I am 19 and got diabetes my glucose level was 568 on the first day but after 3 day my glucose level is 270 doctor gave me 3 types of medicine for 1 month - vildagliptin tablets vysov 50mg, zevit capsules of vitamin B complex and C with zinc Sulphate, Cyblex M80 my aunt says do not take all this medicines much as it can damage my kidney is it true and should I stop taking this tablets.

From the info provided, you seem to be having early onset type 2 diabetes. Continue as per your doctor's advice. Sorry, your aunt is wrong. These medicines, if taken at the right dose & with regular monitoring, will not damage your kidneys.

Recurrent fever should be evaluated. Take over-the-counter medicine for fever. Drink plenty of liquids. Eat healthy diet. Take adequate rest. Get ur CBC, ESR, URINE ROUTINE AND WIDAL TEST done to diagnose the cause of it. Hope this answer helps u. If required, consult with reports.

If you had protected vaginal sex you should not be worried about having any genital tract infections like candid, trichomonas, gonorrhea or herpes among many other STIs; however having had oral sex might put you at increased risk of infections and you need to get tested, especially so since you had sex with a prostitute; which constitutes HIGH RISK sexual activity. I would like you to take the HIV test again after 3-4 month of having had potential exposure to the infection and if positive start ART. It may be good to start PEP right away. Her headaches might be because of tensions. From the symptoms you described, it does not appear to be like migraine. Encourage her to share her worries with you or someone who she can trust. Assure her of your support as well. Tell her that you love her and you care for her. Tell her that when she is worried you also get affected and you both together can find some solutions to your problems. Also ask her to avoid going out in the mornings presently, as it is very hot outside because of summers. Ask her to drink plenty of water. See if she is having her food properly or not. In spite of doing all this, if the headache continues then consult a doctor. Avoid self medication. Take care.

Hemorrhoids- Swollen and inflamed veins in the rectum and anus that cause discomfort and bleeding. Hemorrhoids are usually caused from straining during bowel movements, obesity, or pregnancy. Discomfort is a common symptom, especially during bowel movements or when sitting. Other symptoms include itching and bleeding. A high-fibre diet can be effective, along with over-the-counter medications, such as stool softeners. In some cases, a medical procedure to remove the haemorrhoid may be needed to provide relief. Usually self-diagnosable Discomfort is a common symptom, especially during bowel movements or when sitting. Other symptoms include itching and bleeding. People may experience: Pain areas: in the rectum Pain circumstances: can occur while sitting Anal: discomfort, itchiness, or swelling Gastrointestinal: blood in stool or constipation some home remedies for piles 1. Ice The first home treatment that is highly recommended is ice. Ice will help constrict the blood vessels, reduce swelling and give you immediate pain relief. Apply an icepack or a partially melted piece of ice wrapped in a cloth directly on the affected area for about 10 minutes. Do this several times a day until the hemorrhoid goes away. You can even use a small pack of frozen vegetables such as peas or corn. Wrap the pack in a tea towel and then apply it on the hemorrhoid. Do this for 20 minutes at a time, three times a day. 2. Aloe Vera Aloe vera is one of nature’s best ingredients for treating hemorrhoids. The anti-inflammatory and therapeutic properties of aloe vera help reduce the irritation of hemorrhoids. Aloe vera can be used for both internal and external hemorrhoids. For treating external hemorrhoids, apply a little bit of aloe vera gel to your anus and slowly massage the area. This simple remedy will give relief from the pain and soothe the burning sensation. To treat internal hemorrhoids, cut aloe vera leaves in strips. Make sure to cut off the thorn-like parts of the plant. Place the slices in a container and freeze them. Apply the icy cold aloe vera strip to the painful hemorrhoid to relieve the pain, burning, and itching sensation. 3. Lemon Juice Lemon juice contains various nutrients that can give you relief from hemorrhoids by strengthening the capillaries and blood vessel walls. Saturate a cotton ball with freshly squeezed lemon juice and apply it on the hemorrhoid. Initially there will be some mild tingling or a burning sensation, but relief from the pain will soon follow. Alternatively, squeeze half a lemon into a cup of hot milk and drink it. Do this every three hours for best results. Mix one-half teaspoon each of lemon juice, ginger juice, mint juice and honey together. Take this once a day. 4. Almond Oil Almond oil, known for its emollient and deep tissue absorption properties, is used mainly for external hemorrhoid treatment. Dip a cotton ball in pure almond oil and apply it on the affected area. It moisturizes and eases inflammation, and will relieve the burning and itching sensation in and around the anus. Do this several times a day. 5. Olive Oil Olive oil has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and is used primarily to treat external hemorrhoids. It will help increase the elasticity of blood vessels, which in turn will help reduce inflammation and shrink the size of swollen blood vessels in the anal canal. Consume one teaspoon of olive oil daily. It will help reduce inflammation and the monounsaturated fats will improve the functionality of the excretory system. Crush the juice out of some plum leaves and add it to olive oil. Apply this mixture on your hemorrhoids. It will give you relief from the pain and swelling. 6. Whole Grains Start eating whole grain products if you suffer from hemorrhoids. Whole grain products contain a good amount of fiber, which is highly effective in relieving hemorrhoid symptoms and bleeding. This nutrient helps clean out the gastrointestinal system, preventing constipation and allowing the colon to work more efficiently. Fiber-rich foods can soften stool and increase its bulk, which helps reduce straining during bowel movements. Some of the best whole grain products are oats, barley, maize, brown rice, millet, quinoa and buckwheat. Black pimples - Oats is not only a good food but it also works as a medicine to treat black spots, acne marks, or pimple scars on the face. You can apply an oatmeal face mask regularly in order to get rid of the dark spots on your face. Prepare a paste using oatmeal and lemon juice. Apply this paste onto the spots and scrub it gently. These are some methods & instruction for releif in snoring: • Exercise daily and running, jogging. Do long breathing exercise pranayam daily. • Clear nasal passage (nose) before sleeping. Research proves that exercise is a great way to improve sexual function in both men and women. Whether one suffers from sexual problems like erectile dysfunction or may just want to improve their sex life, exercising the sex muscles is effective in both cases. A particular group of muscles function together and are involved directly in the process. Exercising these muscles will naturally increase the flow of blood to your penis and help improve sexual performance. 

