What is the reason of Kidney stones and give a good solution and I know It's medicine.
KIDNEY STONES- Kidney stone disease, also known as urolithiasis, is when a solid piece of material (kidney stone) occurs in the urinary tract KIDNEY STONE TYPES 1.Calcuim Oxalate -80% 2.Calcium phosphates -12% 3.Uric acid-5% 4.Struvite -2% 5.Cystine-1% CAUSES OF KIDNEY STONES Stones form due to a number of reasons but some of the main causes can be: Unhealthy Diet – for example processed, canned, frozen and fast foods that are high in salt content. Food that is high in Oxalates or Oxalic Acid Food that is not easily digestible or high in animal proteins like meat, fish and eggs. Over consumption of Alcohol and Beverages Allergies, hyperparathyroidism, chronic diarrhoea, inflammatory bowel disease or gout Low intake of water and fluids leading to dehydration or Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) Severe physical exertion Uncontrolled Blood Pressure No exercise Weight Issues Mineral Imbalances in the body Family history of kidney stones Suppressing urges to urinate SYMPTOMS - Large Kidney stones usually give out very clear signs: Severe lower abdominal pain that radiates to your lower back, groin, sides and genitals. The pain can come and go in sudden and severe bouts lasting from 20 to 60 minutes and in some cases, for even longer. Usually it continues even after the stone has passed out. Blood in your urine – Bloody or abnormal colour of urine like pink, red or brown is a common occurrence. Cloudy and Foul smelling urine Uncontrollable urges to urinate – a persistent need to urinate frequently in small amounts along with a painful, burning sensation is commonly reported. Tenderness over the affected kidney. Nausea and/ or vomiting. Fever and chills. Extreme exhaustion and excessive sweating. HOW TO AVOID RECURRECE- If you’ve suffered from kidney stones once, you’ll agree that it is very important to make sure that you do not suffer from them again. Though there is no guarantee that they will not recur there are a number of things you can do to reduce the probability of them recurring. Here are some great ways to keep your kidneys healthy and to prevent the formation of kidney stones: At the cost of repeating ourselves, drink lots of water, stay hydrated, stay kidney stone free. The same goes for drinking healthy liquids. Avoid foods in high salt content Moderate exercise is advised however do not work out excessively and avoid saunas to prevent dehydration. Eat more fibrous fruits and vegetables. Here’s more information about How to Eat Right If You Have Kidney Stones. Avoid unhealthy foods like sugar, sugary drinks like sodas, energy drinks, processed food, alcohol, especially dark beers, black tea, chocolate based beverages and foods with high levels of oxalates. Studies have shown that foods high in calcium like dairy products may prevent stones. This is because they prevent the build up of oxalates in the body. It is important to note that the same does not apply to calcium supplements. Go slow on meats, fish, eggs and poultry which are likely to increase the amount of acid in urine. Foods high in magnesium prevent calcium from combining with oxalates and thus prevent stones from forming. Some foods like avocados, bananas, green leafy vegetables and pumpkin skins are very beneficial. Whole wheat bread and vegetable proteins like legumes, pulses and sprouted grains are a good alternative source of proteins, nutrients and fibres. They reduce the risk of forming kidney stones. No crash diets! Dieting is believed to increase the uric acid in the blood stream and thus increases the risk of kidney stones. A healthy balanced diet is the best way to stay healthy and prevent kidney stones. HOME REMEDIES 1.Plenty of water per day. 4 liters per day. 2.Lemon juice with water and olive oil. 3.Hoasre gram deccocction. 4.Apple cidar vinegar with oileve oil and lemon juice. AYURVEDIC REMEDIES 1.Gokharu Guggulu 2.Varunadi kashay 3.Pashanbheda churnawith yavakshara. 4.varunadi vati with gokharu kashay. Note -Treatment depend on the underline cause and types of kidney stone. I NEED your DETAILED HISTORY INVESTIGATIONS AND PREVIOUS MEDICATIONS DETAILS DETAILS REPORTS TO ASSESS URPROBLEMS. I HAVE VERY GOOD AYURVEDIC TREATMENT FOR KIDNEY STONES. SAFE. EFFECTIVE. NO SIDE EFFECTS. U CAN CONSULT ME FOR THIS PROBLEMS. I WISH U HAPPY HEALTHY AND PROSPEROUS LIFE AHEAD LIFE AHEAD. Most people who are born without a kidney (or with only one working kidney) lead normal, healthy lives. First of all it's important to realize that you developed a gallbladder problem in the first place because you had an unhealthy liver. If your liver is not healthy, it will make poor quality bile. The bile will be prone to forming sludge and stones. Obviously you can survive without a gallbladder, but you are more prone to developing certain health problems. Your liver continues to manufacture bile, but there is no longer a place to store it or concentrate it. Therefore bile continually slowly trickles into the intestines. If you eat a fatty meal, you will not be able to secrete a large enough amount of bile into your intestines, therefore the fat will be poorly digested. This means many people experience diarrhea, bloating, nausea or indigestion. These symptoms can be treated with homeopathic medicines. Important note: Every case calls for detailed study of the patient individually. There are no disease specific medicines in homeopathy. The exact treatment is determined only on "in-depth" evaluation of the individual case. It is advised not to indulge in any kind of self-medication. Kindly contact me in private for further consultation. Your feedback matters. Thankyou.

