Hi sir I am 20 years old. In my face lot of blackheads since 4years. What can I do for that?

Advanced Aesthetics
Ayurveda, Gulbarga
Also referred to as open comedones, blackheads are small yellow or black bumps that form when a clog develops in the opening of hair follicles due to a combination of excess sebum and build-up of dirt and dead skin cells the combination of oatmeal and yogurt is great for keeping your skin free of blackheads. 1. Mix one teaspoon honey and the juice of four tomatoes in sufficient oatmeal to make a paste. 2. Scrub it on your skin. 3. Wash it off after 10 minutes. 4. Repeat regularly for clear skin. You can also make a paste by mixing together two tablespoons of oatmeal, three tablespoons of plain yogurt, and small amounts of lemon juice and olive oil. Apply the paste to your entire face, leave for a few minutes and then rinse your face with water any querries inform me.

I have some pimples on my face. I used some creams but didn't seen any change. What I can I do?
Treatment options for pimples is not a blanket treatment. You use one product for 15 days n pimples vanish into thin air. It does not work that way. Treatment for pimples need repeated consultation n see wat works best for you. Needs minimum of 3 mnths to 6 mnths to see results according to tthe severity of acne.

Sir I m 32 year old man, previous some days I had a ulcer like spot on my penis, I use many antiseptic/fungal cream but no cure they repeat.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
The cause of a penis ulcer is often bacteria or viruses linked to sexually transmitted diseases, such as chancroid, syphilis, mononucleosis, or herpes.-----------The presence of ulcers doesn’t always indicate venereal disease. Antibiotics and mouth bites from oral sex can also create penile ulcers; for the latter cause, bacteria in the mouth, such as Eikenella corrodens, are generally the culprit. One rare cause of ulcers on the penis is tuberculosis. -----------------Some men with penile ulcers may notice accompanying lethargy and feebleness. Low white blood cells may also be present with some ulcers. Lesions are frequently a precursor to ulcers; the abnormal tissue of the lesion eventually breaks open into a penis ulcer with accompanying pus and sometimes blood.--------------Treatment is not always permanent, as some ulcers can become latent and then recur years later.---------------So description I required toreach to a diagnosis regarding--------- 1. Shape, color, and size of the ulcer, -------------------- 2. How soon the ulcer appeared------------------- 3. Whether the sores were accompanied by chills or fever. ----------------- 4. Sexual behavior and past partners IF ANY--------. IF EVEN THEN A DIAGNOSIS IS NOT CONFIRMEDTHEN thorough inspection, Blood Tests and BIOPSY should be conducted--------------

I am suffering from pimples problem how can I stop my pimples and make my skin shiny.

I am suffering from pimples problem how can I stop my pimples and make my skin shiny.
Hello, try some of the following home remedies to treat pimples: TEA TREE OIL: Use tea tree oil facewash twice a day followed by tea tree toner and an oil free moisturizer. LEMON JUICE: Apply fresh lemon juice on the affected area with a cotton ball. Leave it on for around 10 minutes then rinse with cool water. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR: Mix equal parts of apple cider vinegar and water and use the mixture as a toner. Apply on your face with a cotton swab. ALOE VERA: Aloe Vera has burn-relieving properties and can promote healing, fight infection, and even reduce scarring. Scrape out the gel from an aloe plant with a spoon, and apply to your face. HONEY AND CINNAMON: Add half teaspoon of cinnamon powder with 1 tablespoon of honey and apply on face. Leave it for an hour, or if possible leave it overnight. Then wash off. CHAMOMILE STEAM: Make 2 cups of chamomile tea and add fresh rose petals to it. Then take this soothing steam while it is still hot. (Put a bath towel over your head to prevent the steam from escaping) MINT LEAVES: Blend fresh mint leaves with some water to make a paste (pudeena ki chutney). Rub the paste on your face and leave for 5-10 minutes. Then wash thoroughly with cold water. Hope this helps.

Hair Loss - What Causes It? + Ways It Can Be Treated!

Hair Loss - What Causes It? + Ways It Can Be Treated!

Hair loss is a very common problem and a number of people face this issue. There are numerous reasons that can account for hair loss. As we already know, it is normal to lose about 50-100 hair strands in a day. This is because the rate of hair loss can be replenished, however, the moment the hair fall rate increases, hair loss problems start occurring.

