Acupuncture ek drugless therapy hai. jiss mein koi drug ka istemal kiya nahi jata. Bahut hi mamuli bareek si patli si needle ke dwara, jise sui kaha ja sakta hai, usse ilaaj kia jata hai. Yeh sui aapke kuch chitra kendron par lagate hai aur uske dwara rog o ka ilaaj hota hai. Yeh is prakaar se hota hai ki hamara sharir mein jo bhi blood chal raha hai, jo bhi fluid chal rahe hai is ko chalane wala energy hai. Yeh energy jab bhi ruk jaati hai toh waha blood bhi ruk jaata hai, fluid ka transaction bhi ruk jata hai. Ab yeh ruk kyun jata hai energy ka flow, hamara aahar, vihar ke kaaran, koi bhi accident hua aur energy ki line kat gayi samjho, ya phir galat dhang se hamara khaan paan

galat hai toh iss ke wajah se bhi energy ka flow ruk jaata hai, yaani imbalance hota hai. Hamara janma jaat, kudrat, jo sharir mein energy dete hai, iss ke dwara hamara sampurna vyehwar chalta hai aur yeh energy jab bhi koi bhi kaarano se uss ki rukawat aa jaati hai toh phir kaam bigad jaata hai jaise koi fracture ho gaya, koi accident ho gaya, aur waha energy ka flow ruk gaya toh phir waha sharir apne aap ko theek toh karta hai lekin jo energy ka flow ruka hua hai, blood ka stagnation kar deta hai aur fluid ka stagnation kar deta hai jiss ke kaaran muscles hamara tense ho jaate hai aur humein pain hota hai.

Pet ki kahi prakar ke garbariya hoti hai toh hum jo galat aahar vihar khate hai jiss ke kaaran sharir mein gas aur acidity badhti hai. Iss ke kaaran hamarein sharir ke angein bhi prabhavit hote hai aur uss ke kaaran energy ki rukawat hoti hai jise hum acupuncture paddhati ke dwara yeh rukawatein kholte hai. Sharir mein chauda pathways hain energy ke jise hum meridian kehte hai. Har prakar ke meridian mein, kisi mein dus point hai, kisi mein pandra point hai, kisi mein bees point hai toh jahan bhi, ek science hai jiss ke dwara woh point pe hum needle laga ke energy ke flow ko kholte hai jaise liver mein koi sujan aa gayi hai, ya gadbad ho gayi toh liver ke pathway mein jitne bhi point hai uss mein jo jo point mein humein zaroori lagta hai, waha pe hum needle laga ke energy ka flow ko kholte hain aur liver ki pranali tandurust karte hai. Jiss ke kaaran liver se sambandhit samasyaein apne aap samapt ho jaati hai aur aaram milta hai.
Acupuncture se jo bhi safal ilaaj hote hai aur turant relief milta hai woh koi bhi painful problem ho aapka, kamar ka pain ho, chahe gardan ka pain ho, chahe peron main dard hai, toh yeh toh immediate relief milta hai. Jis din aap treatment karwayenge, ussi din needle lagwayenge aur aap ko aaram milega. Toh yeh acupuncture ki details hai.

Ab jo acupuncture hum nahi karte hai woh janmajaat bachhe hai chhoti umar ke, bahut hi vriddha hai, bahut hi debilated hai, ya pregnant mahilaein hai, kuch samay tak uss ke acupuncture dwara ilaaj hum nahi karte. Baad phir shuru karte hai.

Acupuncture ke ilava Sujok therapy, Sujok mein hum magnet lagate hai, toh main magnet aap ko dikhata hoon. Iss prakar ke magnet lagte hai body pe, yeh jo magnet aap dekh rahe hai woh haatho aur per pe yeh magnet lagate hain. Jo acupuncture se darrte hai unka magnet ke dwara ilaaj hota hai, baaki sui k dwara ilaaj hota hai.

Toh iss prakar ki chhoti chhoti, chhoti bareek sui ya hoti hai jo hum point mein needle laga ke sui se ilaaj karte hain. Jaise mujhe sar dard hai, toh yeh samjho sar dard ka point hai, yaha hum yeh needle lagayenge. Ek needle lagaya hai koi pain nahi hai, yeh painless needle hoti hai aur mujhe sar dard mein aaram milega. Aise sar dard ke kaafi sare points hote hai. Jaise ki migraine hai, bahut saal purana, toh iss tarike se tamaam samsya ka ilaaj hota hai.

U can have 2 cups on green tea every day, 1 in morning & 1 in evening. To reduce belly fat you have to do regular exercise, cut down carbs in your daily diet & eat less calories.

Tips for a Healthy Dinner

It has long been established that the kind of food you intake and the way you prepare it go a long way in deciding your digestive and overall health. A person is always advised to have a filling breakfast, a moderately elaborate lunch, but a beggar's dinner. This kind of a balanced diet helps a person to live a way healthier life.

