Hairloss can be due to various reason like dandruff, stress, nutritional deficiencies, side effect of some medications. If you have dandruff use candid tv shampoo twice weekly. Massage coconut oil into the roots of your hair every night and wash it off in the morning. Increase intake of milk and milk products, have more of nuts in your diet. Prevent your hairs from pollution and dust, cover your hair when going out. You can also try Dr. Reddys hairloss hair roots for 4 weeks.

10-15 almonds or 4-5 walnuts can be taken daily by any healthy adult. These contain good nutrition and are beneficial for diabetic or otherwise.

There are many causes of yellow or discolored teeth. A few of the most common: 1.Drinks: Coffee and red wine cause major damage to teeth.. But other drinks with high acidity, such as soda, juices and even sports drinks can cause staining on the teeth. Even white wine is not far behind in staining our teeth yellow, because its tannins and acidic nature wear away at the tooth enamel.These Acidic drinks lowers the Ph of teeth below 6 thus causing corrosive wear and tear of teeths. 2.Certain Foods: Colored candies, popsicles and other bright foods can cause staining over time. Think of it this way – if your tongue turns a bright shade of blue, chances are your teeth are getting some of that discoloration, too. Even healthy foods such as berries (blueberries, cranberries, raspberries) can stain teeth. Ketchup, curry and other sauces can cause staining problems over time, too. 3,Natural Aging Process: Quite simply, teeth yellow over time. It’s a natural part of the aging process that the white protective coatings wear down over time. So the longer you have your teeth, the more likely they are to become yellow or discolored. 4.Most of us are guilty of at least some of the above (and none of us can stop time). But the good news is that even if red wine is one of your vices and your teeth look yellower lately, there are things you can do to bring back the white. 5.How to make Teeth white (a)Avoid Certain Foods/Drinks When Possible: We’re not asking you to give up your morning coffee, just to reduce the intake of the above foods as much as possible. Sometimes simply being aware can help us make better choices. (b)Drink Water: After you’ve consumed a tooth-staining food or drink try to immediately follow it with a glass of water. Swirling water around your mouth can drastically help clear away the acids or staining. This simple step is free and easy, and can drastically help reduce tooth discoloration. (c)Proper Dental Hygiene: Proper brushing, flossing and regular dental checkups help keep teeth healthy for a lifetime. Develop these habits early and you’re less likely to have dental problems down the line. (d)Teeth Whitening: The good news is that there are many options available to whiten teeth. Some can be done at home while others can take help of Homoeopathic medicines. Homoeopathic medicine HEKLA LAVA TOOTH POWDER ( WHEEZAL) Scrub teeth daily night RINSEOUT ( SBL) Gargles 20 drops in 20 ml luke warm water.Gargles 3 times daily while holding water for 20 seconds in mouth esp.after meals.

Dear Minaz Dont worry as you said you have urine infection..I hope taken medicines from doctor and u want to protection right..so please use precautions while using public toilets such as cleaning the private parts very well and keeping them dry, don't use wet clothes, and wash your hands with soap before and after use..use protection during sexual activity.and most important take adequate water at least 1.5 to 2 litres daily.

For baldness or severe hair fall you can rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. This juice act as skin irritant it irritates the follicle{from where the hair grow} and grow the new hair.

In accident ear side upper right side chik bone got hurt and after nose bleeding finding the side upper teeth griped hard and always feeling like in upper teeth has kind of some thing sticked (fasa hooa) always since last more than one year. That place of gum also feel tighten inside. tried hard to clear but can not. What treatment I do to clear it?

Hai lybrate-user. U should have consulted the Oral and maxillofacial surgeon immediately after the injury itself, he would have come up with a solution that time. The bones might have healed in wrong position. However consult with Oral and maxillofacial surgeon immediately.

How often should I brush daily? and with which tooth paste and tooth brush should I use?

Hi, brush twice a day with soft toothbrush and fluoridated toothpaste. You can use any fluoridated toothpaste from any company, try and use one with soft bristles. It is not really the brush / paste that decides the cleaning efficiency, but the technique of brushing which ensures clean teeth and healthy gums.

1.Take paracetamol 500mg, one tablet sos upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food 2.cold sponging Sos 3.Drink plenty of water 4.Take rest 4.If no relief do blood examination like ESR, CBC, Widal/ Typhidot test, Blood for mp/malaria antigen and Dengue antigen(NS1) test, urine Re/Me after consulting doctor 5. consult me for further advice

Hye, thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.
