Hi, Just for clarification the sprain will happen in Ligaments and the Lower back is mostly muscle area. Your problem due to be muscle stain. Give hot back and release muscle spasm which probably happened there. For better result consult directly with Physio. Examination and assessment is required for correct solution. If it is muscle spasm stretching exercise will help. If it is severe injury ti soft tissue you need more rest.

If you are feeding the baby, periods can be delayed but pregnancy can occur during this time and another baby born after a gap of 9 months get pregnancy test done get intrauterine device fitted under hygienic conditions in a recognized center if pregnancy test is negative.

Good day 1 week ago saturday I had a very bad injury I fall down on ice and injure my left leg. I went toi the hospital and stayed one day there now they saying my muscles above my left knee (ferrum) was a little bit broken open and we can do two things they told me or we make operation or put a brace. I have chosen for a brace and they told me 4 weeks home to recover with the brace and do not walk too much and walk with crutches. My question is will I recover with my leg totally after a lot of rest and do not walk too much.

Hello, Honey(if pure) can work well for weight loss,as it helps in detoxification. You can add it to warm water with lemon,you can add around 1/2 tsp to your breakfast cereals/porridges.Can also be added to your herbal tea. You can have upto 2 pcs of chikki(made with honey.Though honey is healthy as compared to sugar,it should always be remembered that it contributes to equal calories as sugar,so avoid its excess usage.

I have lost my hairs on my front scalp from 2008 when my mom expired, it was really a tensed situation and my nutrient get lost due to this mishappening, then I go to homeopathy doctor tgey suggested to apply jaborandi I applied it new hairs also come but does not shown great results, now I started applying onion juice regularly and I feel like my new hairs started growing fast, I want back my hairs lost please suggest me something to get my healthy hairs back plz.

Hi apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp. Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

Tomatoes are an excellent solution for getting rid of dark circle, as it naturally helps to decrease the dark circles and also makes the skin soft and supple. All you need to do is mix one teaspoon of tomato juice with a teaspoon of lemon juice and apply it under your eyes. Grate some raw potato and extract the juice of the same. Now take a cotton ball and soak it in the potato juice. Close your eyes and place these cotton balls on your eyes. Make sure they cover the entire area of the dark circles under your eyes as well as the eyelids. Leave it on for 10 minutes and wash off with cold water. Cold tea bags: Another simple technique to get rid of the dark circles is using cold tea bags. Soak a tea bag preferably a chamomile or green tea bags in water. Chill it by placing it in the refrigerator for a while. Now, place them over your eyes. Use this remedy on a regular basis to see considerable difference. Cold milk: Regular use of cold milk will also decrease the dark circles and also soothes your eyes and skin. Take a cotton ball and place it in a bowl of cold milk or iced water for a while. Now apply the cotton ball making sure that it covers the entire eye with the affected area. Keep it for a while. Wash it regular water. Orange juice: Another effective home remedy to remove dark circles is orange juice. Mix some orange juice with a few drops of glycerin and apply this mixture over the dark circles. Not only will it diminish the dark circles it will also give a natural glow to your eyes. Yoga and meditation : one of the main reasons that's seen for the recurrence of dark circles under eyes is because of stress, depression and a hectic lifestyle. No amount of home remedies will work if your mind isn't cool and calm. Yoga and meditation if practiced regularly will not only decrease your dark circles will also balance the body clock whilst calming your mind, body and soul.

Hi lybrate-user. Neck pain is mostly due to faulty neck postures when you are reading, working and while using a system. Please assure that you have an optimum posture. The only thing of concern is that your pain is of a longer duration. Suggest you to see a pain physician for further workup. An intervention may be required.

Gaining weight and gaining strength are 2 different things. For gaining weight ie muscle mass you need to follow a healthy high calorie high protein diet with dedicated efforts for exercise. The diet plan should b planned specifically taking into consideration, your eating patterns and lifestyle.

While riding bike something went into the eyes in morning. Generally foreign particles gets auto flushed if I keep the eye closed for 10-15 min, but this problem persisted till night even after sleeping for 2 hrs in between. Also I was studying till late night. Next day the irritation had gone but the eye started twitching. Am just worried is it normal or requires doctors attention.

If you still have irritation, foreign body sensation in eye please visit eye doctor to ensure no foreign body is present. Frequent blinking helps bring the foreign body to inner corner of eye from where you can pick up the fb. It was good you didn't rub your eyes. The eye twitching is unrelated and in most cases self limiting. Don't worry about it.

For a hypothyroid condition there is no specific or special food. And it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the thyroid levels, lifestyle and history. Though you can follow some guidelines - have small frequent meals. Do not fast for long hours. Avoid a very heavy meal at one time. Avoid fruit juices, aerated drinks or sugarcane juice, honey, jaggery or sugar if having insulin resistance. Avoid junk foods. Exercise and stay active. Do not attempt to try out too many remedies as you could go into lowered metabolism. Sleep well. It's all a matter of discipline. But don't give up. A good diet and exercise will help keep metabolism going.

Only solution is to stay sun protected . Apply sunscreen daily n regularly. Apply sunscreen half hour before leaving house. Repeat sunscreen application if u r continuing to stay outdoors . Use some broad spectrum sunscreen which offers protection against both UVA n UVB

Hi one of the simplest and most effective ways to induce sleep is to rub some oil on the scalp and the soles of the feet before going to bed. Use sesame oil, brahmi oil, jasmine oil, or coconut oil and massage gently for a few minutes. Slightly warming the oil before applying is helpful. Put 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep.
