Hi, eat healthy diet which is rich in fibre. You can take lemon and honey in warm water at morning time. If you can not do hard exercise then try to do light exercise at home. You can do jumping. Include more vegetable and fruits in your diet .drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at the night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food. Take small and frequent meals. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Fatoline drops from haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. 4. Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily. 5. I am sleeping exactly 6 hrs a day considering the sleep cycles. I am used to this routine from 1 month usually between 11.30 pm to 5.30 am. From last week when I sleep for 1 nd half hour or 3 hours in the evening. I am waking soon (without alarm) after my remaining sleep cycles are completed without dizziness. If I sleep for 1 nd half hour in the evening, I am waking around 4.10 am. If I sleep for 3 hrs, I am waking around 2.30 am. If I sleep only for 20 min (short nap ), I didn't find any sleep disturbance until 5.30 am. I am sleeping in the evening because I was being tired after continuous classes in my college. Can I continue this? Is this routine good? If not what should I do if awakened before my alarm which will be at 5.30 am. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine - try to get at least 6 to 7 hours of uninteruppted sleep at night time Go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every Night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background 'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

Symptoms of malaria develop within 1-4 weeks following the infection. Like: high fever with shaking chills profuse sweating headache nausea/vomiting diarrhea/bloody stools anemia muscle pain seizures coma dragging heavy sensation in abdomen (enlarged spleen). Symptoms may appear in cycles. Episodes of symptoms may occur every 48 hours in infection with p. Vivax or p. Ovale. This cycle of symptoms is also one of the major signs that you are infected with malaria.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hello. Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Use home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days.

I am very sorry to hear about your loss. It must have been very shocking and kind of devastating for you. I can imagine, it must have been difficult for you to continue life without that person. Have you expressed your sadness, shock and grief? please talk to someone about how you feel after losing this person. Talk about your pain of losing that person. Otherwise your suppressed sadness and pain will develop into more negative thoughts and feelings. You will find it difficult to take rational decisions and you will experience additional stress. The more you talk about the lost person and the more you talk about your pain, more is the cognitive acceptance which will help you to move ahead in life. I understand your pain but loss is an integral part of life. It is not something that happens to us as we live, it is life itself. Understand that life will never be the same again for you but there is life ahead, for you. And this life can be good, with purpose and meaningful. Nothing of what is lost is replaced. A meaningful part of an identity and time is never replaced. Give yourself enough time to feel and experience the pain. But then you need to move on. Resolution does not mean forgetting. You will cherish that person's memories for the rest of your life. But you need to learn to" let go" of that relation you had with the person and move on. It is not very easy. But this if life. Take care.
