Hair falling will be due to many reasons. Like if any dandruff, lack of proper needed vitamins, proteins in your food{though you feel that you r taking sufficient food], any harmonal imbalance, heriditary tendency for geting baldness[family h/o], any skinproblem, excessive oiliness or dryness of scalp, frequent change of shampoos, some times those contain high % of chemical ingredients, hard water, any t/t in saloon like colouring, perming, straightening, curling etc kind of patterns, mental strain, lack of proper sleep, etc all will be the causative factors. So, you need to take care in that particular area, wherever you feel like to have. Try to take more nutritious food, sprouts, fruits, more water, coconut water, healthy, home made of anything, try to avid the outside food, those t/ts for hair. Try to follow spcfc hrs for sleeping& intake of food. ***apply homeohair oil which will contain arnica+jaborandi+china+can notharis[available in schwabe, bioforce, wheezal, sbl}fromany reputed homeo stores. Try to apply one night before the headbath. With mild massage.&take head bath by next day with the any mildshampoo, or the shampoo also with the same ingredients.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart..

Your back pain is due to disc bulge with nerve compression. Your pain is there since 18 months. You have not mentioned whether you obtained any relief after exercise. Exercise is recommended in situations like yours add is highly effective. Since its more than a year, you should consult a pain specialist and get treatment known as epidural steroid injection (read my health tip on non - surgical treatment for sciatica) this treatment will decrease your pain and give you opportunity for physiotherapy. Also follow ergonomic measures at work place. Follow these to get relief. 1. Take anti inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen round the clock for pain relief 2. Take rest for 3 to 4 days but avoid total bed rest. 4. Do back strengthening and stretching exercises daily once pain is relieved. Do exercises under professional guidance. 5. Apply analgesic cream over back followed by warm fomentation. 6. Keep pillow behind your knees at bedtime. While sleeping on sides keep pillow between 7. Do not bend and lift weights. 8. If back pain is accompanied with radiating leg pain or tingling, numbness or weakness, consult immediately for further queries consult again.

Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

Hello lybrate-user, darkening of the face only when the whole body is fair is mostly because of tanning due to sun exposure. Skin lightening creams give temporary fairness. After the effect of these creams fade away, the skin color becomes dark again. In order to prevent darkening of the skin due to tanning, you will have to apply sun screen lotion like sun ban spf 30 lotion all over the face and repeat the application every three hours. The effect of sunscreen fades away within 3 hours and hence it becomes necessary to re-apply. Besides you can use some home remedies to reduce your current tanning: * mix besan with some honey and lemon and apply over the face. Keep it for 15 minutes and wash it off with warm water. * mix lemon juice with honey and apply it all over the face. Keep it till the pack becomes dry and then wash it off with warm water. * grind some masoor daal into a coarse powder. Mix milk in some masoor daal and add a little bit of turmeric to it. Apply it over the face and keep it till the pack becomes dry. Wash it off with luke warm water. The above home remedies can be practiced minimum twice a week.

It's been 3 months my mother diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Now planning for surgery, before it what test should be done and can we also look for immunotherapy for it.

Treatment for stage 3 is neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by surgery followed by adjuvant chemotherapy. Cytoreductive surgery is the main component and should be done optimally. If optimal cytoreductive surgery is not done rest of the treatment is also not very helpful.

Body gains weight due to different reasons like improper digestion, acidity, constipation, side-effects of some medicine, low physical activity. You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Drink 2 glasses of lukewarm warm daily in morning. 5. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also. Hey lybrate-user pcod or pcos is definitely curable. And there is no need for surgery. I am a homeopathic doctor and have cured several ovarian cyst cases. Curing a cyst is much easier than curing pcos because pcos comes with other anomalies also. Like hair growth on chin, weight increase, pigmentation on skin etc etc. So go for homeopathic treatment as early as possible. Because if the size of the cyst increases more than 55-60 mm, then the treatment would not be an option and only surgery will be done.

First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection with its full immunity and start the below medication:- Take gelesemium 200, twice daily . Take Eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily. Take Antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs , thrice daily. Take Alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. In case of high uncontrollable fever, don't panic you should do cold sponging to lower down the temperature.If fever does not goes then go for a set of blood tests. Revert me with feedback. Take care of your health.GOOD DAY.

Hi 1) apply mixture of onion and lemon juice on the scalp, 2) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals, 3) take 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals, 4) take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast, 5) take 20 ml of bhrungarajasava and 2-2 tablets of leelavilas rasa and raktastambhak vati after meals, 6) use vatajatadi taila, do all these things for 30 days it gives you good result thanks.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption(if u consume). Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Dont sleep immediately after taking meal.
