Dear , you may be thinking that you may not be actually drinking enough so increase your fluid intake till urine is almost watery white. If it does not help then get urine test done and also see that you are not constipated if you are passing hard toilet some times then put a greased finger in anus. If it is gripping and painful then you have fissure which is due to constipation and treat that. For that increase water intake, high fiber and high residue diet, emollient laxative like cremaffin plus 1 tsf at night, isabgol powder 3-4 tsf in 3oo ml of water at night and apply zincal cream inside anus before bowel action. Also increase physical activity in form of walking, games or exercises. Try this and let me know how you go.

Hi I am suffering from kidney stones How to remove the stones with out operation.

BHMS
Homeopath,
Hi I am suffering from kidney stones How to remove the stones with out operation.
Dear lybrate user, a kidney stone is mainly formed due to the accumulation of the minerals present in urine. Such accumulation occurs mainly due to low intake of fluids. Continuous low fluid intake results in the deposits of the minerals over the stone & eventually leads to an increase in the size of the stone. Formation of stone leads to pain along the kidney region. If the size of the kidney stone is below 3mm then it is possible to get rid of it without any surgery. Take homoeopathic mother tincture berberis vulgaris q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water for 15 days. The stone will be expelled through urine in between the span of 15 days of medication. But if the size of the stone is more than 3mm then you should surely go for surgery.

Hi, Do an U /S scan of the abdomen and pelvis to rule out any pathology and a routine urine examination and revert back with the reports. Drink plenty of fluids like water, tender coconut, barley water, fresh fruit juices, etc.

My father 75 yrs old diagnosed prostate enlargement now he is using urine bag. Scan report shows grade III, PSA value 85. After 3 weeks medication antibiotic PSA value 75. Any possibility without surgery to recover. Any other medication can cure?

sorry to hear about your dad's problem. Psa of 75 is extremely high and it warrants further tests to rule out cancer. Normal range of psa is between 0-5 and in infections & bph, it can reach uptil 11. He should undergo a trans rectal ultrasound (trus) along with a biopsy.

Hello dear lybrate-user, hi Warm welcome to Lybrate.com I have evaluated your query for your father thoroughly.* Nepro LP will not harm to your dad, but if taking adquate food as per advise by the dietician and nephrologist, I do not recommend to consume it. Hope this clears your query. Wishing him fine recovery. Welcome for any further assistance. Regards take care.
