I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Hanging on the rod: You spend the majority of your day in an upright, vertical position. One of the biggest hurdles in the path of growing tall is gravity, which compresses your spine, joints, squeezes the cartilage and makes you shorter. However, you can get rid of this obstacle through a simple hanging exercise, which has become a quite popular method to increase a person’s height by one to two inches. The reason being it lets the weight of your lower torso stretches your spine. Take a horizontal bar or rod and place it high enough so that you can hang on it by holding and let your body fully extend. If your body cannot fully extend, then you can bend your knees slightly until you hang freely. Try to hang for at least 20 seconds and repeat. You should also repeat this exercise a minimum of three times. Dry Land Swim: This exercise is popularly known as the Alternate Leg Kick and focuses on your lower back. Lay down flat on your stomach. Your body should be fully extended. Put your arms straight out in front of you. Your palms should face the floor. Raise your left arm higher than your right arm and lift your right leg off the ground as far as you can, with your other leg straight on the ground. Remain in that position for 4-5 seconds. Then raise your other arm and leg and repeat the process. Pelvic Shift: This is a common exercise and favorite among gym instructors. It is simple and you feel a whole lot of stretching up and down your spine and in your hips while doing this exercise. Lie on your back with your shoulders and arms placed firmly on the ground. Bend your knees and bring your feet as much as possible near to your buttock. Next, arch your back so that your pelvis thrusts upward. Remain in this position for about 20 seconds and then gradually increase it to 30 seconds. Yoga for Increasing Your Height: Research studies have also shown that yoga and proper breathing techniques can play a fantastic role in increasing your height naturally. It is said that when we inhale deeply during yoga exercises, we release the stress that causes tension in your back muscles, which in turn removes the obstacle to enhance growth of the body. There are also a number of yoga postures which are particularly helpful in increasing your height. These yoga poses for keeping your body upright and increasing height are as follows: Surya Namaskar: This is an age-old yoga exercise with 12 different postures and performed in a chronological manner. Trikonasana: Trikonasana helps in improving your balance. This yoga exercise gives you a good posture. Also known as triangle pose. Talasana: Talasna strengthens your arms, legs and spines. Keeps your body smooth. Helpful height gain. Sukhasana: This is supposed to be the central position from which the other yoga postures started. You control your breathing and tone your lower back and hips by doing this asana. Adhomukha Savasana: Also known as the downward facing dog. This asana increases the blood flow to your face and neck.

Height cannot be increased beyond 21 yrs of age. For gaining weight you may follow these tips: 1. Drink 3 litres water daily (but not with or just before a meal) 2. Have small frequent meals rich in nutrient & energy density but low in volume- ex: paneer paratha, cheese-potato sandwich, malt with buffalo milk & sugar, mango lassi, dates milkshake, til chikki, peanut chikki, dry fruits, banana kheer, premix with soup/fruit juice/milk, sugarcane/bel juice, egg, chicken, fish, soyabean cutlet, rice with ghee + potato curry, thicker roti with ghee, peanut butter, jam/jelly, cow/buffalo milk with skim milk powder. 3. Practice strength exercises like squats, bench press, push ups 4. Avoid skipping meals, junk & empty calorie foods

Eat good nutritive food. Bigger portion many meals along with snacks and healthier easily digest able high calorie are to be taken you should gradually increase high energy food. Milk curd raw sugar jaggery black gram nuts and clarified butter you should take. Snacks you can take at bed time and a regular exercise you may do.

To increase your appetite follow these methods : • Take one teaspoon of ajwain seeds (carom )and 1/2 teaspoon of jeera grind it and make powder of it add 1/3 rd of teaspoon of this in your food you eat . • Take pudina (mint) and coriander leaves grind it and eat one teaspoon of it daily 2 times in a day . You can make chutney of it . Mint and corriander has enzymes that improve your digestion and increase appetite. • Eat one fruit before one hour of taking meal . Weight gain on taking anti tuberculosis drugs is a good sign. Weight gain is due to you becoming free of tuberculosis bacteria. Though anti tuberculosis drugs have lot of side effects but generally weight gain is not due to drugs.

Im 24 years old girl, 5'5 and I weigh 47 kg. I want to gain weight. I eat allot and many times in a day but still I do not gain weight. Rather I feel hungry very often. Despite consuming heavy meals, I start feeling hungry within 30-40 mins right after eating. Can you suggest me some medicines because I have tried every home remedy and varies ways of dealing with this issue but no luck. I think im seriously underweight and im afraid that I might be loosing weight. Because eating alot, like 4/5 times in a day and still not gaining any kgs rather feeling more hungry. Please help me. Do I have some internal disease and some serious deficiency? Do I have worms? Will I ever become healthy? Wil I ever look good? Because of this, I feel so embarrassed and I do not feel like going in public. I do not feel confident. My life looks meaningless to me because even after trying so hard and doing my best each day, im not able to achieve a good body. A good healthy personality. You can go for all routine blood check up at a good nearby pathology lab. To reduce weight regular exercise and a healthy diet is necessary. Avoid all junks and outside food, no oily and spicy. Hye. Thankyou for your query. Muscle gain is dependent on many factors like genetics, diet and exercise routine. There is no short cut to gain muscle weight fast. A muscle gain supplement cannot just help you to gain muscle and add health to your body. In order for your body to gain nutrients for muscle growth, it is important to eat right food. Most supplements are added with appetizers that may help boost your craving for foods. With the aid of the appetite boosters, your body will want to eat more foods and accumulate more fats. This is why taking supplementation in isolation does not really work. For any supplement to even help, you need to have a calorie, protein, nutrient dense diet first. Just gulping a supplement will not help. Moreover, there is no real muscle booster that can be found in muscle gain supplements. It must be understood that muscles will not grow big if you will not work on it. It is important to engage oneself into exercises which are focused on muscle growth. With lots and lots of supplements for gaining muscles that are in the market, it is better for you to work on your diet and exercise routine first rather than depending on the muscle weight gain supplements' placebo promises. Working out your muscles can greatly help in growing your body and gain muscle weight in the process. Also, unless you are not into intense workout supplementation is not of much use and hence a supplement can be only as effective as your diet or exercise routine is.

Masturbation is a normal harmless method of releasing sexual anxiety and getting pleasure there are no side effects yes excess of it can distract your mind from other required activities and hence can cause disturbances in your life so just be aware of that it doesn't stop the growth of the body your weight at 19 years is good enough just keep your daily routine active with lots of activities and exercises and good food along with your studies and fixed timings for everything including sleeping as well as getting up and yiu will be fine.
