I am one month pregnant. I want to abortion. Pls suggest me medicine to abortion.
Hi lybrate-user. Usually medicines can help in aborting a pregnancy upto 9 weeks. It would be good to first confirm your pregnancy by a home pregnancy test. If its positive, medicines are available to terminate a pregnancy. However its vital to take them in correct dose and technique otherwise it can have severe side effects as well as incomplete abortion.

5 Remedies From Ayurveda to Increase Libido And Combat Male Infertility

Men often search for ayurvedic treatment for reproductive weakness due to a loss of libido. A lack in desires and potency can not only harm a relationship physically but emotionally too. Such a situation can be embarrassing for both the partners. It can lead to dissatisfaction, stress and anxiety.

A Poor Libido Can Be Due To Several Reasons Such As:

  • Having a dissatisfactory relationship.
  • Nervousness.
  • Lack of confidence.
  • Loss of bond and feeling of attraction between partners.
  • Compulsion to pursue relationship with somebody you don't like.
  • Anxiety and stress.
  • Certain habits like eating salty, spicy and hot food can increase pitta. This destroys semen and cause a decline in your libido.
  • It could be that you are overindulged in such activities. Overindulgence leads to a decrease in the quantity of semen.
  • Controlling sexual urges for a longer duration of time can also cause a loss of libido. As this leads to Veeryaavarodha, obstruction of semen.

As loss of libido is not a major issue, it is purely psychological and organic; you can rely on herbal remedy for male infertility caused due to this situation. Ayurveda has solutions for almost everything from minor indigestion to lowered male potency. It has been a part of Indian medicine since decades now. The best part about relying on Ayurvedic treatments is that they do not have any side effects.
Here is a list of five amazing Ayurvedic solutions that can enhance male potency safely:

Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha is a popular adaptogenic herb. It is also known as Indian ginseng. You can use this herb to cure premature ejaculation, impotence, infertility and lot more. Ashwagandha improves the functioning of body and nourishes nerves. It also allows the body to adapt to stress, which is a major cause behind libido.

Moreover, ashwagandha has an ability to strengthen reproductive system, restore male potency and desires. You can easily consume this herb with milk, water and honey.

Shatavari

Shatavari is also known as asparagus racemosus. It is efficient at enhancing female fertility. Shatavari nourishes the female reproductive organs such as ovum. It also promotes blood circulation, formation, reduce the risk of miscarriage, and increase chances of conception and hormonal imbalance.

Shilajit

Shilajit has been a part of ayurvedic treatment for male infertility since years. It is known to enhance the male potency and give a boost to desires and moods. Shilajit improves both quality and quantity of male sperms.

Intake of Shilajit would also support proper functioning of sex hormones and maintain a balance in performance. It should be the first choice for men looking to boosts libido naturally.

Garlic

Garlic has immense advantages when it comes to ayurvedic treatments. This is used as an effective food item to enhance libido in both men and women. Intake of garlic improves the functioning of reproductive organs post damage caused by an injury or disease.

Salabmishri

Salabmishri is a terrestrial plant. It helps in increasing stamina and overall performance of male body. This herb also aids in improving the quality of sperms ad promoting blood circulation to the penis.

You can depend on these herbs to boost libido in a short span of time in a natural or herbal way. Consumption of herbs would not cause any harm to your body. However, if you are already taking some prescribed medicines, it would be better to consult your physician before consuming any herbs. Moreover, make sure you have a healthy diet regime. Don't eat too much spicy or hot food items. Inculcate all the vitamins and minerals in your diet. You can also opt for fresh fruits and vegetables instead of supplements.

An Ayurdhamah is dedicated to restoring and maintaining the lost balance between physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health, through the understanding and practice of age-old systems of Ayurveda and Yoga. Our strength lies in understanding the body and its performance at constitutional level and that is what we apply to our Remedies.

Hello sir, me and my friend did masturbation (deep fingering) on 4th april, as far as we remember we didn't touched pre-come or sperms while fingering. Her periods were due on 27 of april but didn't come. After a week and 2 weeks delay of period we did home urine pregnancy test but all result were negative. The very next day 15 day after period delay she had bleeding like normal periods but bleeding lasted for 1 day only. Now we are very tensed is she pregnant? she is still having back pain like periods only. Please give guidance to us.

Dont worry, the emotions and feelings play a role in body mechanism. There are things that get deeply rooted in the subconcious after doing things that are not socially acceptable, and this shows itself in physical aspect, just like the reflection in a mirror. We have a very good medicine which will make her periods normal again because period for one day only isn't good for health. It should be for at least from 2 to 5 days. You can consult me in private for the medicine.

Having vomiting in the middle of cycle can't be because of pregnancy. There is no need to do a pregnancy test. To avoid pregnancy in the future you may use condoms or low dose oral contraceptive pills. Both do not carry any side effects.

If this is happening for the first time then ultrasound will be required to find the cause. Any psychosocial disturbance can delay cycles. Change of place, work, climate, exam stress, heavy physical activity can all cause delay. Thyroid and prolactin tests may be useful.

3 Rules to Ride on a Highway of Health

They say that you don’t know what value of what you’ve got until you lose it. Well just like how it applies to your relations and the materialistic benefits in life, in the same way it certainly applies to your health, too.

The topic of benefits of being healthy is not an unknown one. We all know the basic rule: eat healthy, stay healthy. But then that’s not enough for being fit, is it?

The art of eating healthy needs to be complimented with exercising and being happy & distressed. Imagine you are maintaining your diet but are always depressed and find everything dull. Does that mean you are healthy?

Of course not! And the conception that buying healthy foods, which always seem expensive and joining gym always burns one’s pocket.

But there are many helpful and simple ways to stay fit and healthy without breaking the bank. Below are some simple rules (besides exercising and staying distressed) that don’t need you to go bankrupt, and will ensure you are not only physically but also emotionally fit

1.Sleep

Ensure that you have sound sleep. A typical 7-8 hrs of sleep is a must for a healthy mind and body. Your body needs to relieve and distress itself and sleep is the time when it gets to do it.)

2.Exercise

Do at least 30 minutes of exercise, for at least 4 days a week, to maintain good health and keep fit. This can be anything that is physical, for e.g. cycling, walking, swimming, jogging running, to even gardening. If you are not interested in joining gym then resorting to these physical activities will ensure you stay your healthy best.

3.Stay hydrated

Your body needs to cleanse itself every now and then to prevent you from falling sick. Drink minimum 2 liters of water every day for good health.

Have the “me time”, Take out time for what you loveIndulge in hobbies and activities that give you immense pleasure. It may vary from reading, writing to shopping, movies etc. – anything that cheers you.

It also includes catching up with your loved ones and spending quality time with them. Many researchers suggest that spending quality time with your loved ones is not only good for your heart but for your mind too since you are emotionally contented.

So just give a look at the above rules and it will definitely lead you to a healthy life- in a true sense.
