It can be because of chest infection or muscular pain you should get your chest examined physically from a physiatrist to rule out any internal pathology and can take tab combiflam thrice a day to get relief from pain.

You may be having sinusitis. Take Xray/CT scan of PNS after consulting ENT specialist and follow the advice and treatment.

Hi Doc, my penis cap remains wet all the time with some transparent sticky liquid and urge to pee at early morning when I wake up and at late nights when I'm going to sleep. I got Routine and Culture Test's done and both are normal. 2.5 years back I urge to pee all the time but that is cured after consultation and taking prescriptions.

This is secretions out of urethra caused by seminal fluids. You need to take herbal diuretics and stambhak herbs for that matter with the help of any ayurveda doctor near you or lybrate ayurveda doctor on portal.

Erectile dysfunction occurs due to 1. Fatigue, stress, depression, 2. Relationship issues, performance anxiety, 3. Alcohol consumption, smoking, consumption of tobacco, 4. Obesity, diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, 5. Thyroid, kidney problem, enlarged prostate, parkinsonism etc 6. Consult doctor to rule out these diseases. 7. Go for regular exercise, reduce your weight if over weight 8. Stop smoking, tobacco and alcohol consumption9. Take good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Take water melon, pomegranate, dark chocaolate 10. Avoid stress, anxiety, physical and mental exertion. Take adequate rest 11. Dear lybrate user, sperm cells are being continuously produced inside human testis. A single sperm cell needs about 4 months to mature before being ejaculated. Masturbating ejaculates many mature as well as immature sperm & results in the temporary deficit of sperm count. This loss of sperm results in the increased production of sperm. A sperm is mainly made up of protein. An increased production of sperm count needs a steady supply of protein. This supply of protein is met from the amount of protein we intake daily. Over masturbation increases the rate of production of sperm to such extent that the demand for protein cannot be fulfilled naturally & it often results in breakdown of protein from muscle tissues. U r probably suffering from some sort of viral infection which doesn't get releived on taking antibiotics. You should do warm saline gargals 5-6 times. And more details are neede for proper diagnosis.

Hi,This may be due to chronic gastric irritation due to acid peptic disease or h pylori infection. It is advised you are evaluated by a gastroenterologist and maybe undergo an endoscopy. In the mean time you can take tablet neksium 40 mg once in the morning before breakfast for 3 weeks.

What is the best time to sleep?

This is one of those questions which bother many and sundry. Considering the different sleep schedules which different people might develop as a result of their work or other reasons, the correct answer is roughly around 10 p.m. It is good to follow a proper sleeping schedule so that you go to bed and wake up at the same time almost every single day. The body's internal clock or the circadian rhythm is linked to the cycle of the sun. Technically, it is better to wake up with the sun as it has a number of benefits for the human body.

The quality of sleep is known to be influenced by how late you retire for the night. The quality of REM (rapid eye movement) sleep tends to decrease if you go to sleep late. There is another type of sleep which is known as non REM sleep; this is a deeper state of sleep. The non REM sleep helps in revitalizing the body and leaves you energized once you wake up. Sleeping late at night is linked to higher levels of REM sleep, which might not be very beneficial for your physical or mental health.

If you go to bed late at night, you will experience more of the lighter REM sleep. This may lead to fatigue and restlessness the following day. It is also been shown that going to bed late and sleeping less than the usual eight hours is linked with problems in blood sugar levels and decline in cognitive function. It also raises your risks of high blood pressure.

Exposure to radiation from your cellphones or the glare from your computer screen before going to sleep may also affect the quantity and quality of your sleep. Make sure you eat a light dinner consisting of salads. Eating a heavy dinner before going to bed may cause digestive problems, thus impairing your sleep. Also make sure to exercise on a regular basis as it releases various hormones in the body that help in improving your overall wellbeing.
