tk supplements do hot fomentations and put a towel roll under knee and press for 10 second then release repeat 10 to 20 Time it will reduce ur pain if it work then OK otherwise physiotherapy treatment for 7 days

The +2.50 power that you have is normal for your age. It is called presbyopia and it is due to the notmal weakening of the ciliary muscles which occur with age. No special precautions need be taken as regards to eye, except of course good diabetic control and yearly reguler checkups

A mixture of baking soda and lemon juice can be applied on the skin to make it pimple free. Baking soda is an amphoteric compound which means it can work both as an acid and as a base. It helps in neutralizing the skin’s pH, imbalance in which is often a cause behind acne. It also dries the skin removing any extra oil and mixing some baking soda with water works wonderfully in cleansing and exfoliating our skin. *Hence in order to avoid pimples one also needs to reduce their stress levels. its allergic problem,there is no permanent cure, 1tab sinarest before bed, steam inhalation. Wear mask to avoid pollution, it will help. Thank you

Hi please train your kid with proper brushing technique. And rinse mouth after each meal. Avoid to give too much chocolates and sweetened drinks. You can take act anti cavity fluoride rinse or oral-b mouth wash for kid. But avoid using so frequently.

It might be piles or fissure. Anal fissure improves with general measures but may require surgery. Piles of an early grade also improves with general measures. The general measures I would suggest are 1. Take lot of vegetables & fruits in your diet 2. Avoid chillies & spices 3. Take lot of fluids 4. Avoid constipation 5 periodically do anal exercises (alternately contracting & relaxing the buttocks, anal area & upper thighs) 6. Take sitz bath 3-4 times a day. This means sitting in a tub of warm water & doing anal exercises 7. Atleast once get it examined by a general surgeon.

Take the sandalwood and make it as fine powder. Then add the glycerin and rose water to the sandalwood powder. Make it as the smooth paste and apply on the face. All the three ingredients are helpful in removing the dark spots, black spots.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Dear Lybrate user As you have mentioned that you faced a major life setback, it may be a reason for all these behavioural problems you are facing. life events do bring change in our day to day activities. but the impact of those events depend upon the evaluation or inference we draw from those events. our interpretation of events lead to development of loads positive and negative chain of thoughts, feelings and actions. Try evaluating the impact of the event in your life. Try to take some learnings from it and assess how can you cope up with it. try talking about it with someone close to you. letting out our feelings help us to feel light. try witing your feelings whenever you feel loosing control. Sweating of palms is not uncommon, it may be anxiety stress. Take amitryptiline tab once at night may help you.
