cycle is of 28 days, if ovulation and conception had taken place during second half of the cycle, there would be variation of a week,similarly if conception takes place during first half of the cycle, it might show up as 7 weeks for women who according to dates would be 6 weeks take it easy get a repeat ultrasound done after a week and stay hopeful for the heart beat

It's normal as 90% of males engage in that act but you should not do it excessively as it may hamper your routine work and also you should not do it in the public area. Try to engage in other mind diverting activities like reading, writing etc.

I do not know what is meant by caries. 6 to 7 month back I have root canal and bridge for 3 tooths. Four last 4 days I have tooth pain while chewing food, while brushing or pain when pressure is applied.

It could b a various exposure leading to infection consult your Dr. again you may require rct and cap if new or redoing existing rct caries is a disease of decay of hard tooth material due to Bacteria n poor oral hygiene.

Vanilla protein powder : 2 scoop

Ripe peach : 1/2 cup

Milk : 1 cup

Yoghurt : 1 small bowl

Spinach : 1 cup

Cinnamon toast crunch : 1/4 cup

Ice cube : 4+

2) BANANA NUT MUFFIN SHAKE :-

Vanilla protein powder : 1 1/2 scoop

Banana : 1 large

Almond butter : 1 tbsp.

Water : 1 cup

3) CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BANANA :-

Chocolate protein powder : 2 scoop

Banana : 1 large

Peanut butter : 2 tbsp

Spinach : 1 cup

Dark cocoa bits or powder : 1 tbsp

Water, milk or yoghurt : 1 1/2 cup

4) MANGO AND TART CHERRY :-

Vanilla protein powder : 1 scoop

Chopped mango : 1 cup

Frozen tart cherries : 1/2 cup

Hello lybrate-user, repeated swelling in wisdom tooth region can signify pus collection or simply indicate gum swelling. Pain is not a reliable symptom to decide the absence of infection. My advice is to get a radiograph done to check the bone around the tooth. If the bone appears normal, we have look for any sharp points in the opposing tooth. Otherwise the tooth needs to be extracted even if there is no pain.

The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

I am 27 years old and my husband is 32. We have been trying to conceive since three months without any success. We are unable to have deep penetration in any position. I am pushing the semen deep into the vagina. Only about an inch goes in. We have taken all tests and both of us are healthy. He does not smoke or drink too. Can I conceive without deep penetration?

It's good that both of you are healthy in tests. Now sexual problem is separate issue. But we can easily bypass it. What you need is to consult doctor because most likely iui will give you the desired result.

Get urine tested for infections. Routine and microscopic. Culture test can be done later if pus cells are present.
