Red spots on your thighs are the allergic rashes which increases on itching. Allergy occurs due to various reasons like medication, intake of oily food, exposure to cold weather, dustmite or pollen. Find out the cause for your allergy and stay away from it. You can apply sandal paste or calamine lotion on the affected part. Avoid oily food and nuts. You can take anti allergic tablets internally for 3-4 days (tab allerin 1-1-1 with water}

Hi Do you have proper bowel habits (constipation) if present treatment take for this first, then fresh juice and lot of water, avoid hot coffee, fried foods. Apply multhanimatti with butter milk after 30 min wash tthe the face apply kunkumathi lebam.

I am 37 year old male. I have vata problem, which causes shoulder, neck pain and dullness in 1half of day. Suggest me long term solution to control this.

Take cinnamon powder half a teaspoon with honey in the morning in empty stomach for at least one month. At 11 am take ginger juice with honey for 4 days. Can be solved through acupressure/ acupuncture easily. Try this for 3 days. Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening.

For stomach pain take tablet Meftalspas-Ds and Avoid spicy food in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water

Dear, You must be able to understand Concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. Human cannot be attentive towards anything for more than 10 minutes. Then you should study in such a way that your attention is continued and make the subjects are interesting to you. Effective learning techniques should help you. Recollection depends on anxiety, stress and other physical and circumstantial factors. Distractions while studying are plentiful. You should be able to overcome distractions or avoid distractions. Please understand the above. Change your study style and attitude accordingly. Fetal heart starts beating by 6 weeks. By 8 weeks heart beat is clearly visible on usg. You can repeat your usg after 7 days if still heart beat not seen go for D&C.

I am suffered from cold and cough from last one week onwards and I am using medical also but problem was...
Cold and cough are a part of growing up you teen age. There are a lot of viruses in the community and it spreads from one person to the next by coughing sneezing or contact with person or areas where they have touched. So you get it. Once you get it you develop resistance to it. It never occurs again but a different virus will produce the next cough and cold. By 30 to 40 years the frequency of cough cold decreases dramatically as you have already got good defense by the previous attacks. Medicines will only give some temporary relief. The cold and cough will go away in 14 days time in most whether you take medicines or not. So there is no need for any more worry. Some develop asthma ; sneezing ; allergy cough etc with viral fever especially in kids and then you have to get allergy doctors help. Your case it will go away soon. Do not worry for each cold/cough attack if it is mild and short lived.

When I heard about any psychological problem I got disturb last time I watch a news about hallucination problem who killed his sisters and suicide him self. I always think about how he grip in this problem. And from that time I started making my though about hallucination and cant stop thinking about this. When I close my eyes and think about I saw images witch are properly known as thoughts. And that time I think about its a hallucination. All the day I think about this. Hi , first and foremost, I would advise you to remain mentally strong and think positive. In order that you are not obsessively compelled to think negative and imagine stuff, it is important for you to assure yourself time and again that everything is perfectly ok and distract yourself to either watching, visualizing or doing something meaningful, relaxing and one that gives you a sense of inner strength and positive energy/ vibes. Remember, its only a fear that you need to dispel off and understand clearly that there is absolutely nothing in reality to be afraid about. Listening to a soothing and inspiring music also helps you to stay calm and relaxed. Do plan your day, listing out the things to be achieved and get going about them one by one. Do be on a healthy and balanced diet with focus on leafy greens and fresh fruits. Take plenty of water daily and stay hydrated. Keep your lifestyle streamlined and do walking/ exercise, yoga et al in fresh air. Get yourself exposed to the early morning sunlight for 5 to 10 minutes daily. Keep your stress levels low and stay relaxed and focused. Enjoy your favorite yet lightweight films/ serials/ cartoons et al as you like to watch and get some interesting yet light stories to read while you retire to bed. You may take a glass of warm milk with a pinch of fresh turmeric powder and a tsp of honey mixed to the same, at bedtime. At the same time, I would also advise you to see a psychologist in person. He/ she may require prescribing you an anxiolytic suitably that you can use for a couple of days and one that helps tranquil your mind and help you control your thoughts. Hope this helps.
