You must have your blood test for lipid profile first. If its not good, you must seek an ayurveda treatment, it can be cured. But if the reports are normal, further investigations will be required.

If a person suffering from nasal obstruction with mild to moderate nasal allergies it means most probably he is suffering from dns (deviated nasal septum. Nasal obstruction is because of the deviated portion of the nasal septum (this is the bony partition of the nose cavity. Allergies are because of the hampered muco-ciliary mechanism (normally mucus is produced in the nose to moisten our nose cavity, oral cavity, and help food bolus to move downward, this mucus is basically moves on the cilia of the nasal mucosa) this mechanism gets hampered and mucus start accumulating in the nose and sinus cavity which is why thick mucus comes from nose in patients of nose obstruction and person develops sinusiits. When a surgeon removes the nasal septum deviation has not been removed properly the symptoms persists, and patient thinks that the nose bone has again regrown. It is not because of regrowth but because of half surgery done or due to the non removal of the deviation (reason can be many) nowadays nasal septal deviation can be removed endoscopically.

Hello lybrate-user, No need to panic in such situations. Most of the time ruptured ear drums remains unsymptomatic and heal. I would suggest you get an otoscopy done. Visit an ENT specialist. Here a some tips, 1) Don't let water enter your ear. 2) If you get cold and fever, consult a doctor asap. 3) Use cotton ball in ruptured ear drum ear while taking bath. 4) Do not put oil or any drops in that ear. Thank you.

Weather change and due to anatomical variation of the nose which leads to change in the aerodynamics of the nose hence leads to watery nose this most of the time is over snsitivity on nose to outer environment, and we consider this as allergy all the time. Sinus is a normal roomy structure around nasal cavity its infection called sinusitis, if a person suffering from nasal obstruction along with sinusits and mild to moderate nasal allergies it means most probably he is suffering from dns (deviated nasal septum. It is not because of regrowth but because of half surgery done or due to the non removal of the deviation (reason can be many) nowadays nasal septal deviation can be removed endoscopically. Everything is explained in this, I hope this will benefit you.

I am 22yr old boy. I am suffering from severe fever, we tested to near by doctor they told to check to ent doctor. I went and finally they told sinus. It is a problem.

MBBS
General Physician, Delhi
Hello, sinusitis is a common affliction these days occuring as a result of either a structural deformity in your nose cavity or complication of diseases like common cold. The problem you are facing can be solved adequately by a proper course of antibiotic, nasal decongestants and steam inhalation. However if the symptoms persist, or if you problem is because of some structural deformity such as a nasal polyp, surgery maybe necessary. In case of repeated attacks of sinusitis, please consult a qualified ent specialist to seek out the cause. For this, a nasal endoscopy may be necessary. Please go prepared for that. Thank you.

There is evidence that certain dietary supplements and vitamins can help with certain types of pain. Fish oil is often used to reduce pain associated with swelling. Topical capsaicin, derived from chili peppers, may help with arthritis, diabetic nerve pain, and other conditions. There's evidence that glucosamine can help relieve moderate to severe pain from osteoarthritis in the knee. Do reply back for private consultation. And detailed treatment plan.
