Actually she has done a facial from a beauty parlour and after the facial is done after few days small pimples of red colour started arising on her face. Her skin is also a bit sensitive and often turns red on exposure to sunlight. Suggest remedies.

Acne is a common problem and is usually treatable. You may need treatment for several months to clear spots. Inflamed acne needs to be treated early to prevent scarring. Acne is the common cause of spots. Most people with acne are aged between 12 and 25 but some older and younger people are affected. Acne usually affects the face but may also affect the back, neck and chest. About 8 in 10 teenagers develop some degree of acne. Often it is mild. However, it is estimated that about 3 in 10 teenagers have acne bad enough to need treatment to prevent scarring. Untreated acne usually lasts about 4-5 years before settling. However, it can last for many years in some cases. There are certain myths and wrongly held beliefs about acne: @ Acne is not caused by poor hygiene. In fact, excessive washing may make it worse. @ Stress does not cause acne. @ Acne is not just a simple skin infection. The cause is a complex interaction of changing hormones, sebum, overgrowth of normally harmless germs (bacteria), inflammation, etc . You cannot catch acne - it is not passed on through touching (contagious). @Acne cannot be cured by drinking lots of water. @There is no evidence to say that sunbathing or sunbeds will help to clear acne. @ Some people believe that acne cannot be helped by medical treatment. This is not true. Treatments usually work well if used correctly. Skin care required for people with acne: @Do not wash more than normal. Twice a day is normal for most people. Use a mild soap and lukewarm water. (Very hot or cold water may worsen acne.) Do not scrub hard when washing acne-affected skin. Do not use abrasive soaps, cleansing granules, astringents, or exfoliating agents. Use a soft washcloth and fingers instead. Excess washing and scrubbing may cause more inflammation and possibly make acne worse. @ Antiseptic washes may be beneficial. @ You cannot clean off blackheads. The black tip of a blackhead is actually skin pigment (melanin) and cannot be removed by cleaning or scrubbing. Homeopathic treatment is best for people with acne as it is mild and without any side effects. Now besides medicines, good soaps and facewash are available which doesn't harm skin and help removing acne spots. Pls consult via lybrate with details of your symptoms for treatment.

Hav you underwent thyroid test? if not you once better to undergo tests like hb levels, tsh, to exclude the reason. Evn less intake of food, noproper maintainence of quality food, less or non-nurtritious food, any vitamin deficiency, proteins, mal assimilation. Etc all may be the reason for thinning of hair. Try to take homeo medicines weisbadan 200 twice/day for alternate days, lyco 1m weekly one dose, along with bioforce company's bio hair drops or r-89 drops daily in 1/4 th cup of luke warm water, twice/day fro 2-3 months n see the progress n let me know. Take more proteinaceous food, like cereals, millets, sprouts, soya enriched food, milk, egg[if you r non. Vegetarian], fish, etc. More, try to avoid taking junk, fast food, spicy, outside food, take more fruits, raw vegetables like carrots, keera etc. Whatever edible, take plenty of water, use shampoo, with herbal products, oil also, with arnica+jaborandi+cantahris mixed homeopathic oil will help for growth.

Smear this mixture on the affected skin, massage for 5 minutes and leave it on for another 20 minutes. Wash off the pack with lukewarm water. Follow this cure 3 to 4 times a week till the melasma is gone completely. Aloe Vera Gel The amazing hydrating properties of aloe vera gel makes it a popular ingredient in many skin care products and it is one of the beneficial natural remedies for melasma. It is also used to treat numerous skin diseases, and it is a potent cure for treating ringworm. Pure aloe vera gel contains mucilaginous polysaccharides that lighten blemishes, dark spots caused by excessive sun exposure and melasma discoloration. The potent antioxidant properties of aloe vera gel protect the skin from the damage caused by oxidative stress. It is best if you have access to pure aloe vera gel. Aloe Vera Apply pure aloe vera gel evenly on the affected skin and massage gently for 2 minutes. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then wash off with lukewarm water. Follow this natural cure 2 times daily for few weeks to get best results. Oatmeal Oatmeal is an important complex carb that is included in the diet of health conscious individuals because of its benefits for weight loss. But oatmeal is also an effective way to get rid of melasma naturally. A nourishing oatmeal scrub is the best solution to the question of how to get rid of dead skin cells. Just as your overall health will benefit from eating a balanced diet, so too should the health of your hair. Once it’s gone, it’s gone, so don’t put foods in your body that speed up hair loss. You may be experiencing a thinning on top already, but you can counteract this (or at least slow it down) by eating from every food group daily -- concentrating on foods that are rich in protein, iron, silica, and zinc.
