What should I do?
Hello Lybrate user, You do some eye related exercises, Tarataka,Blinking, Changing focus of eyes forward and sideways simultaneously, Near and distant viewing, Palming etc. Eat for Bright Eyesight:- 1-Vitamins A, C, E, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. 2-Antioxidants, including beta-carotene, lutein, and zeaxanthin, protect the macula from sun damage. Get these antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Notice any color patterns here? Current research shows that consuming yellow and green vegetables can help prevent age-related macular generation, a leading cause of blindness. Exercise Your Eyes:- Perform these exercises first thing in the morning, before bedtime, or any time your eyes feel fatigued. Make sure that your hands are clean and that your mood is relaxed. Commit to daily practice and you may just see better results within one month. 1-Roll your eyes. Start by looking up and then slowly circle 10 times clockwise and 10 times counterclockwise. 2-Warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. 3-Focus. Hold a pen at arm's length, focus your eyes on it, and slowly bring the pen closer until it's about 6 inches away from your nose. Then slowly move it back, keeping your eyes focused on the pen, 10 times in all. Give your eyes a break once an hour during your workday: Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Getting enough sleep is essential for eye health. Sleep allows your eyes to fully rest, repair, and recover. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night.

Masturbation twice per week is healthy. Masturbation should be done when there is no time limit and there is no fear that someone while doing so will catch them. Use start and stop technique in masturbation.

For stomach pain take tablet Meftalspas-Ds and Avoid spicy food in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water

Masturbation is a normal phenomenon and does not cause any harm. But don’t get addicted to it, divert your mind and keep yourself busy.If you feeling great weakness then consult a local doctor for medication for weakness.

Masturbation is not a sin. Masturbation is only an alternative to actual sexual inter course, it's inappropriate to label it as either good or bad. To masturbate or not is just a choice to make. But. If you keep masturbating for relieving sexual anxiety and stress, then masturbation may become an obsession. Till date there is no documented medical evidence that the act of masturbation directly results in bodily harm or impairment in sexual activity. Both masturbation and sexual intercourse bring about same" physical changes" in the body, during the acts. So if sexual intercourse (even if done multiple times or ways) cannot cause harm, masturbation also should not. Masturbation is an" unnatural but safe" alternative to actual sex. *this is just to satisfy your query not to advocate in favour of masturabations. A person who doesnot masturbate can be equally happy and lead a healthy sexual life. Regarding its prevention. Masturbation is your choice, to do or not to do. If you are unable to control your urge to masturbate and always end up feeling guilty after doing it, you are obsessed with it and have a compulsion to do it every time. In that case you might need some medications.

Hello lybrate-user If headache is constantly present, you should get your eyesight checked. Also, get your Blood pressure checked. Also, see if you have any tensions /stressors, (like, family tension, financial tension, relationship tension etc) and try to resolve that. You can take Tab. Crocin Pain Relief 1 tab when there is headache.
