Hello, you need a good scaling of teeth. Due to deposits around teeth, bad odour occurs and gum problem arises. Get a scaling done. If you want more whiter teeth then prefer bleaching of teeth thank you.

U need proper ayurvedic treatment. Don't sit down with cross legs, use knee caps and avoid curd ,sour and other cold items, lemon n other citrus foods. Please take following medicine:- phytolacca ber. Q / 10 drops thrice daily in little water for one month. Regular walk with exercise atleast half an hour in morning and evening. First of all whoever gave you that cream you were using for one year has ruined your skin. Donot use creams on face without consulting a dermatologist. That cream contained a potent steroid which has made your skin very sensitive. Continue with the treatment given by your doctor currently.

You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. For a start please follow: 1. Cut down the excess carbs. If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread). A low carb diet reduces your hunger and makes it easier to eat less. And it might even increase your fat burning at rest. 2. Don’t skip meals. Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That strategy backfires because your body thinks food is in short supply, so it slows your metabolism in order to conserve energy. Over time, the result is that when you do eat — even if you consume the same foods as always — your body will be slower to use the calories as fuel, thus creating a backlog of unwanted pounds. 3. Stay hydrated. You've heard it before, and you'll hear it again. That's because drinking 64 ounces of water daily is one of the easiest ways to speed up weight loss. Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat. When you shortchange your supply, you're likely to slow down that process, meaning it's more difficult for you to burn calories. An easy eight glasses a day (at least!) will keep your system running smoothly. 4. Start exercising. Strength training builds lean muscle tissue, which burns more calories — at work or at rest — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The more lean muscle you have, the faster you'll slim down. How do you start strength training? Try some push-ups or a few squats or lunges. Use your free weights to perform simple biceps curls or triceps pulls right in your home or office. Do these exercises three to four times per week, and you'll soon see a rapid improvement in your physique. 5. Go for an evening walk. An evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. What that means for you: Those dinner calories have less of a chance to take up permanent residence on your hips. 6. Take adequate rest. You should also make an effort to get enough good sleep, preferably every night. Strive to wake up refreshed of your own accord, independently of the alarm clock. If you’re the kind of person who always gets brutally woken up by the alarm ringing, you might never be giving your body adequate rest. 7. Supplement vitamins and minerals. Nutrient-dense, good food is certainly the foundation of weight loss. But an adequate amount of vitamin D can be difficult to ingest via food. In the case of a lack of sun (such as during the darker months of autumn and winter), it’s wise to supplement for multiple health reasons – and perhaps even for your weight.

Dear User, You have identified your problems already. Smoking and other stuff causes damage to health. You must be aware of that. Having anxiety and panic attack could also be because of tobacco. That needs further evaluation. For healthy life, You need to leave the bad habits, and get treatment from a psychiatrist for anxiety and panic disorder.

It is critical to get an accurate diagnosis, so go and see a sports physician, an orthopaedic surgeon or a qualified sports physiotherapist who has experience working with cricketers. A full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed. More importantly, they will likely investigate your lower back using a combination of oblique lumbar x-rays, a bone scan, ct scan, or more likely a mri, which will show more accurately any areas of bone activity. The goal of the investigations is to primarily determine whether there is an active fracture present and whether the body is trying to heal itself. Can try some home relief techniques until you go to a specialist: -apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time best wishes.

Mr. lybrate-user Kumar, Bajra roti is just as good as jowar roti. There is hardly any difference. Both contain mainly starch. It can be eaten for any of the day's meal. All dry fruits are good enough. But almonds and walnuts (akrod) are supposed to be much better. One can eat 5 to 8 almonds and a few walnuts in the morning. Other dry fruits can be eaten occasionally. There is nothing like great benefit in dry fruits. Thanks.

LDL is higher and HDL is lower. But only marginally. Give up fried foods and reduce fats, sugars and maida in general. For improving HDL do some exercise like going for a WALK. Or do more house work like sweeping or washing etc. Or do yoga.

It cures acne marks. Acne can be caused by any number of things. Hormones,  greasy foods,  caffines,  exercise,  poor grooming, improper hygene. In short, anything that stresses or increases oil production and/or fails to clear that oil/dirt/bacteria off/out of the skin pores is going to produce acne. Now, the higher heartbeats,  adrenilene rush, and general sweatiness that comes with sexual arousal, masturbation and orgasm  certainly fits the bill. You want to reduce your acne? Wash your face and body more frequently.  Especially after sex or working out.  If you get sweaty, wash with an astringent. And keep those pores clean and open. This may require you to wash your face or affected body parts (wherever the acne shows up) multiple times a day. Also, wash your hands!  Before and after meals.  After using the rest room.  Before and after masturbation.  Whenver they get dirty. All these things can help clear/prevent acne.

Maintaing good health is very simple . Our body is the most sophisticated machine and fortunately it is very easy and simple to maintain. Today it has become a big problem to maintain the body ( good health ) because our priorities are not pro-health. It requires a commitment to take good care of our health and also support others to be fit and healthy. The simple tips are - 1) eat healthy ( natural products ). Avoid ( or take minimum ) stimulants like -alcohol , tea or coffee. Completely avoid tobacco . Go for home made food and more of fruits, vegetables and nuts in our daily life. 2) exercise daily ( any sport , yoga , gym etc . Do it with safety . Do some relaxation / meditation .Have regular health check up . 3) sleep well - at least 7-8 hrs sleep . Maintain sleep schedules .This will give proper rest to the body and build the immune system .

U may be having some anxiety due to which you r not getting proper sleep as a result suffering from headache. Take anta acids. Do meditation and relaxing exercises. Avoid spicy fried and oily food. Take two cap ashwagandha with milk before sleep.

Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any multinational company take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines homoeo medicines are known for to stop hair fall and it actually happens phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo (sbl or any company) twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica montana q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash.