Although reasons for hair loss may vary from person to person, here are a few common reasons for hair loss

  1. Hereditary i.e it happens in people with a family history of baldness
  2. Post pregnancy is also another phase, which can cause hairfall
  3. Major illness, surgeries, or severe traumatic events can trigger major hair loss
  4. Hormonal disturbances like PCOS, menopausal changes etc causes hyperandrogenism which results in hairfall and hair thinning
  5. Certain medicatition can also cause hairfall
  6. Physical or emotional shock and extreme stress can cause enormous hair fall
  7. A diet which lacks sufficient amount of vitamin D, iron, protein, vitamin B12 deficiencies  and other required nutrients can be a reason for hair thinning

Now that we have talked about the causes, it is important we discuss the solutions; here is a list of treatments for hair loss which might be very efficient.

  1. PRP therapy:  Platelet rich plasma therapy is a hair restoration therapy which essentially gives natural looking results. Platelet rich plasma is prepared from the patient's own blood using a strict protocol and is injected on scalp with fine needles. Growth factors released from blood cells called platelets do their job and hair re-grows in a very natural way.
  2. MesotherapyThis is a treatment that essentially stimulates the mesoderm using superficial microinjections into the target tissues, thus relieving a number of symptoms. In this therapy, the hair follicles grow and survive and proper blood circulation is stimulated.
  3. Micro needling:  This is another method used to treat hair loss. In this treatment the skin is poked with numerous tiny needles causing micro-injury, thereby, causing the skin to stimulate collagen and also induce hair growth on the scalp.

Primarily the underlying disorders need to be addressed with relevant treatments after thorough investigation. Appropriate topical and oral medications are advised. Along with these, the above mentioned procedures are used to treat a problem. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a dermatologist.

How can I check my hair fall? Apart from medicines suggest me what food I should include in my daily diet to check it?

How can I check my hair fall? Apart from medicines suggest me what food I should include in my daily diet to check it?
Give your hair the right amount of vitamins. Since hair is made of proteins, eat a balanced diet rich in lean protein, whole grains, fruits and vegetables. A healthy diet will ensure hair that looks and feels better. • Make sure you get plenty of vitamin C. This vitamin strengthens hair. In addition, iron helps transport oxygen to blood vessels, zinc grows and repairs tissue, and omega-3 fatty acids grow healthy hair. • Give your hair some time to show new brilliance. What you eat will not have an immediate difference on the hair you already have, but it will help with hair that is newly growing.

How Ayurveda Helps Manage Premature Greying?

Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), Diploma in Piles Treatment , MD - Ayurveda

How Ayurveda Helps Manage Premature Greying?

Hair greying is an inevitable part of aging, and it is a natural process. But it can also be a cause of concern if your hair starts greying prematurely; when you are still in your 20s or early 30s. A genetic trait, critical medication conditions or poor nutrition can lead to premature greying. Unfortunately, people think only colouring the hair can fix greying. But this is just a temporary fix, and you need to keep re-colouring your hair. Also, all the harsh chemicals in hair dyes can harm your hair with prolonged use.

Ayurveda For Hair Greying-

In Ayurveda, hair fall is referred to as ‘khalitya’ and premature graying of hair is termed as ‘Palitya’. Both khalitya and Palitya are considered as pure paitik (arising out of ‘pitta’) disorders. It means, when you continuously disturb ‘pitta’ (heat in your body), it can gray your hair. So, according to Ayurveda, if you consume pitta enhancing substances, your pitta aggravates and cause gray hair. From ayurvedic point of view, good hair growth is linked to one’s physical and mental health. When one is cheerful, the hair looks lively, alternatively when one is feeling depressed and pessimistic, the hair acquires a fallen and lifeless look.

Ayurveda is a good alternative remedy for premature greying. It is natural and it has no side-effects.

Here are some Ayurvedic treatments for premature greying:

  1. Coconut Oil and Curry Leaves: This is one of the oldest, and mildest Ayurvedic treatments for premature greying. All you need to do is boil curry leaves (about ½ a cup) and coconut oil (1/8 of a cup) together. After the mixture is boiled enough, put it aside to cool down. Next, gently massage the mixture into your hair roots. Leave it for 20 minutes before washing it off with lukewarm water and a mild shampoo.

  2. Amla or Indian Gooseberry: Amla is an excellent remedy for premature greying and restoring natural pigmentation of hair. Dry some slices of amla, and then boil them in coconut oil. Now massage this concoction into your hair for best results. You have to make sure your hair is entirely coated with this mixture.

  3. Buttermilk and Curry Leaves: For best results, make a paste of a bunch of curry leaves and a cup of buttermilk and apply it on your scalp. Keep it for thirty minutes before rinsing it off with a mild shampoo.

  4. Carrot Seed Oil and Sesame Seed Oil: A blend of carrot seed oil and sesame oil is an effective Ayurvedic remedy for premature greying. Mix half a tablespoon of carrot seed oil and 4 tablespoons of sesame oil and massage it into your hair roots and scalp. Then wash your hair with a mild shampoo for best results. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an Ayurveda.
