Cause of discoloration – Smoking, coffee, tea, drugs, aging, staining food (wine, blueberry, etc) genetics. You may need deep cleaning, polishing along with whitening (bleaching) procedures and / or artificial enamel filling and / or capping. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use Snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply SNOWDENT paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min .Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results.

Now a days students from all over india started complaining of poor concentration and poor memory problem, anger outburst.

There are many reasons for above mentioned complaints.

First thing that affect your study is atmosphere, plan your study room according to your need.

Second is any relationship issues with your friends, family and others.

Third one is use of gadgets in between study. One can set daily limit for gadget use.

Fourth one is underlying psychological issues such as low mood, any stressor, repetitive thoughts or images, fearfulness, sleep problems.

Mosquitos have a chemical intheir saliva to prevent the blood from clotting maybe that is causing this problem for you the scars usually disappear on their own try an anti allergic like a simple cetrizine 10 mg once at night for some one month for a start let me know the result.