Here are ways to exercise which prove to be effective in enhancing your sex life:
1. Exercising the core muscles
This type of exercise aims at strengthening your pelvic floor muscles. An easy way to locate these muscles is to stop the flow of urine midway or to hold one's bladder when one needs to pee. Keeping the muscles contracted for a period of ten seconds and relaxing them completes one cycle. This exercise helps improve erection and control your orgasm better by strengthening the core muscles.

2. Exercising the supporting muscles
The second exercise involves pushups. Without this exercise, the other muscles might become tired and one may not be able to achieve sexual fulfilment. This exercise tends to improve the strength of one's abs, lower back, shoulder, chest, arms, legs and buttocks. It helps to increase the circulation of blood to all areas of the body and helps to strengthen the pelvic, abdominal muscles, hip and leg muscles. Diabetes, often referred to by doctors as diabetes mellitus, describes a group of metabolic diseases in which the person has high blood glucose (blood sugar), either because insulin production is inadequate, or because the body's cells do not respond properly to insulin, or both. It is a difficult task to control blood sugar in the desired normal range. Whatever we eat is metabolised to sugar in the body to provide energy for our daily activities. For the absolute control, one has to monitor his / her blood sugar at regular intervals (Self-Monitoring of Blood glucose – SMBG). Though difficult, this can be done by a glucometer and keep a record. Get an idea of Fasting sugar (FBS) and 2 hours after food (PPBS), & HbA1C (inform me) and check before dinner and after every major food. The basic idea is to reduce the food intake to 1/3 of what you take now. The dictum of sugar control is diet, exercise, diet + medicine and at later stage medicine+ Insulin will be needed. There are different diet plans of varying calories for each person depending on his activity & life style. For diabetes, hypertension (high BP) and many long-term illness control there is the need for regular advice and follow up. Just one time consultation or advice is not enough to guide a diabetic in scientifically & medically correct manner. Night falls are a natural phenomena. But when we start having night falls more than 4-5 times a month, then there is a problem. We start feeling weakness, tiredness, etc.. Do not take milk after 3 pm. Try to avoid non-veg, spicy, fried & chilly food. Do not watch pornography materials. Take good healthy diet, do exercise & yoga daily. Take tab. Confido & chandan adi bhati each morning & evening with water. Keep stumic clean & avoid constipation.

