Get blood sugar, f/pp, cbc, lipid profile, usg whole abdomen ecg and echo in the mean time do following 1. No alcohol 3. No smoking/ tobaco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice 5.30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8. Expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d. Good luck.

Dear doctor I am 32 years old and recently started lower back pain during my regular walk. On consulting orthopaedic doctor dr. Said x-ray shows normal nothing to worry. But I still feel the problem. Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You are very young and should not be having regular back pains but it's well known that our spine can have certain issues which leads to these painful attacks. From being just a simple muscular strain to a degenerative disc issue, it can be anything. My advise to you seeing your age and symptoms only localized to your lower back region with no radiculopathy or any other neurological symptoms, would be: - catch hold of a good physical therapist, start your back muscle training & strengthening, abdominal strengthening and general conditioning ex - take adequate care of your posture especially while at work, home etc - continue with your brisk walks initially for a less distance and increase it gradually. - you can take anti-inflammatory medication which suits you for 5-7 days and it should give you adequate pain relief. - x rays normally do not show anything unless there is a bony pathology in spine, hence to actually see whats wrong, it is better to get mri done, but maybe do your physical therapy well in pain free periods, and you may become better gradually. Polycystic ovarian syndrome can be completely cured with homoeopathic medicines. No side effects in homoeopathic medicines. We can prevent further recurrence. Avoid non veg and bakery items. Reduce intake of oily and fatty foods. Drink plenty of water. Daily walk about 45 mins. While taking homoeopathic medicines please avoid coffee and soft drinks for fast and better action of medicines. Nothing to worry.

Hi Diabetes control is not just cutting sugar and sweets its reducing carbohydrates and balancing the diet with extra proteins and lots of fibre. Make sure the blood sugars are within normal range. FBS: 80-120 PPBS: 140-180 Prefer citrus foods and papaya for him as the vitamin C and Vitamin A in it will help in faster healing but in small quantities. Daily dressing is important. If there is any infection, culture of the wound has to be done and treated accordingly.

Hi lybrate-user, You can try icing for the knee and knee isometrics and work on strengthening the quadriceps muscle which will help you to avoid any pain or symptoms.

Hi lybrate-user firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Is it good to do exercises in the morning for 30 minutes without doing potty in the morning or is it harmful?

Hye. Thank you for your query. Ideally you want to be empty stomach before you eat or do any activity early in the morning. Also in case your bowels are not clear you may not be able to eat your prewokout snack and end up getting low in stamina. For that you need to understand that exercise can at times exacerbate constipation. When you exercise, your body sweats to keep you cool. This produces an increased demand for water in your body, and your intestines may recoup the water loss from your stools. If you have noticed that increasing your exercise routine seems to increase your constipation, be vigilant about the amount of water you are drinking. Make sure you drink before, during and after your workout. Avoid sugary drinks and diuretics like caffeine. Try taking warm water with lemon juice and honey on waking up. Also keep sipping on water during workout.

psoriasis is manageable, the traditional approach is to start with the mildest treatments topical creams and ultraviolet light therapy (phototherapy) and then progress to stronger ones only if necessary. The goal is to find the most effective way to slow cell turnover with the fewest possible side effects coupled with a dietary therapy specially designed to manage psoriasis. Researchers found several studies linking obesity to an increased risk for psoriatic disease. These studies indicate that a higher body mass index (bmi) is associated with an elevated risk for developing psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, as well as increased disease severity. Obesity may provide the nudge that triggers psoriasis in people who are already predisposed to it, researchers also found that in overweight individuals, losing weight may improve the effectiveness of treatments. So if you lose weight, you may be reducing fuel for the fire. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. avoid day time sleep, avoid tea, coffee, cola in late evening and after.. take 8 hours of sleep in night. 10 pm to 6 am is good timing.. avoid stress. take healthy diet. do regular exercise.

Try to relax by taking a warm bath before anal sex.Lying on your stomach may make entry smoother. Stop anal sex if you start experiencing pain.
