean), ginger, and brown rice or parboiled rice. 7. Avoid suppressing urges to urinate and defecate. 9. Boil 10-12 basil leaves in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey in it and take twice a day. Pls send ur USG report becoz medication for stones depends upon size number and location of stones and can be given after USG.

You are suffering from diabetes and fatty liver. Most of the problems will be controlled with lifestyle changes and dietary restrictions. As you are quite young, I would like to see, which type of diabetes you are having, which can be easily done by conducting few tests. Medicines may be required, if you can't manage your sugars with diet and exercise.

He is 4mths. Has pooped today 6 times. Mostly almost along with feeding. He is almost entirely on BF. He was earlier taking top feed also the motions are small in volume, odourless, watery and seedy. It isn't quite creamy or pasty as it generally is. Anything that should worry me?

Up to six month you should not feed except breast feed that is the best medicine for the kid make sure feeding is done regularly by breast feed else you should consult a child specialist.

Hi Changing it food habits is a must thing for your illness. Avoid spicy, sour ,salty foods, packed foods, junk foods etc. Eat plenty of fruits and veggies and drink plenty of water. Along with that I will suggest you a home remedy. Take shallots cut into half and rub the cut portion over the balded area thoroughly that the juice Wil spread all over. It will help the hair growth. Also massage your scalp with oils like mahabringaraja Thaila, neelibrungadi etc. Try it and update me. Regards
