Mam because of osteophyte formation in your bone. It's a chance of vitamin D and CA deficiency yes it's because of accident there is in injury. Treatment you need to do knee strengthening exercises and hot fermentation daily sure you feel better inform me after a week take care.

She alway complain about headache and pain in heart side when she depressed tensed or cry and after that feel weakness. Ecg normal x ray normal blood test normal. Now days complaining about one side back pain. She lost one younger age bro and delay in our marriage due to family problem.

FIRST thing she morose due to psychological, give her homoeopathic medecine. Ignatiia 30 2 drops to be taken twice daily morning and evening with half cup water. &Kali phos 6x 4tabs thrice daily with warm water after meal. You report me after 7 days.

Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Her left hand pain may be due to strain, sprain, weather change etc.*some times left hand may be used as support of head in lieu of a pillow. Soft bed will not give proper support to back bone. Hard bed with thin mattress and thin pillow is better. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. Take bryonia 200--once daily in the morning for 6 days.

Check your serum calcium, vitamin d 3 levels along with vitamin B12 checked, based on which you may have to start with suppliments.

Arthroscopy is a minimally invasive less traumatic safe surgery. No other option except to reconstruct if your acl is a complete tear.

Get your blood tested for hemogram, sugar, uric acid, thyroid and vitamin D3, to rule out anemia, infection, diabetes, thyroid, gout and vitamin D deficiency. Review after investigations.

I'm 25 years male and I have low back pain strongly at top of the buttocks. I'm 81 kgs. I thought it is only because of my weight and started to exercise (jumping rope 1000 times per day). Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.
