You need to meet with a counselor immediately and if that person feels you need to meet with a doctor too, you must do so. You must cooperate with both therapies and be consistent. I suggest that you visit these professionals along with your parents because their involvement is quite critical to your recovery. If it is of recent origin, you could easily pin-point it and take care of it. But I suspect that it may have to do with something in your developmental years, or your family background. In the meantime do the following, sincerely: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least 30 minutes but not in the scotching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love: find someone to love and to love you back. If you love yourself adequately, you will never do harm to yourself. Be positive always and learn to do everything possible to invest into yourself. Life is extremely precious and because the depression, which is a mood disorder, makes you feel like giving up you must still persevere. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive everyday and learn to be contended with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved. Because you are young the prognosis is good subject to your cooperation.

Its okay at present, avoid quick-fix in short time, this is not possible with normal ways, and may turn adverse. Look for this later at present prepare for quality marital/sexual relations to enjoy life.

1. Take one tablet of crocin advance as and when required upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food 2. Cold sponging sos 3. Drink plenty of water 4. Take rest 5. If no relief do blood examination like esr, cbc, widal/ typhidot test, blood for mp/malaria antigen, dengue antigen (ns1) test, urine re/me after consulting physician and follow the advice and treatment.

Start doing strenous exercise at least 45 minutes a day for 6 days a week Avoid ghee ,sarson oil and all saturated fats like butter instead use oils like olive oil rice bran oil in your food Donot take high glycemic index carbohydrates but you can take carbohydrates with low glycemic index Severe life style modification is required 140/105 is still a very high diastolic bp ,so the medicines you are on are not controlling your bp Out target bp has to be 130/85 I have to increase the doses and to add some medication for bp ,but due to company policy medicines can be prescribed in pvt query only Feel free to ask Tx.

No food on earth can bring down this blood pressure to normal. Antihypertensive medication is must. If you are asking food along with medication then its different thing. Many people keep on avoiding medication at the cost of having high bp for a long time which causes damage to many organs silently. Regarding foods for high bp patients, its advisable to take low salt, low fat and low cab diet, rich in fruits and vegetables within limits of calorie allowance.

If you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan of head to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Dear, do not worry try the tips :: 1. For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... 2. Its not that after 27 years you have pregnancy problems. But its true that as age advances there are problems related to health and also regarding conception. So the concern of your parents is right.