Preventing Kidney Stones!

Preventing Kidney Stones!
  • Kidney stones are known to the mankind since antiquity. Lot of innovations have been done in treating the kidney stones, but there is a very little knowledge regarding the stone formation and how it can be prevented. Daily water intake is one of the important factors in the prevention of kidney stones. Diet is another factor that can promote or inhibit kidney stone formation. Others include environment, body weight and heredity.
  • The dietary advice will be based on the type of kidney stones, which will be recommended by the urologist. These recommendations mentioned below are general and for the most commonest kidney stone formers.

Dark red urine is indicative for bleeding somewhere in the urinary tract which needs to be evaluated after clinical examination and with investigation and get an ultrasound abdomen done to rule out any pathology and follow up with reports.

I have a kidney stone of 4-5 mm. Will it remove of its own without any medicine if I take more fluids?
Hello and welcome to lybrate. A stone size of 4-5 mm, usually flushes out in almost 90 per cent people, provided, one drinks 12-15 glasses daily. It also depends on position of stone in kidney. Get your ultrasound scan repeated in 1 month, to confirm the stone is out. Wish you a speedy recovery.

Homeopathy in Prostate Problem

Homeopathy in Prostate Problem

The prostate gland is a very important gland in the male reproductive system. It is responsible for producing around 30% of the fluid which comprises semen. While the statement that homeopathy cannot treat problems in the prostate such as prostate cancer is true, it is untrue that prostate gland enlargement cannot be treated by homeopathy.

Here are the most common homeopathic remedies for prostate gland enlargement and what are the medicines best suited for it:

  1. Baryta carb: Baryta carb is one of the best homeopathic remedies for prostate gland enlargement in the elderly. Common conditions which may indicate that Baryta carb is the best remedy for your prostate gland enlargement patient include degenerative diseases such as losing memory, cardiovascular problems and other problems besides losing memory in the cerebral system.
  2. Digitalis: Digitalis is mostly used when the patient suffering from prostate gland enlargement also suffers from heart problems. Digitalis does make the pulse weak, slow or even intermittent, however it is worth note that oedema may also occur.
  3. Staphysagria: Staphysagria is one of the best homeopathic medicines for various pains which occur in the urinary system in addition to prostate gland enlargement. Common pains which staphysagria cures include pain while urinating, burning sensation in the urethra, feeling like the bladder is not completely emptied as well as pain in the urethra when one is not urinating.
  4. ConiumFrequent urination is yet another symptom of prostate gland enlargement. This problem is caused by an injury to the area where the prostate glands are located. This injury hardens the glands.  The passage of urine will be extremely difficult with urine starting to pass and then stopping again. There is also dribbling of urine after completion of urinating.
  5. Sabal Serrulata: Sabal Serrulata is one of the most popular homeopathic medicines for prostate gland enlargement with many patients having consumed it reported great results. It works for most causes of prostate gland enlargement as well.

Even though homeopathy is supposed to have no side effect, it is still imperative that you consult your doctor about which ones to take.
