P becomes high while during sleep and because of this I feel numbness in my hand and sometime in legs what should I do? What type of diet and exercises should I do so that I could avoid medicines. Can I take himalaya lasuna for this. Because I do not want take allopathy medicines. Regards.

Hi lybrate-user, its really important you discuss your issues with a psychologist, its confidential and help you deal with thing better. In the mean time, do following: get enough sleep. Give your body the sleep it wants, and your stress levels will take a nosedive. Sleep is a mechanism by which your body recuperates and restores its energy reserves. If you're not getting enough sleep, your body will use stress to keep you active and alert in the absence of stored energy. Most adults need at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night.[4] young children and older adults need more, about 9-10 hours of sleep per night. Get into regular sleeping habits. If you can, try to go to bed and wake up at the same time each night and morning. Routinizing your sleep cycle will teach your body when it's supposed to go to be tired, aiding in better sleep and less sleep deprivation. Eat properly. Your body needs to be healthy, strong, happy and properly fueled to help you tackle stress. Like it or not, stress is a bodily reaction to anything that disturbs its natural state, meaning that your body can have a profound effect on producing and relieving stress. Water has been shown to relieve stress. That's because a dehydrated body creates cortisol, a stress hormone. An under-hydrated body creates stress to motivate the owner of the body to properly care for him/herself. Start decreasing caffeine and alcohol intake. In some cases, alcohol intake increases stress response in humans while being linked to substance dependency, a stressful condition itself. Caffeine is also responsible for raising stress levels, especially at work, so try to stick to water as a general rule. Eat a healthy breakfast and healthy snacks during the day. It is better to eat several smaller meals throughout the day than to consume three large meals. For a healthy stress-free diet, consume more complex carbohydrates such as whole-grain breads and pasta, foods high in vitamin a such as oranges, foods high in magnesium like spinach, soybeans or salmon, and black and green tea, which contain antioxidants. Start a diary or journal. You don't have to write in it every day. Writing down what's bothering you, what you've been busy with, and how you feel may help you to expel your negative emotions. Practice yoga and meditation. Although you could technically consider yoga your daily exercise, practicing the deep stretches and slow body movements will help you to clear your mind. Meditating - clearing your mind - while practicing gentle yoga will give double the relaxation effect to ease your stress. Use guided imagery to imagine a place that makes you feel at peace. Imagine somewhere that you feel happy; focus on the details to fully remove your mind from the present. Do yoga alone or in a group setting to help you learn new poses. As you advance in your yoga, you will be able to form complex stretches that force you to focus and take your mind off your stress. Practice deep relaxation by doing progressive muscle relaxation. This is when you work through your body by tensing your muscles, holding the tension for ten seconds, and then releasing it. This will soften and relieve all the muscles in your body. Avoid negative thinking. Acknowledge the positive in your life and begin to re-establish some balance in your emotional register. Avoid focusing on only the bad things that happened during your day, but consider the good as well. Stop and count your blessings. Write down even the simplest things that you have and enjoy: a roof over your head, a bed to sleep on, quality food, warmth, security, good health, friends or family. Acknowledge that not everyone has these things. Say something positive to yourself as soon as you wake up every morning. This will keep your energy and mind focused on positive thinking. Be thankful for each day that you have; you never know which one could be your last! use positive self-talk. Reinforce your resolve through positive statements such as" I can handle this, one step at a time, or" since i've been successful with this before, there's no reason why I can't do it again. Visualize positive things; this does not take long but can help you regain focus. Think about success, read about successful people. Don't admit defeat before you've been defeated. You don't deserve to beat yourself down so that you can punish yourself. Have more positive self talk. Nothing else helps intensify stress more than negative thoughts. When you start to having the feeling of defeat is the perfect time for a little reminder. You know yourself better than anyone else, and you are the perfect person to give you the reminder that it will get better. Remind yourself of all of the things you have accomplished in the past. All of those small accomplishments add up to very big ones over time. Change the words you use. Instead of saying" I can't do this, say something like" i've been able to get through this before, and I will get through it this time too.

