Tab. Keraglo eva once daily for 3 months. Hair spray Qilib women 6-8 sprays once daily at in morning for one month. Increase protein diet& green leafy vegetables. Anaphase Shampoo / VICHY DERCOS Energising (Anti- Hair Loss) Shampoo. Blood Test- Haemoglobin, Thyroid. If Bald Patches:- Tugain 5% Solution for application 1 ml at night for one month.

Please take fluoric acid 30 - twice daily for next 2 weeks. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Also use arnica shampoo. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take sound/good sleep. Avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight/ hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. Continue treatment.

A homemade sugar scrub can work wonders for your skin. It will help exfoliate your skin to remove excess oil and debris trapped in the pores without causing dryness. Mix together one tablespoon each of sugar and honey. You can also add a few drops of lemon juice.Apply it on your face and gently massage in circular motions.Leave it on for a few minutes.Wipe it off using a wet washcloth and then wash your face.Do this once or twice a week on a regular basis.

I recently have lot of pimples in my face and making lot of black spots how to fix this issue.
Acne happens due to blockade of sebaceous glands. Acne treatment needs a combination of approach. Please follow this regimen. 1. Apply epiduo cream in night keep it for an hour and wash your face. 2. Apply dew soft moisturiser and sleep. 3. In early morning apply clindac gel. 4. After bath apply suncote gel. Carry on with this regimen for a month you will get improvement.