The following points will help you to have a healthy dinner facilitating your wellbeing:

  1. Opt for a broth instead of something greasy and oily: If you plan to cook veggies on a pan, chuck the idea of using oil. Oily and greasy food should be your last dinner option. Excess oil not only complicates digestive processes, but it also interferes with your regular sleep patterns. The next solution available is to use vegetable broth in place of oil. Pieces of lean meat or diced vegetables steamed in some broth can make a yummy meal indeed.
  2. Try avoiding dairy products after sundown: It is hard for your body to break down dairy products, such as full cream milk or cheese at night. Dairy products are also fattening. It would be best to have these in the day. Contrary to popular belief, milk is not an essential part of an adult's diet. It is inevitable in your growing age. To fulfill one's bodily requirement of calcium without causing extra pressure on the digestive system, a generous helping of plain yogurt can be had with dinner.
  3. Drink water before you start with your meal: Water kills your ability to overeat. Many tend to drink soda or carbonated drinks alongside lunch or dinner; this is a bad practice. One may sip on to water while eating a meal, but that too in moderation. You should drink water before sitting at the dining table; this way you can successfully prevent yourself from overeating.
  4. Spices can actually help: Spice is not a vice. Spices bring added flavor to your food and subject you to the benefits of natural products. May it be a soup, broth or a salad; adding spices can prove to be effective. Cinnamon and turmeric can actually protect you against a host of diseases. Garlic fights off cancer. Using ginger to cook your dinner can also be extremely helpful.
  5. Whole grains pave your way to good health: Instead of having refined grains you should go in for whole grains. Whole grains are rich in fiber and fills you up for a longer span of time. Fiber can come to your aid if you suffer from chronic constipation as it is known to stimulate bowel movements.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

1 st of all, keep your face clean. Don't let oil sit on face for too long. Wash immediately after exposing to dust etc. No need to use fancy harsh soaps, go for plain water wash only especially when out of home make a face pack- chandan powder50 g+ multani mitti -60 g+ haldi powder-10 g+ neem leaves. Put a few drops of lemon juice and rose water and make a paste. Apply on face till it dries. Wash off with warm water and pat dry. Use a mild face wash. Can use patanjali face wash. Avoid spicy, fried, junk food. Have lots of water-8-10 glass at least in a day. Have fresh fruits daily, especially papaya and oranges. Avoid stress and sleep at least 7 hrs a day.

Does acid reflux makes fatigue all the time? Am practicing football all day and am not gaining weight more than 60 t0 62 kgs with 1.7 m height. Now I used to take food little low because of digestion problem and use more ginger in foods. So I lost two kgs and now am 58. Is it good way to help over come the problem? I got fatigue all the time and thats the problem.

Hello, gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (gerd), have symptoms like chest pain, heart burn, sore throat with acidic taste, hiccups when you start eating, hoarseness of voice. Sometimes cough. Do take ift and laser therapy for pain relief for 10 days followed by strengthening exercise from neuro physiotherapist avoid bending forward if required do sit and attain the task at home apply hot and cold water fomentation for thrice a day for 15 minutes duration each time regularly best wishes.

Along with a high protein diet start following a good hair care - Oiling your hair with a mixture of oils like olive, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to your hair and prevent them from drying and breakage. Once in a week apply a good hair mask. You can mix and prepare different types of masks using green tea, olive oil, milk, gooseberry, etc. You can also start with zinc and biotin supplements.

Yoga and diet will definitely help in diabetes. There are some asana and pranayam which will help you to control your blood sugar level, like 1 ardh matsyendrasana 2 purna matsyendrasana 3 vakrasana 4 kapalbhati and many more diet has key role in diabetes. Diabetic diet is different for person to person. It is depend of person lifestyle, his blood sugar level. Medication and many more factor. But here are some common tips 1 eat high fiber food like oats, bran, sprouts, beans 2 avoid eating refine flour and its product 3 eat fresh fruits instead of fruit juice. 4 after taking medicines take your meal within half hour.

Start doing Swimming, Skipping cycling, ayurveda herbs like ashwagandha, Satavari, arjuna,Bala, amla are good for increasing height and weight.To increase height, the Mountain pose, Seated Forward Bend pose, Cobra Pose, Wheel Pose, Bow Pose, Hand under Foot Pose, Triangle Pose, and Surya Namaskar pose (sun salutation pose) comes first.

DEAR Lybrate USER. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …6) avoid coffee and tea…. A) take 30ml of triphala juice and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 2-2 tablets of lakshyadi guggul and vasantkusumakar rasa early in the morning on empty stomach with triphala juice…. C) take 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 10 gm of jiggery after meals…. D) apply equal quantity mixture of fresh lemon juice and aloe vera juice on the roots of hairs…. Leave it for 30-45 minutes…. After that wash hairs with ROOTZ SHAMPOO (rajah ayurveda)…… do all things for 30 days. These things are much more effective. Consult to me for further suggestion. THANKS.

you can take otc medicines tab. naproxen 5oo mg sos for heel spur pain..but surgery is last opinion .for uric acid you can tab. bencid 500 mg once a day. tab. zyloric 100 mg once a day. Avoid protein diets,bad habits , fast food/fat/oily,salty foods. Coffee, smoking, alcohol intake. Non-veg., take whole grain,oats,green veg.,plenty of water in day time, 1 glass of water at night before bed.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.