वैद्यक-शास्र में, त्वचा पर होने वाले सफेद पैच को विटिलिगो के रूप में जाना जाता है। ये निशान हाथ, पैर, बाह, टांग, चेहरे, होंठ, और आँखें और मुंह के आसपास, विभिन्न अंगों पर दिखाई दे सकते हैं। हालांकि, यह स्थिति आमतौर पर हानिरहित और गैर-संक्रामक होती है, परंतु यह मानसिक तनाव पैदा कर सकती है। जब एक पिंपल जैसी छोटी सी चीज़ के पीछे भी मन खराब हो जाता है, तो सोचिए यह स्थिति व्यक्ति के आत्मविश्वास को कितना गिरा सकती है। 

सफेद रंग या विरंजनता मेलेनिन उत्पादन की कमी के कारण होता है। जबकि विटिलिगो सफेद स्पॉट का एक कारण है, यह अन्य कारण से भी हो सकते हैं। उच्च रक्तचाप, अतिगलग्रंथिता, विटामिन बी 12 की कमी, सूरज की किरणों का अतिरिक्त एक्सपोजर आदि भी त्वचा पर सफेद धब्बे पैदा कर सकते हैं। त्वचा पर सफेद पैच सतही फंगल संक्रमण जैसे टीनेया वेर्सिकलर, एक्जिमा, छालरोग, या अन्य त्वचा की स्थिति के कारण भी हो सकते है।

गृह उपचार सफेद धब्बों से छुटकारा पाने के लिए:
निम्नलिखित प्राकृतिक उपचार आपको विटिलिगो या सफेद स्पॉट को ठीक करने में मदद कर सकते हैं:

1. नारियल का तेल:
नारियल का तेल त्वचा को शांत कर, जीर्ण सूजन को ठीक करता है। यह प्रकृति में जीवाणुरोधी और एंटिफंगल भी है। इसके अलावा, यह त्वचा को नमी देता है और रक्त परिसंचरण में सुधार लाता है। यह विटिलिगो के उपचार में मदद करता है क्योंकि यह त्वचा के रंजकता को बढ़ावा देता है।
बस सफेद पैच पर नारियल के तेल को एक दिन में दो से तीन बार लागू करें। 

2. अदरक:
अदरक, शोथ रोधक होने के अलावा एंटीऑक्सिडेंट से भरा हुए हैं। अदरक रक्त परिसंचरण को बढ़ाने और मेलेनिन उत्पादन में भी मदद करता है। प्रभावित क्षेत्र पर अदरक के रस को लागू करें और लगभग 20 मिनट के लिए इसे छोड़ दें। इसे पानी से धो लें।

3. तांबा:
माना जाता है कि तांबा मेलेनिन के उत्पादन में मदद करता है। बस कमरे के तापमान पर एक तांबे के पोत में रात भर पानी जमा करें, और सुबह इसे पी लें। जब तांबे के पोत में रात भर पानी रखा जाता है, तो यह तांबे के आयनों के साथ जुड़ जाता है। जो शरीर में मेलेनिन उत्पादन के साथ मदद करता है। 

4. नीम:
नीम सभी प्रकार की त्वचा समस्याओं के उपचार के लिए एक बहुत अच्छा प्राकृतिक उपाय है। नीम के पत्ते सफेद धब्बे के इलाज में और त्वचा का मूल रंग पुनः प्राप्त करने में मदद कर सकते हैं। एक मुट्ठी नीम के पत्तों को पीस कर पेस्ट बनायें और इसमें 1 चम्मच शहद जोड़ें। सफेद धब्बे पर लागू करें और इसे लगभग 10-15 मिनट तक सूखने दें। फिर इसे पानी से धो लें।

5. लाल मिट्टी:
लाल मिट्टी में उच्च तांबे की सामग्री होती है जो त्वचा रंगद्रव्य को लौटाने में और सफेद पैच से छुटकारा पाने में मदद करती है। 2 चम्मच लाल मिट्टी में 1 बड़ा चमचा अदरक का रस मिलाकर पेस्ट बनाएं। पेस्ट को प्रभावित क्षेत्रों पर धीरे से रगड़ें। इसे लगभग 10 मिनट के लिए छोड़ दें और फिर इसे धो लें। 

6. मूली के बीज:
मेलेनिन पुनर्जन्मा करने में मूली के बीज बहुत प्रभावी हैं। लगभग 25 ग्राम मूली के बीज को एक मोटे पाउडर में पीस लें। इसमें सिरका के दो चम्मच डालें और एक पेस्ट बनायें। प्रभावित क्षेत्रों पर पेस्ट को लागू कर 15 मिनट के लिए छोड़ दें और फिर इसे धो लें।

7. हल्दी:
एक पेस्ट बनाने के लिए 5 चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर के साथ लगभग 250 मिलीलीटर सरसों का तेल मिलाएं। इसे सफेद स्पॉट पर लागू करें और कुछ घंटों तक छोड़ दें। हल्दी और सरसों के तेल का सामयिक उपयोग विटिलिगो के इलाज के लिए अद्भुत काम करता है।