1.Eat high fibre diet like fruits, vegetables, beans, broccoli, cabbage, boiled/sprouted moong dal, whole grain bread, brown rice, cereals, pasta, multi grain chapatti, oats, fruits 2.Avoid foods which are high in fat. Choose lean meats like fish, chicken. 3.Eat on schedule 4.Drink plenty of water, 8-10 glasses daily, Avoid alcohol/caffeine 5.Take regular physical exercise 6. Stick to a regular timing for going to toilet. 7.Take 2 tsf of softovac SF/Naturolax powder with warm water at bed time or syrup Duphalac 15 ml twice daily for few days 8.If you have chronic constipation, you may have to do colonoscopic examination after consulting gastroenterologist.

Sequence #1 Begin by sitting on your heals with knees bent. To soften any strain on your knees place a yoga block or folded blanket between your feet. Using your eyes to guide you, revolve your body to the right, looking over your shoulder. Hold and breathe for a count of 10, return to the center and revolve to the left in the same manner. Return to center. Extended Child Pose Extend your hands and arms forward into pose of the child. Try to place your buttocks on your heels. If this is too difficult open your knees wider and keep your feet together as you extend. Continue to breathe normally without forcing or “trying” to breathe. Sequence #2 Lie on your back, legs extended out and bring your right knee in towards your chest. Interlace your fingers around the knee.Elbows are lifted up and out to the side to keep the lungs open.Without forcing the knee, round up and gaze down the length of the extended leg. Hold for the count of 5 then roll down. Lower the right leg and repeat with the left leg. Bring both knees into your chest, and then extend away to arms length. Repeat in and away several times. This is a great massage for the lower digestive system, as well as, your lower back. Repeat the entire sequence 4-5 times then extend the legs out and relax in Savasana or resting pose. Sequence #3 Lying on your back, bring both knees in toward your chest and wrap your arms around your knees as much as possible. Hold for the count of 10, breathing naturally. Release your knees and keeping them bent, move them out and over your hips. Extend your arms out to the side and ground your shoulders and palms of your hands to the floor. Slowly lower your feet and knees over to the right, keeping your shoulders and palms grounded. Gaze towards the ceiling. You can make the rotations with knees bent and feet off the floor or an easier way is to keep the feet flat and together on the floor and lower from one side to the other. Return to the center and lower your bent legs over to the left. Move your legs from right to left inhaling to lift and exhaling to lower for 4-5 times. On the final rotation stay and hold on the right side for a count of 10. Then lift up and over to the left holding for 10 counts. Come back to the center, extend your legs and rest before repeating the sequence.

Definition:

Persistent or recurrent delay in, or absence of, orgasm following a normal sexual excitement phase during sexual activity.

In this disorder, a male cannot reach orgasm during intercourse although can ejaculate by partner's manual or oral stimulation. Some can ejaculate only during masturbation. Some have ejaculation during sleep but not in waking period.

Orgasm and ejaculation though occur simultaneously, are different entities. Orgasm can occur in the absence of ejaculation and vice versa.

Causes:

Dislike for a partner.
Testosterone deficiency.
Religious restrictions.
Myopathy, Neuropathy.

Masturbation guilt.
Spinal cord lesion.
Guilt regarding nocturnal.

Treatment:

Sensate Focus exercise (mutual pleasuring) is employed daily for first 3 days. Since sex is not allowed, it eliminates the pressure to perform.

Once this is achieved, she stimulates him to the highest degree and as a man approaches ejaculation she inserts penis in the vagina in a woman on top position. If a man is unable to ejaculate she again stimulates him manually and again reinserting when ejaculation is imminent.

I have been suffering from cough from last week what is the basic treatment for cure it at home.

Firstly there's no lifelong cure for the common cold. Antibiotics are only effective against infections of throat and are of no use against cold viruses. Over-the-counter (otc) cold preparations won't cure a common cold or make it go away any sooner, and most have side effects. A saltwater gargle 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2tsp turmeric dissolved in a glass of warm water can temporarily relieve a sore or scratchy throat.
