1. For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day.. 4. Eat healthy n light food .. 5. Drink plenty of fluids.. 6. Avoid constipation... 7. Walk 1km daily in evening... 8 .Follow up after a week , will start medication which can increase ur weight without any side effect.

I am getting up at 7am. I will have a coffee and start exercising at 7: 30. Is this a correct procedure? Can I exercise in empty stomach? I do abs workout and other warm up exercises.

while exercise your stomach have to be empty. especially your doing abs exercise then after taking food 5hrs later and water or any liquid intake 2hr later you do exercise. it's better to do exercise in empty stomach.

You should have 80 kg.To gain weight you do regular exercise like push ups sit ups weight lifting and muscle building exercise.Eat extra amount of food.Do not skip meals.Use whole cream milk.Eat Banana 4-5 pcs/day.Take weight gainer nutritional supplement.Take dense fruits,vegetables.Eat more refined foods with unrefined foods.Take extra protein to gain weight.Add extra fat in cooking.Take nuts,seeds in snacks.Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Stay stress free and take proper rest.These basic things will help you.

Hello, From few months I am not feeling good as I know that what ever I am doing is not correct but even tho I use to do that I will tell you in brief From teenage itself I was involved in girlfriends not only one at a time always I have two three at a time and with them I was so close means I have a physical relationship with every one and some time I feel that I am in love with one but at the same time if any other girl offer sex I will not refuse that slowly I grown up and now I am 26 now also I am doing the same right now in my life 4 girls are there on which recently I break up with one and for her some time I feel guilty that she love me like any thing and I did break up with her another girl is with me from my teenage and still we are in relationship and 3rd one is my friend but now she suddenly got attracted towards me and we did sex now she is expecting more from me and the fourth one is the girl who is girlfriend of my best friend but she use to sleep with me some time and I will not refuse now the problem is that I know that I am cheating every one but I could not stop my self now a days I am getting to much anger if I will not do sex with my friend girlfriend some time she allow and some time she refuse please help me to come out of this and give some idea so that I can control my seff.

I can understand your hypersexuality, the girls you have been with, a few may have been hypersexual, few might have really loved and got disappointed. To reduce your obsession about having these multiple affairs at the same time, you need to consult a psychiatrist (preferably male) and get treated, as there are medications which can reduce your obsession on these fronts. All the best.

Myself having breathing problem and is taking medicines for the last one month. I feel very weak after taking these medicines. I feel frustrated when breathing problem and weakness come together. Hi lybrate-user 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Related tip: the most powerful way to put on weight - snacking right.

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Take chitrakadi vati after meal. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. Take banana milk shake. Drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee.

Do exercise like plank, push ups, sit ups, swimming, skipping, weight lifting exercise. Follow a balanced diet. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods. Eat vegetables, whole fruits, whole grain, whole wheat, brown bread, brown rice. Eat small amount of food. Take more protein foods like lean meat, fish like tuna, egg white, cottage cheese, soy product, mushroom, tofu, hemp seed. You can use whey protein or other protein shake after workout. Use healthy fat like fish oil, coconut oil, almond, walnut, flax seed, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed. Drink lots of water and stay always hydrated. Sleep well.

Backache in young age is commonly due to 1. Muscle strain resulting from improper posture. 2. Intervertebral disc bulge or prolapse. Follow these to get relief. 1. Take anti inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen round the clock for pain relief 2.Take rest for 3 to 4 days but avoid total bed rest. 4. Do back strengthening and stretching exercises daily once pain is relieved. 5.Apply analgesic cream over back followed by warm fomentation. 6. Keep pillow behind your knees at bedtime. While sleeping on sides keep pillow between knees. 7. Do not bend and lift weights. 8. If back pain is accompanied with radiating leg pain or tingling , numbness or weakness, consult immediately Don't worry such backaches resolve with proper care as advised above. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Tell her to start calcium supplement first. She should do regular walk and yoga. Stop sour and chilled food items. Medicines. Dashmoolarishta 2-2spoons with equal quantity of warm water. Mahayograaj guggul 2-2-2 for 6months.

These are the methods to treat pimples fastly - • Do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.
