Menses usually starts after cesarean section between 6 months to 12 months. But even before menses starts you can get pregnant. Ideal contraception for breastfeeding woman is coppert which has highest efficacy. While choosing a method of contraception, it is important that it not interfere with lactation or have negative effects on the infant. Iucd or copper t is more effective than condoms and progesterone only pills. Oc pills suppresses milk production. Estrogen containing contraceptive pill either it is standard dose or low dose, it reduces the volume of breast milk. Progestin-only contraceptives like cerazette for 28 days are safe for use by breast-feeding mothers if copper t is not acceptable.

The next day after taking the ipill during another session his condom slipped down into my vagina so I had to take another ipill. First of all you have to apply a tight bandage on the abdomen as abdominal splint to hold the muscles together and make sure there is no pressure on the abdomen like even lifting a small baby can put pressure on abdomen your sitting standing moving all movements have to be care full make sure you are not constipated and yiu don't strain while passing urine or stool second thing is learn exercises from a physiotherapist particularly for this problem and last of all it can be corrected with surgery for which you need to consult a surgeon.

Lybrate-user, if you have no symptoms related to hypothyroidism and tsh levels are below 4 milli units/l, then you might reduce the dose of thyroxine to 12.5 mcg per day, then check tsh after 6 weeks, and see if that dose has been adequate in maintaining tsh level within limit. It is better not to discontinue the dose completely. Because hypothyroidism once developed is unlikely to disappear. Also check your tpo antibodies. Thanks.

You have to take complete bed rest. Go on having ultrasonography done regularly. Most of the time placenta migrate upwards from cx. But till then, bed rest.
