Cause of discoloration ? Smoking, coffee, tea, drugs, aging, staining food (wine, blueberry, etc) genetics. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with whitening (bleaching) procedures and / or artificial enamel filling and / or capping. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use Snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply SNOWDENT paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min .Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results. DENTAL TIPS: - Visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Bad breath from the mouth can be of various reasons. Like accumulation of plaque and tartar, decay in teeth, dry mouth, smoking and tobacco chewing, consumption of caffeinated beverages and alcoholic drinks, sore throat, bad digestion. For beginning, go for scaling and polishing of teeth. Use a mouthwash after brushing twice daily. Increase intake of water. Clean your tongue twice daily with a tongue cleaner.

What could be likely cause for sourness in the mouth. But no acid refluxes.Please help

Around 50% of the time one or more wisdom tooth will be missing. Sometimes it can be embedded in jaw bone and not able to erupt in the mouth. An opg (orthopentamogram) x-ray will help to know what is the cause. You can get it done.