Sticky dirt is one of the main reasons of dark neck, These dark skin patches are also caused by hormonal imbalances, eczema or sun exposure. Use grated cucumber or cucumber juice on the dark neck, scrub it and wash it off. Apply directly lemon juice or rub lemon slice on your dark neck with the help of cotton ball or fingers. Apply pure aloe Vera gel for dark neck directly. While going out apply sunscreen lotion all over your exposed body parts. To remove suntan :1) Wash the tanned area with lukewarm water and apply fresh coconut water all over and leave it to dry. After half an hour you can wash with cold water. Do it regularly in few days your skin color will become normal. 2)Take one cup of raw milk and add one tablespoon of Sandalwood powder in it and mix well. After washing affected area apply this mixture on tanned area and leave for drying. After some time it will become dried. Now wash with water. This is very effective tip to remove sun tan. Apply regularly according to your need. Apply curd before taking bath; curd is a powerful anti-tanning agent for your skin. Curd can be used with lemon juice also for curing suntan.

Is there any history of trauma. If no then breaking of tooth portion can b bcoz of either any hidden cavity or excessive pressure on chewing like while chewing hard food guava or somethingelse or non veg along with the bone. Visit your dentist and get it checked thoroughly.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. (Slow and steady weight loss is good. As we all know when you lose weight fast, it seems to jump right back on, where as when you lose weight steadily over time because of changes to your diet and balancing your hormones out it tends to stay off.) 1. Controlling your diet and exercising regularly is the key to losing weight. Taking the following could also help in accelerating the weight loss process: taking pranacharya medohar rasayan (1-1) twice a day; taking medohar guggul (2-2) twice a day; pranacharya slim capsule (1-1) twice a day. 2. It is advisable to avoid junk, fried, fermented or oily food. You should also avoid the intake of alcohol, sugar, dairy products. 3. You should increase the intake of oats and cereals. You should incorporate a walk of at least 45 minutes in your daily regime and prayanama every morning. It is advised not to sleep immediately after taking a meal.

Hello. Menstrual periods are often irregular during the first few years after menstruation starts. It may take several years for the hormones that control menstruation to reach a balance. Menopause or peri-menopause is the phase when a female again faces irregular menses. Pregnancy is the most common cause of a missed period. If you might be pregnant, treat yourself as if you are pregnant until you know for sure. Use a home pregnancy test as the first step to finding out whether you are pregnant. If you are not pregnant, other causes of missed or irregular periods include: Excessive weight loss or gain. Although low body weight is a common cause of missed or irregular periods, obesity also can cause menstrual problems. Eating disorders, such as anorexia or bulimia. For more information, see the topic Anorexia Nervosa or Bulimia Nervosa. Increased exercise. Missed periods are common in endurance athletes. Emotional stress. Illness. Travel. Medicines such as birth control methods, which may cause lighter, less frequent, more frequent, or skipped periods or no periods at all. Hormone problems. This may cause a change in the levels of the hormones that the body needs to support menstruation. Illegal drug use. Problems with the pelvic organs , such as imperforate hymen, polycystic ovary syndrome, or Asherman's syndrome. Breast-feeding. Many women do not resume regular periods until they have completed breast-feeding. Other diseases such as irritable bowel syndrome, tuberculosis, liver disease, and diabetes can cause missed or irregular periods, although this is rare. Any nutritional deficiency can also lead to Menstrual problem/ irregularity. Take more of green vegetables, nuts, salads, seasonal fruits, yellow coloured veggies, milk & milk products, plenty of water and enough of sleep & rest. In your friend's case, it seems to be because it's been few years, she started getting her menses, so may be after few years, her menses may get regular. Let her take homoeopathic medication – Schwabe's Five Phos. And Alfaalfa Tonic – both thrice daily for 1 month.

Hi Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation you need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Hello, Measure your temperature and tell me reading Tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever. And Get your following test done and review with reports 1.CBC 2. Urine R/M 3.Typhidot 4. Malarial antigen 1. Avoid exertion 2. Sir I am suffering from pigmentation since 4 years and before this my face is spotless. If I exposed to sun my face will become dark on cheeks where the pigmentation marks. Now I am using sunscreen lotion. About my pigmentation marks I am using tuvarakalepana n curd. Now it became lighter. But I want my face back spotless. Is it possible in ayurveda. Give solution. thanks.

Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.

Hello, I am actually a resident of India but I am studying in Dublin, Ireland. I have been prescribed Fludac 10 mg and Attentrol 50 mg daily for anxiety n adhd. I need some guidance as to what documents/procedure will be required to continue these medications in Dublin. You need to have a valid prescription which includes the doctor s registration number and contact details. Also the bill for the medications and a declaration from the doctor. This is to my knowledge. To get the same from ireland, the doctor there should approve of the diagnosis, if correct they will prescribe the same, do not worry.
