Symptoms of your problem suggests a fissure-in-Ano, and would probably be Chronic, since you would possibly have a skin tag too. Ideally - dietary modification to be tried first if not already done. I see that you are from kerala. 1. Cut down on meat and processed wheat especially parotta. 2. Increase consumption of green leafy vegetable. 3. Have plenty of water- minimum 2lts. 4. Do not strain or force while passing stools. 5. Immediately after passing stool, take sitz bath (luke warm water with a table spoon of common salt in a basin, and sit for 5 min.) do it for 2 weeks minimum, usually the ulcer starts healing, if no response, then see a surgeon, for clinical evaluation and further medication. In all probability it can be treated with medicines and ointments.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need cleaning and artificial enamel filling or root canal treatment. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. My hair are so oily. Initially I used to do alternate days shampoo. But now I have to shampoo my hair daily because of oil. After shampooing within 5-6 hours oils starts coming from my scalp. I tried different shampoos pantene tresme dove head n shoulder but no result. I rarely apply oil to my hair once in a month or 2 months and wash next morning.

Mr. Lybrate-user, a person with diabetes mellitus should take a balanced but restricted diet, that provides exact amount of calories based on ideal body weight, extent of time spent on exercise daily and severity of blood sugar. He should avoid sweets, sweetened aerated drinks, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries and foods containing fructose corn syrup, highly processed foods and high fat containing milk products. Consume more of green leafy vegetables and salads. Consume more of fiber containing foods like fax seeds. Use whole grain products, avoid refined flour like maida. Daily physical exercise of over 1 hour is necessary, to avoid weight increase. Exrcise also helps insulin action and reduced resistance to its action.

Hi lybrate user to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the.

Hello, Boils are farming on my body. Which medicine should I take and how can I remove their marks?

Hello, Boils most often happen where there is hair and rubbing. The face, neck, armpits, breasts, groin, and buttocks are common sites. If you do have family history of diabetes, get your blood sugar (fasting & PP) tested as blood sugar can be the causative factor of recurrent boils. You can sometimes care for a boil at home. Do not squeeze, scratch, drain, or open the boil. Squeezing can push the infection deeper into the skin. Gently wash the area with soap and water twice a day. Dry it well. Put warm, wet cloths on the boil for 20 to 30 minutes, 3 or 4 times a day. Do this as soon as you notice a boil. The heat and moisture can help the boil to open and drain, but it may take 5 to 7 days. A warm compress or waterproof heating pad placed over a damp towel may also help. Keep using heat for 3 days after the boil opens. Put a bandage on it so the drainage does not spread. Change the bandage every day. If the boil is draining on its own, let it drain. Keep cleaning it twice a day with soap and water. To help keep the infection from spreading, do not share towels and washcloths with other people. Medication: Homoeopathic medicine can be taken for treating the tendency of recurrent boils (if the blood sugar has been ruled out) – Schwabe's Arnica 200 and Silicea 6x – take them thrice daily for 2 weeks. Apply Berberis ointment on the affected area (this ointment will remove the marks gradually). Revert me back there after.

Dandruff is the one of the chronic hair problem. When we face the dandruff our hair scalp is itching and flaking. It is the worst hair problem faced many people. The dandruff leads to the itching, irritation, hair loss and hair thinning. The regular usage of the shampoos can’t clear the dandruff completely. They just washed the dandruff after 4-5 days dandruff is coming back. There are medicated shampoos in the market to treat the dandruff. Use the homeopathic shampoo and oil along with homeopathic treatment to treat the dandruff. Massage 2 tablespoons of lemon juice into your scalp and let it sit for a minute. Mix 1 teaspoon of lemon juice into 1 cup of water and rinse your hair with it. Repeat daily until no longer needed. While excess oil can be a root cause of dandruff, homeopathic arnica oil can still be helpful in keeping it under control. All-time best home remedy to remove dandruff quickly and effectively with fenugreek seeds. Soak 2 tsp. Of fenugreek (methi) seeds in water overnight. Grind methi seeds into a fine paste the next morning. Apply this paste on the scalp, leave for half an hour and wash off. You can add the lemon juice or curd to the fenugreek paste also. Do not throw the water in which fenugreek seeds were soaked. Use this water as an after-shower hair tonic or last rinse. Follow the regime once in a week.
