The best way to loose weight is through low calorie diet and aerobic exercise. The calorie content in diet should not exceed 1200 kcal per day. You should avoid root vegetables, full cream milk, fried foods, sweets, refined flour and organ meat. Take more water, green leafy vegetables, egg white, lean meat, brown bread, multigrain atta and brown bread. You should also do aerobic exercise like walking/ jogging/cycling/skipping for half hour every day at least for 5 days a week.

If you have gums have swollen which has developed in 3 months, then may I know if you have started any medication prior to 3-4 months. If yes, it can be a side effect of that. If not, sweeling and inflammation of your gums is because of tarter deposit, you need a normal scaling and gums treatment procedure. Tc.

Hello lybrate user, back pain is very common in sedentary lifestyle where you have to sit all day long to work in an attention position. This is usually due to a spasm in the muscles around your vertebral column (commonly reffered to as paraspinal muscles) medicines, hot water fomentation and physiotherapy will help you to deal with the condition. Hi am MB, I am 67 years old, recently I had got my comprehensive cardiac check up done which I do regularly with a frequency of once every year. This time during regular treadmill test, my exercise tolerance was found fair. What does that actually mean? And what is tmt positive? Is there any thing needed to be done after tmt test results? What is the relationship between a positive tmt and bad cholesterol? What are the precautions needed to be taken to prevent bad cholesterol build up? What kind of food habits that has to be avoided for good heart condition and subsequently to keep yourself away from cholesterol? Exercise tolerance is fair but tmt? positive, may be slightly. Get echo done to know % functioning of heart and a total lipid profile to know about good and bad cholesterol. Our body is like a car that needs good type of engine oil to function properly, bad cholesterol is bad oil, and good cholesterol is good oil, low chilesterol does lead to illnesses like arthritis and cancer. Keep low cholesterol lower than 80 and good cholesterol higher than 80. Eat 5 gms of desi ghee / butter and a katori of nuts of all varieties-soaked and peeled almonds, cashew nuts, wallnuts, peanuts etc. Avoid bad fats like burgers, pizzas, fried road side food and reheated oil at home. Do not go by ads on tv, there is no oil that is zero cholesterol, but still till date sarson ka tel - musturd oil is the best for our style of cooking, use steam to cook, avoid frying even at home. Consume more seasonal fruits and vegetables. If levels of good cholesterol are kept on a higher side, it helps bring down the levels of bad cholesterol. Exercise reduces bad cholesterol and so does drinking a glass of warm water with juice of fresh lemon + a spoon of honey in it. Write down if there are any doubts. Remember pollution is bad for the heart, as bad as smoking, stay near green plants to get fresh oxygen, if risky levels outside home, it is better to stay indoors and use an exercise cycle.

Hi gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Avoid red meat 1Take Bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, fried and junk food. Avoid meat. Use vegetable oil like olive oil 2. Take high carbohydrate and low fat diet, drink plenty of water. Don’t drink water with meals to avoid full ness. Drink water 1 hour after meal 3. Eat small size frequent meals 5-6 per day 4. Control your weight, avoid obesity, go for regular exercise 5. Avoid alcohol if you are having 6. Take Antacid, pancreatic enzymes, juice, nutritional supplement drinks, Calcium &vitamin D supplement. 7. Consult Gastro enterologist for further advice and treatment.

Hii, please take homeopathic treatment take lycopodium 200, acid phos 200 6 pills twice a day. Apply arnic q plus jaborandi q over bald part. And use schwabe arnica hair oil, shampoo. And lords alpha alpha tonic onetablespoonful twice a day 15 mins before meal. And you can appy ampla plus lemon paste over your hairs. And eat healthy protein diet.

Hi , I suggest, first and foremost you figure out the allergen that triggers your asthma. Dust, smoke, pollen, fungi, animal hair, insects, certain food items like wheat, egg, chocolates, flesh foods etc, cold/ hot air, stress, acidity et al are common allergens that might precipitate asthma and the triggers vary from person to person. So, once you identify the right trigger, try your level best to avoid the same. Secondly, make sure your diet/ nutrition, lifestyle including bowel habits et al are streamlined. Learn to relax and keep your stress levels low. Its advisable to eat in moderation and less than your full capacity than eating to your full. Try avoiding tea, coffee, spices, chillies, pickles, extremely hot & cold/ chilled foods. Do consume citrus fruits/ vegetables rich in vit c as they help strengthen your immunity. Warm saline gargling, at least once daily, shall help protect you from throat related afflictions that often trigger asthma in certain people. Mostly, fresh air, dry climate, regular exercise go a long way in helping avert precipitation of an attack. Daily consumption of ginger tea helps a lot too, unless you are allergic to it. Inhaling the scent of honey during an asthma attack helps breathe easier. Learning well & practicing yogasanas like bhujangasana, shavasana, and pranayams like kapalbhati, anulom-viloma, bhramari et al on a daily basis are highly beneficial for this condition.
